While I was not sure this collection of workouts would have a place on GoodReads. I wanted to leave a post about it because of how awesome it is. Being able to listen to a guided workout that's only about 10 minutes long works wonders. I am in pretty good condition (just finished a marathon in under 4 hours) and I was tired / felt like I have a good workout after each "chapter".

This is a collection of 25 mini-workouts for your core. Sessions aren't always lead by the same instructor, so this was a great way to shake things up or sneak in a quick workout while stuck at home during the pandemic. This took me ages to get to because I kept these workouts in reserve for when I couldn't complete other workouts. The shortest workout was probably about 7 min, and the longest closer to 17 min.
These were good to listen to. Sometimes I didn't understand what the move was supposed to be because the instructor didn't explain it well, but there's enough variety that allows listeners to follow along to as much as they can. I will be keeping my ears activated for more Move With core workouts on Audible, and I recommend to anyone looking for more audio-lead workouts to shake up their routine.
