I am a retired licensed psychotherapist currently living in Miami. After many years doing clinical work, I now write self-help books in English and Spanish, as well as short stories and poems in Spanish. Needless to say, since a young age writing has been my true calling. In the second half of my life, I was finally able to make my dream come true. My books represent all that I have learned in this life and want to share with my readers. Enjoy!

I was not a fan. Some of the activities were not logically related to the material covered in the session itself. As a clinician, I was very disappointed by the simplicity and lack of depth. Was it worth the $6 I paid for it, probably. But I will not utilize it in my practice.
