Booty Hunter

Rate this book
Welcome to Harem Station where every perversion is for sale and pleasure is the only objective.
Bounty hunter, Serpint, has just returned to Harem Station with a prize addition to his brother’s elite collection of Cygnian princesses. But Serpint sacrificed a lot to bring this little gift home and now all he wants is some no-strings sex with a simple, obedient girl and a bottle of whiskey.

Enter Princess Lyra. She’s any filthy-minded rebel’s one-night-stand erotic dream. If you don’t mind her bad attitude and lack of… luster.

Not quite the obedient girl Serpint was craving. But Cygnian princesses are hard to pass up. Even one with dark secrets. Because they have a very special, very specific, sexual talent.

They glow when they climax.

Lyra thinks she’s one of the strong ones. If anyone can resist an overzealous alpha like Serpint, it’s her. But his touch makes her light up like the sun. And she has never been with an Akeelian before…

They have two—yes two—super big, super thick, super long… *****

How long can she resist that?

Unexpectedly Awesome!

I saw a recent review of this book and based on the fact that the Hero, Serpint is from a race of males with 2 remarkable c*cks and the heroine, Lyra, is a princess from a race of females that glow while having an orgasm , I thought it would be an interesting read.

I figured the book would be your typical Alien captures female smut. A lot of sex scenes, but not much story. I am so glad I was wrong. This was a great story, a funny book, though the humor was often raunchy, making fun of the alien body parts, I was laughing out loud throughout the book, but also as quite engrossed in the story.

The romance was spicy but not outrageously smutty and there weren’t too many steamy scenes. There was much more story than sex, though there was still plenty of heat. I really enjoyed the book and plan to read more of this series. This one has a heat index of 4 out of five flames 🔥🔥🔥🔥!

Serpint is called the “Booty Hunter”, he lives on a station called Harem that he and seven of his friends found when they were teens. It was empty aside from an AI who made a deal with them and allowed them to live there. The AI does all the security and now millions of outlaws, robots and renegades call it home.

Serpint has a sentient ship called Booty, and he and one of the seven friends and a robot travel the galaxy looking for Cygian princesses to bring back to Harem to sell as indentured servents (basically high priced sex slaves).

After returning from a trip where his friend and his robot were killed and his ship was damaged, he sees Lyra who is a Cygian princess, she is being punished for being bad. He humiliates her by making the cyborg master prove she is a princess. Which he does by making her orgasm and glow.

When Serpint returns to his room he finds Lyra in his room with papers saying she belongs to him now. The story goes on from there and is very good. Lyra is hiding a lot about herself and there are other mysteries that come out as well!

4.5 STARS!
He feels like an erotic fantasy come to life.
So much fun! Booty Hunter was a tongue-in-cheek erotic sci-fi thrill ride.

Warning: this one is dirty! :D

Trigger: The beginning includes moments of

First, I want to apologize to my non-smut reading friends since it seems I've fallen into The Great Covid-19 Smut Gutter of 2020. Who knows how long I'll be stuck down here? LOL. Sorry, not sorry.

Plot: this about sums it up...
How I went from runaway princess to soulmate of this beautiful booty hunter in the span of three days, I will never understand. Ever.
From the quote (and the title of the book), you can see that this one isn't meant to be taken seriously. It's a smut romp through space and it doesn't pretend to be anything else. The real plus here though is that it includes:
✔ great world building
✔ fleshed-out main characters
✔ great side characters
✔ kinky goodness
✔ very decent writing
✔ awesomely sarcastic humor
In fact, I think the humor was my favorite part.
"Talk dirty to me."

"What?" I say blinking my eyes at him.

"Talk dirty to me. Get me ready again."

"What should I say?"

He shrugs. "Just say whatever you usually say. Like...'I want you to fuck my mouth with your cocks and choke on your come.'"

I just continue blinking at him.

"Or something."
Serpint and Lyra were hilarious together with their mutual exasperation and explosive chemistry, but the author spun their relationship in a way that allowed for intimate and touching moments as well.

I'll definitely be reading the rest of the series! Thanks for finding this one for me, Wendy. <3

2 'Star Wars on sex steroids' stars

This was wild and not exactly in a good way. I wish this would be a parody of some sort because at least then I could find this funny. But it was just so ridiculous 😂

So we have Serpint and Lyra, the horrniest people aliens or whatever they are, that I ever read about. They have pink and violet eyes (you gotta be cheesy matchy matchy together, of course) and they glow when they are horny (which they are 24/7) and they glow when they come. And Serpint, of course, has two cocks and they tremble and shiver, and they are excited like puppies every time they are around Lyra's pussy, oh sorry, goddess pussy or sth, I mean, you can't have only an ordinary pussy. And Serpint is hard like all the time, literally all the time, he gets hard when he goes to sleep. Dude has not a second of peace from his overexcited dogs, sorry cocks, whatever. And Lyra is wet all the time and she almost dies if she doesn't have cock(s) inside her. Sometimes I had a feeling I was reading a foursome because her pussy and his cocks almost have their own personalities.

Also, Serpint is kind of into BDSM but we didn't actually saw much action. He just made Lyra wear the collar with his name in black diamonds on it. And there was some kind of magnetic bondage involved. And yes, they both like it rough but not really rough, kind of vanilla rough but they are programmed to like it rough anyway so.

And that's not all. These species are literally engineered for fucking-all-the-time because they can produce magical super powerful babies that will destroy the universe in the future, I guess. But they are hard to make because the man has to orgasm with both cocks at the same time or some bullshit and that's hard or sth (pun not intended). Anyway, the hottest... man?, person?, thing? was actually an AI named ALCOR, I mean WTF?!? But then

This one hit the right spot with me! Hilarious banter, steamy scenes, action packed, a good entertaining plot, perfect chemistry, it had the insta love/lust thing but I didn't mind it, funny characters, solid world building.

I was laughing out loud most of the book because Lyra is a funny AF girl, plus Serpint is hot and funny even when he doesn't want to be. Oh! and of course the 2 dick matter. So the H has two huge, thick, awesome dicks and hes not shy in using them. And Lyra explodes like a supernova when she has an orgasm, plus the pink lights coming out of her vajayjay and other orifices, she is a glowing disco globe when the time is right😂😂, So yeah , to say it was interesting and kinda unique is an understatement.

This ended with a HFN for our couple only but left open the door for all the other characters. It should be interesting at least, considering we are talking about an intergalactic war in the future.

Woah this was.... different lol. Can't say I've ever had the pleasure of reading an alien romance before.

Some aspects were familiar to me and some were so far out there - I mean I guess when it's sci fi anything and everything is up for grabs. Most things are extra size or a new fun color.

Lyra does some fun things when she has pleasure.
Serpint had an extra one to give pleasure with.
Together they were so hot for each other.

I didn't get the whole love for their ships. Like love, love. But again it's stuff I don't normally read so that might be a thing.

I don't think I'll continue with the series, but I can for sure this off the tbr list.

5 glowing flux capacitor stars!

Oh my goodness, that was such a fun ride! A big ‘Thank You’ to Melanie for bringing this book to my attention. Why don’t I read more sci-fi romances? I mean, it’s a favourite genre of mine to watch when it comes to television and movies.

Where to start, where to start? This book felt like a sexier and more deprived version of Deep Space Nine with a bit of Firefly thrown in. The world building was fantastic, the humour was sarcastic and a bit irreverent, the story was intriguing and let’s not forget that this about a bounty hunting alien with two *ahem* appendages and a princess who glows “like the sun” when she comes.

“Can you get off me while we discuss this? Because your ding-a-lings are distracting my flux capacitor.”

I loved Serpint, physical attributes aside. He’s a bit rough around the edges having lived on a space station for outcasts since he was a child, raised by his brothers and the station’s AI, ALCOR (can we say hello HAL?) but he is slowly softened by his strange attraction to Lyra.

So no. I don’t believe in soulmates. But there’s definitely something strange going on between Lyra and me.

Lyra, even though she is a princess, is a bit of a badass. Having been captured, sexually humiliated and given to Serpint, she still has an incredible fighting spirit and there’s so much more to her than meets the eye.

And when they find out what I’ve set out to do… what we, the high-order princesses of Cygnia, were born to do… they will stop me. They will lock me up. Lock all of us up, even the clueless low-order ones they keep up in that special harem. And never, ever want to see a Cygnian princess again as long as they live.

I couldn’t put this book down and read it less than a day. I’m very much looking forward to reading the rest in this series!

DNF at 14%

I'm sad to dnf this one as I had high hopes for it, but the writing is not for me. What really bugged me was how the MCs talked TO the reader as if they were narrating the story instead of simply acting/being. This may be a result of first person POV as I don't read too much of it, but I just did not vibe with that writing style. The story itself wasn't bad, but I didn't find myself fully engaged by 14% so decided to dnf.

1st. I love Sci-Fi & add in some erotica.... This should be a recipe for a great story.
Uhm Yeah..... That would be a big fat NOPE with a huge helping of disappointment.

I didn't like anything about the story from the start. Bounty Hunter dude coming back from a failed mission with one of his best buddies who got killed. Serpint has been seriously wounded but is too much of an asshole to get medical help when he gets to the station but surprisingly well enough to run off to get a piece of ass from the Cygnian Princess harem girls they keep there. He sees a new one (Lyra) chained up on the wall. She sees him and spits at him and the Cyborg Harem Keeper see's that she does it and goes over to punish her. His hands change into whips to add to her whip marks from his previous beatings. The Bounty dickhead dude smiles gets ready to watch and get his freak on. That was like first 20 pages or so. I have no idea if the story gets better or not and frankly I don't want to know. The Hero's such a douche from the git go and the plot is so horrible that for me there's no coming back from that. So a NO GO for me. I have no Idea how this got so many 5 Star reviews......

DNF at 50%ish (not sure since audible doesn’t give %)

Listen… the title and the cover should have told me everything I needed to know BUT I thought “hey, this looks like trash but it’s probably trash because it didn’t care enough about the story around the awesome smut” but… no. The smut is so weak and bad is not even worth mentioning… although the guy does have two dicks but he uses them the same way at the same time so he loses any points for lack of creativity.

Anyway I usually don’t DNF because I’m still curious enough to see what happens but I’m not even curious because there’s barely any interesting story. The characters tell you they are badass but they don’t show you they are, there was insta love and fated mates and the I love you phrase the first day they met (but third time having extremely mediocre sex).

So if you are picking this up for a story: there’s none
If you are picking this up for the smut: it’s not worth it

Well, this was a good romp in Alien Romance land. I've been meaning to read this genre for ages, so this was a nice introduction . Huss's imagination knows no bounds when it comes to Alien tech, 'glowing' orgasms and AI. I also quite liked her Akeelian - him with the two cocks. Yep, you heard it here first - not one, but two!! Made me grin.

All in all - a fun read :)

Rare example where smut and plot are well balanced and equally compelling. My interest was maintained through whole book and also had a good laugh here and there. Also unexpectedly good sci-fi/fanstasy elements. Sure didn't expect this from smut with doubly endowed male character and female that glows when... lit up.

OHHH BOY!!

I have been skipping writing reviews but I strongly feel like I need to just capture my reaction on this one.

Have you ever scene the meme in publishing that you get 2 our of the following 3:
1) Well crafted, well plotted, well told stories.
2) You hand your work in on time.
3) You are pleasant to work with.

Publishers will put up with late work, if it's written really well, and you are a pleasure to work with. Publishers will put up with ornery writers, if they write well, and they hand their work in on time.
Publishers will put out sub par books, if the person is easy to work on and hands their work in on time.

That third one, sub par books, that is where this falls into the category for me. But from what I can tell she pumps out books on a very regular schedule, and if you can put up with a writer who isn't pushing themselves to hone their craft, but your okay with that lower level quality of books, and will read everything they write, then publishing fast works for you.

I'm going to assume this is a self pub author as well. Looking up the publisher - Science Future Press, I'm not seeing an official website, but on Book Depository, all books under this press are by this author. So this is their own personal press, for their books. IE self pubbed.

Okay, so now to break it down. This felt like the rough draft someone cranks out to get all the ideas for the story out, and in one place. It wasn't rife with typos, or notes to the author, or grammar mistakes that I could tell. But it was very basic, and could have used some content editing.

Their was a section where a character repeated the same line 3 times, in reaction to similar events.

Their was some pacing issues at the beginning where we get into 40% of the book taking place in the first day, with a lot of the info repeated.

Their where what I would consider incongruities with the world building. A lot of let me just word vomit out how we got here, and try to morally justify it. What is really happening is a human trafficking ring, that everyone who visits the station is complicit in. This is not a band of outlaws who are misunderstood and just needed a home- even though this is how the author is trying to paint it. Maybe partially they are, but the human trafficking really voids all of that, no matter when they get their freedom, and that they choose to continue to work for the station in sex rolls afterwards, or be sold off to the highest bidder. Your trying to make it look glossy, but I see beneath those layers. The world building needs a serious look at for these concerns.

AND I ran into my first my cock gets stuck in you, and I need to come scene. Also they have two cocks. And I just need a drawing of how that works, because it's kind of explained but not really. Like where is this second cock coming out of. Underneath, below, to the side? I have anatomy questions I feel where not really answered.

Also the description of her tits, being all bouncy and full, just really made me want to gag. For some reason it read like a male wrote those scenes.

And when they are getting it on it feels a little rushed. I want someone to take the time and really draw that out for me. Their reactions and how they are feeling. What part of them is effected by what touch.

They also do the I'll tell you about it later thing, withholding information, to further the plot, and I just hate that. Just tell me the thing now, so we can react and make appropriate plans. It's like none of these people have anxiety, and just go about their life, while someone said we will talk later. I would worry the shit out of that until we talked.

Character development also just felt flat to me. We get some summary paragraphs about certain characters, but our two MC's I just didn't feel terribly connected to. I didn't feel that emotional connection to them.

Saying that the book is 320 pages is generous when you consider the formatting. Lots of white space between paragraphs.

In her afterward, she talked about publishing schedules and putting out a book a month, and having written 400 000 words in three months. That is impressive. But it's also clear to me that those are not quality words. That you are writing words for the sake or writing them, but not really pushing yourself with your craft.

So my biggest problems is world building, followed by pacing, followed by just a lack of really taking the time to get into the heart of the story, and push yourself as an author.

I get why people read these books though. Even with all of the above complaints I was still entertained enough to get to the end. I wanted to keep reading to see what those secrets where and read the sex scenes (even if I complained they where sub par, I still wanted them okay). And if the author is publishing books at that incredible pace of almost a book a month, that means her readers are continuously getting new material, and are staying addicted. And for those just discovering them they have a large back collection to get addicted to.

My greatest compliments for this book is to say it is easy to digest and quick to get through.

Not sure I can handle an alien man

I chuckled a lot during this book. I also tried really hard to imagine the sex scenes and I find that my mind is quite limited in this area.
If you read this as a really sexy episode of Outer Limits, the X Files or Star Trek, you will enjoy it.

I am a fan of the author's contemporary/suspense Rook & Ronin series, Mr. Series and all the related spin-offs. Her attempt at scifi-romance is a mess. For the first 80% of the story, the page turning motivation is to hunt down the backstory of the main characters that is dropped like breadcrumbs in between extended steamy passages. Even worse, one of the biggest backstory strings is left dangling.

The author's ability to leaven rom-com into romantic suspense falls flat in this instance; an annoying distraction than an enjoyable counterpoint. Intermittent references to scifi movies suchas 'flux capicator' was distracting, not entertaining. At other times, it reads like a parody rather than true romance.

Omg, what a ride! Booty Hunter by KC Cross / JA Huss is book one in a series of standalones in her brand new Harem Station series. Every book is about another couple and can be read as standalone.
Meet Serpint. He's a Bounty hunter, living on a space station. He and his 6 brothers are living on this station for nearly 2 decades. His latest hunt has brought back a present for one of his brothers. What he doesn't know is, a special surprise is waiting for him too.
The Cygnian princess Lyra is not what she seems. First looks can deceive. She's strong, feisty, knows what she wants and how to get it. Only against Serpent she has no defense. Both have through the roof high chemistry and while they first love to hate each other, that pretty quickly changes.
Booty Hunter is the start to a scorching hot, nsfw, read one handed, sizzling read that left me breathless and wanting to know more of the brothers. I was hooked from page one and read the book , cover to cover, in one sitting.

DNF 21% - started based on a Reddit rec saying it was similar to Ruby Dixon. So far, heroine has been raped twice and was given genital piercings without her consent. I didn’t find any of what happens funny. Other reviews said it had insta-love, but I didn’t see any attraction between them.

I enjoyed the system and setting of the story being in a space station with sentient AIs and Akeelians ( beings who have Diphallia 🫢) as well as princesses who light up pink or silver when they come 🤣. It was new so I give the author that!

The plot was okay really, I wasn't bored but I wasn't 100% invested either. The romance happened in the span of 48 hours which means all the falling in love, all the sex happened in a very short span that i just wasn't invested in it either, especially that it had started with them sort of not liking each other but knowing the nature of their beings and how the plot progressed there had to be an intecourse etc, which I understand but later on the romance still didn't do it for me. I must say it lacked something.

There was a slight hint in the end after Booty ( a sentient AI ship) had revealed to be in love with ALCOR ( sort of the general AI in charge in Harem station) that made me curious because the thought of AIs being in love intrigues me, curious about how it might unfold, so may read the next books.

As for the smut, well, it was okay too but special with the whole diphallia situation the mmc has and the whole glowing pink when cumming for the fmc.

5 flux capacitor stars! Okay, delving into reading a book in the world of Sci-Fi is new for me, even though I absolutely love watching movies and TV shows in this genre, so I'm not sure what the hell took me so long to pick up a book. Maybe it just took an author I already loved to read starting a new Sci-Fi series under the pen name of KC Cross to get me to push past my comfort zone and see what kind of crazy sexy stuff she could come up with.

Serpint is a bounty hunter that lives in Harem Station with his six brothers and his "job" is to go out into the universe and capture/kidnap/collect - whatever you want to call it - Cygnian princesses and add them to his brother's collection.

Lyra is one of those princesses, and when she's "given" to Serpint, a sexy, funny, out of this world adventure ensues. She's on a mission that gets derailed, and now she's an indentured servant to Serpint. When the two are near each other, all kinds of wild things happen. Bodies start glowing, extra appendages come out of hiding, spontaneous combustion, or maybe it's nuclear fusion, occurs and for a little while the whole world around them comes to a halt as they experience a connection unlike any other.

This first book sets the stage for the world they live in. Harem Station, which is run by a sentient being named ALCOR, made me have flashbacks to HAL in 2001 A Space Odyssey. Robots, cyborgs, AI, outlaws and every type of space alien and species imaginable call Harem Station their home. Everything has been going great on Harem Station until Lyra arrives and Serpint gets home from his last mission that proved very fortuitous, but at too high a cost to his team. Once his cargo is delivered to his brother, Crux, and they figure out who and exactly what Lyra is, the action picks up fast and furious!

The sexy times between Serpint and Lyra are...explosive! The story moves at a good pace, accelerating at the end with a lot of action and a whole bunch of "oh my goodness, are they going to survive?!?!" And there's a tantalizing little cliffy at the end that makes me want the next book right now!

For not starting out as a Sci-Fi reader, I can honestly say I am fully on board for more adventures at Harem Station!!

This book was... different. Glowing orgasms and double penises and a little bit of bondage. It's easier to willingly suspend your disbelief if you read it after a few glasses of wine, or at 2am when you just can't sleep. Or both.

Okay - they seriously gloss over the whole sex trafficking thing by making it more of an indentured servitude, but these men are absolutely kidnapping/buying kidnapped women and forcing them to earn their freedom through sex work. It's a gilded cage because they're treated well, but there's also the threat of being sent down to the rougher neighborhoods if they refuse. I think the author tried to get around it by saying they're really horny and always want to have sex, but there IS some violation to get over.
**On the page, she is groped and forced to orgasm, and then pierced without consent.

I'm not sure if the author then changed her mind or just was unable to write heroic bad guys, but the perspective does get flipped. Once I got past the first couple of chapters, it was much easier to read than I thought it was going to be. And then the H undid her bra and, from the h's perspective, "my tits came loose like two bouncing melons," (that may not be exact, but her tits were definitely bouncing melons). And I was not sure I could keep going because I have never met a woman who looked down at herself during sex and admired her bouncing melons.

Anyway. I finished it, and the plot is fairly decent. I feel like this could have earned four stars, but it needed more work. Characters needed more background and more development, more events needed to take place on the page vs two paragraphs recapping days or weeks or even months.

I thought about three stars but am settling on two because I know there are at least two more books and I'm not interested enough to read them. I am mildly curious, but they are nowhere near the top of my list. Sadly, without more character development the story was good, but not good enough.

(audiobook) I must admit that I’m not a fan of science fiction in the first place. I’ve read some of the classics, and I understand the appeal and the value, but I’m not much into it. But since I enjoyed the author’s contemporary romances, and I love the narrators, I figured it was as good a place as any to start reading SF romance. And I was right!

I had another fear: science fiction, especially space opera, means aliens. And I don’t have a fetish for tentacles. What kind of aliens KC Cross had decided to use? Thankfully, they’re humanoids. But there are still more appendages than with humans. Yet nothing was overly weird, so I was okay.

It’s a romance, so you get the alpha male--with extra appendage--who learns to love, and the beautiful female--who glows--who falls for the hero. But, since it’s actually a JA Huss book, nothing is what it seems. So many twists and turns and surprises!

It’s also SF, and real SF. Meaning you have politics, and war, and advanced technology... If it wasn’t for the extra spicy steamy scenes, you’d think you’re reading Frank Herbert, or any Star Trek novel.

Narration is top quality, so either you read it, or listen to it, you won’t be disappointed.

Quickie

Series: Harem station #1 (they can all be read as standalone)

Hashtags: #SF romance #space opera #aliens #enemies-to-lovers

Triggers: sexual abuse

Main couple: Princess Lyra & Serpint

Hotness: 5/5

Romance: 4/5

+ there’s real SF in my SF romance

- sexual logistics was a bit too much

I'm very surprised. I wasn't sure I was going to enjoy this book as much as I did. I'm not a big fan of Sci-Fi movies. So when JA Huss said she was writing under a pen name and they were going to be totally different than what she normally writes. I was a little hesitant to read due to genre. But I am a huge fan of Huss's writing and wanted to give KC Cross books a chance. And I am so glad I did.

The characters and storyline were very well thought out. The slang was very creative. It was a fast paced sexy laugh out loud read. That has double the pleasure. ; ) LOL!! It was refreshing to read something different from what I have been reading. I look forward to see what happens throughout this series.

Huss writing as Cross is just as good as Huss writing as Huss, seamless I could not tell the difference. This is reminiscent of Junco for me, I really love Sci-Fi stories and this one was fantastic. You get completely lost in the story as if you are right there at Harem Station with them. Everything is so well described things were just popping in my head - lights, colors, different species, everything, it was amazing!!! Serpint OMG what the heck can I say - badass Booty Hunter with some amazingly surprising attributes, as well as a major soft side - HOT DAMN seriously!!! And Lyra is one tough princess on a mission with some ridiculously glowing charecteristics!! Something goes wrong on her mission and she is captured and brought to Harem Station. After a grueling day Serpint returns to the station and finds her bound to the wall in the middle of the public space. They are drawn to one another immediately, but of course each try to fight it. She ends up being sent to his quarters as a gift and from that point on sparks fly!!! This adventure left me weightless, feeling like I was floating in space right along with them, shining like the brightest star!! It has just the right amount of angst, drama, humor and heart felt connections. I can't wait to continue the journey!

Action packed

Booty Hunter is a sci-fi adventure that gave me all the feels that I love and crave when it comes to action packed romance.

So what’s it about? Once abandoned and empty, Harem Station is now bustling and full of life. It’s run by an Artificial Intelligence by the name of ALCOR plus a team of brothers with the aid of every kind of bot imaginable. The station gives comfort to outlaws by providing harems of beautiful girls to service their every desire along with various other entertaining vices. When bounty hunter, Serpint returns to Harem Station with his bountiful new booty, Cygnian Princess Lyra, he gets more than he bargained for. Her foul mouth and foul temper is matched only by her curvaceous beauty as she gives Serpint a run for his money. Just because Serpint has his eyes and his lust set on Lyra doesn’t mean it’s a done deal. Oh no. Not if the princess has her way. There’s so much more than meets the eye with the princess and the booty, er, bounty hunter. Much more.

Booty Hunter hit all the right pleasure points that gave me double the pleasure with glowing results. Read this book and you’ll know exactly what I mean.

Now for the EOBS (End of Book “Stuff”). SQUEE!!!! I cannot wait until October! Julie, are the best bar none. Thank you JA Huss. Long live KC Cross!

Glow Baby Glow!

How refreshing, I love stories like these! Erotic sci-fi romance oh yeah.
This was unique and charming yep I said charming I loved Serpint and his crabby ways. Though he doesn’t stay that way, and you can’t really fault the guy he is pretty down on himself at the beginning.

I love how spunky Princess Lyra is and how she gives what for. Characters like hers make for a great reading experience. I loved the way her brain worked. She thought everything out before she opens her mouth it was pretty cool.
Not going to lie, I thought it was hella weird that Booty Hunter had a “brain” it was kinda terrifying and wickedly awesome all at the same time. I want to know what is going to happen from here on out with her.

Ok can I freak out about the freaking QUEEN for a min.? I mean HOLY FREAKING SH*T!! Ok, that is all I am going to say about that.

I was consumed by this world and these characters I can’t wait to read Big Dicker! If you’re like me and read pretty much any sub-genre of romance you’re going to want to sink your teeth into this beauty because it had it all, the alpha male, the witty yet tough female and a story to match.

Amazing! The Booty Hunter is something so different from what Julie has given us in the past. This series has the potential to be something great and with Julie’s mind behind it I expect nothing less.  The story line will grab you from the very beginning and you will not be able to put the book down.

You will fall in love with Serpint. A total alpha Akeelian bounty hunter, who has a deep sensitive side. He is used to being alone and after suffering a loss after his last bounty the loneliness is getting to him.  Then he crosses paths  with Cygnian princess Lyra. She is strong willed, passionate and beautiful.

There chemistry is like a super nova and steamy as all get out. This new world Julie has created is amazing in its details and super-hot! I am truly looking forward to getting to know more of the characters is this series.

5 BRIGHT Stars!!!

Bounty Hunter, Princess abductor, Serpint stole my heart...

Babylon 5 with a HAL like overlord running the place, Harem Station is a new and exciting world. While Serpint and Lyra lead our cast with their unforeseen connection, it’s just so much fun learning about the station and all of the different species inhabiting this section of the galaxy. More so, ALCOR and all of the AIs are sentient too. Secrets, lies, and the threat of war bring us action and intrigue on a true sci-fi platform that’s so well thought out. It seemed every few pages I found some new snippet about this awesome place. Serpint and Lyra’s physiology provides wry humor, HOT sexy times and a heartwarming romance, but the overarching plot has me on the edge of my seat waiting for the next installment.

*I received a free copy of Booty Hunter. This has in no way influenced my review which is honest and unbiased.*

Booty Hunter was a lot of fun, but I kind of finished reading wishing there had been a bit more to the story. Between the actual characters, Serpint and Lyra, there is mostly a lot of sex, and a little grief, too. Now, I'm not against insta-lust and erotic romance, but since this was science fiction, I wanted more. Especially because there was a 25'000 year old artificial intelligence, which was not really used to its full potential. I'm pretty sure we will see more of ALCOR in future Harem Series books, though, and I will definitely keep reading. The intrigue was good, as was the whole station where Serpint and Lyra ended up for part of their adventure.

This is my first time reading something like this.. and i have to say i didn't enjoy it... this was the 2nd book my friend picked out for me.. it got a 1 star cuz i liked the cover

It was wayyyyy to long.. technically lyra was in my mind sexual assault by that master dude for this "Royal test" to prove she was what they sell.. also.. idk i just laughed serpint has 2 dicks and loves his ship.. like loves it.. and when lyra gets horny or orgams she glows.. i know its space and syfi stuff.. but this is me.. if you love that sweet..i just sadly couldn't enjoy it..

Drama, No virgins

Recommend- maybe if you love syfi romance..

Much More than Alien Romance – Intricate and Surprising!!

This amazing author is using a new name for her sci-fi writing, but the intricate detail, character development, and “changing the rules” is consistent with the stellar writing regardless of genre.

Yes we are in space, yes we have a captured princess… from there everything is shifted about 120 degrees and we have suspense and surprises and a stellar (no pun intended) story!!

Great world-building and a terrific cast of characters make me eager for more!!
