Charlotte Withers is a senior in college. When the dorm rooms are filled to capacity, Charlotte has to stay one semester at a frat house, where she meets the Seven Frat Brothers. She doesn't mind, nearly as much since this is her last year and then she is off to her dream job in LA. Follow Charlotte through a journey of discovering herself. Witness hilarious instant messenger convos and so much more.
After the halfway point of this book it went off the rails. 1. For a bunch of athletes- other than some runs, there was no athleticism. 2. “Blow her back out”. This phrase was used 89 too many times. 3. I still have no idea why Charlotte likes Chase other than the fact that he’s hot. 4. There was evidence that the AI used to write this was bad. It forgot who was speaking sometimes. And seemed to forget things that were mentioned. 5. I really feel like only AI would swing the story to where it went in the second half. There was no correlation whatsoever and the ending was just messy.
Saw an ad for one of those movies they make out of Galatea books and thought I’d read the book instead. Wrong move. None of this was realistic, reads like a self insert fanfic. The writing was confusing at times, one minute the FMC didn’t read romance novels and 10 chapters later she claims she does? One chapter claims it’s been 2 weeks since she saw the boys then another part of it says it was 4 days…
I stopped reading after her allergic reaction. Clearly raven did it so she’s miss her cooking class. And clearly raven is trying to get into the cooking school. I can handle predictable plots but not absolutely brain dead characters who are supposedly 21/22 but act like they’re 12?
No idea how it ends, and I’m not paying the $40+ it costs to read it on Galatea.
Finally it's on Goodreads! I really love this story, I have been checking if they have this series on Goodreads many times, and yesss! It's finally here. Everyone should read this and The Interns as well :) I have read Charlotte and the Seven Frat Brothers twice, once was at the time Jessica was writing it, then I reread it again recently to refreshen up my memory before continuing to The Interns😂 and I also love The Interns, so much surprise and fun♥️♥️♥️
I feel the plot idea was there, but this author couldn’t decide who she wanted her characters to be. Their actions and the things they say are opposite to what she tried to show her characters to be. The story would change course so often that it also makes it hard to follow.
Not what i was expecting. charlotte moves in the frat house and basically gains 6 older brothers and a boyfriend. This book has so much drama it’s like a soap opera. Entertaining and quick read.
I've stopped reading this novel at chapter 9. I simply couldn't push through it. What's frustrating is that the idea behind it was genuinely interesting, but the poor execution ultimately ruined it.
The inconsistencies—especially in Charlotte's character—were a major issue. On top of that, the characters' motivations felt incredibly shallow, making them act in ways that just seemed dumb. The antagonists, in particular, were so underdeveloped—they felt like generic, two-bit antagonists. It was genuinely tough to keep going.
The first 1/3 of the book was funny, not amazing but you could read it. But the rest... horrible. I was so annoyed by Charlotte, the things she did and how she acted.. Immature asf.. like girl you are in university that's just being dumb. And all the drama was putted in a really stupid way. I finished because I don't like to leave unfinished books but God... this was crap
This was a childhood crush to HEA(ish - that cliffhanger!?) in college type book.
Was a decent book, moments were meh, others were absolutely hilarious with the guys acting like over protective brothers. Chase and Charlotte were cute. Definitely showed their age with the toxicity but grew throughout the book.
The cliffhanger at the end had me interested in the next book. I think if this had more polishing it could have been a 4 star maybe even 5 but because of that I settled on a 3.
Hi I downloaded a app called eReader just to read this book and it has costed me $45 aus dollars on coins just to get to chapter 13 of book 2. Was wondering if there is anywhere that is affordable to finish it ??
DNF. I just can't sit through this book. I hate everything single character. This is so stupid. I'm so angry that it's not good. The storyline seemed really unrealistic but I chose to go along with it, you know. FOR THE VIBES. Yeah, there were no VINES at all. I couldn't even finish the damn book.
I think that this was a nice read. The reason it received 4 stars is because I think that there could have been more plot. on top of that the FMC kinda spiraled and it all had me a bit confused as to why, but over all a good read.
Sucked in by a stupid ad and the first 4-5 chapters had promise. Then it became a pay to read or wait 24+ hours to read and everything went downhill and crapped the bed. There's a reason it's only on Galatea.
It’s so childish it’s so messy it feels like a child read and the plots are just all over the place .and it stops with a cliffhanger and I don’t know when book 3 will come out but I don’t think it’s worth reading it
It was amazing but I can't find the next book as it left on a cliff hanger with Jamie arriving. Loved the book altogether though best thing I have read.

Charlotte is an idiot. SO is Chase. No idea why are are together. I still don't understand why they all ended up in NY for half the book. Honestly, this made no sense.
2.5 ⭐️ - read on Galatea- I felt like the book struggled with flow because it really leaned into different tropes at different points of the book. Enemies to lovers, miscommunication, reverse heroine, and others. The main character I liked but when she just went off the wall and was fighting everyone that was a shock. Also the main male character was so frustrating but I believe he’s written that way. Kind of cool idea but wish the other frat brothers had more depth

How can anyone actually stand this book!? There is way too much wrong with it. Main character, Charlotte, is forced to live in the frat house of the most popular guys in school because yeah that would actually happen but okay fine I’ll go with it. But Charlotte ends up being a 12 year old in so many ways. She had insane mood swings it seems, she’s stupid. She excuses getting a head wound that bleeds when the QB, Chase (who she had a crush on), slams her into a wall. She walks away with a bleeding head wound and says it was partially her fault it happened and gets upset the other guys want to make him leave the frat house. And threatens to leave if they kick him out. Again so stupid. Like ridiculously stupid! The writing itself is absolutely horrid. Sometimes it’s hard to follow, sometimes it sounds like a 11 year old is trying to sound 20, but failing miserably because an 11 year old cannot comprehend life at 20. The characters aren’t developed, the dialogue between them is so dumb. I don’t understand what anyone would like about this book. I found out it was a series by skipping to the last chapter after suffering through about 15 chapters, and WTH, Chase and Charlotte are married. And it’s not over because there is a sequel. Oh hell no!! No wonder this was a free book on Galatea, no one in their right mind who likes a book with developed characters, a plot that’s interesting, hell, just one that makes sense, would want to subject themself to this book. I don’t know what I expected. I guess I hoped for an easy, rom-com type read. This is NOT it. This is a train wreck eaten by a maggot, vomited out into a pile of diarrhea - what? That makes no sense you say? Yeah well, that’s what this book is.

Ok so I didn’t read the book because the annoying “pay to read more” feature on the Galatea App wouldn’t let me read in one go. So I just gave up. I watched the movie instead, and HOLY HELL, ngl, for those short reel dramas you see all over Instagram and TikTok, the acting was decent and the story was good. I actually really enjoyed it, and laughed in more than one occasion. Again, it isn’t like “blow your mind” romcom level movie. But compared to the others, definitely better!! I would definitely watch it if you enjoyed the book.
