Decent advice on handling ocd

While the advice in this book on ocd was overall sound, sadly the author is not sound in the Gospel and the salvation Jesus fully accomplished for us. He merges salvation with obedience in discipleship, which is a works salvation. He also speaks of losing salvation, which goes against the truth of the free gift of eternal life, being sealed by the Spirit, and being made a child of God through simply trusting the finished work of Jesus as fully sufficient to get us to heaven. If our salvation is even partly based on our obedience in following Christ, none will make it, for their is not perfect and righteous but God.
