Loved this one! Took me a while because I have been working more and don't have as much time as I would like to to read. However, I kept coming back to it and was determined to finish it. I fell in love with the story and all the characters. Perfect read for a relaxing weekend or a rainy day you can just take for yourself. So good!

This boxset was so good and don't really know where to start, what I will say is the plot's are great and well written. The characters are brilliant, they get you hooked and pulled into their world from the start. I couldn't put it down so be prepared before you start definitely a fantastic read.

I'm so glad this set was free!! The plot was a good idea, with that said...the writing was horrible! The author had the characters going in different directions every other page. One minute Allyson and Dane wanted each other and couldn't fight their attraction, the next they both second guessed what they wanted according to what his mother and the company dictated. The flip flopping was exhausting. I did make it through the 1st book, but had to give up on the second one. Allyson couldn't make up her mind whether or not she wanted to be a strong independent woman or a frail, emotional, undecisive little girl; always wanting to please everyone yet never feeling good enough. Dane was supposed to be a strong wealthy business man who always got what he wanted, but again let his mother and the company confuse his decisions.
I liked the idea of the fake marriage and getting caught, but the author put waaaaay too much focus on Allyson's insecurities and both of them not being able to make up their minds REPEATEDLY. It was just too exhausting for me

Holy smokes
So to start off this was the first 3 books of parts so this review is on on 3 books to be clear. When I started I thought oh no it's gonna be a slow read but actually it wasn't it flew by the story is great perfectly written the right amount of drama so evenly spaced over the 3 books. Also it was the right dramas in the right places too. Dane and Allyson are perfect for each other she is a down to earth assistant that came from a middle class home. Dane is pressing globals CEO and Allysons boss they have worked together for 3 yr and have crushed on each other the whole time however none had mentioned it until a little white lie is discovered and all help breaks lose.
This is a drama filled fun read I really enjoyed every page it had me hooked with anticipation. Already bought part 4 and 5 to read now. Happy reading I hope you fall in love with Allyson and Dane like I did.

Okay, but just.
The first two books in this box were okay but the last just slopes downhill fast. I really hate to DNF so I was left skimming to the end just to get some kind of closure. I really could have slapped any number of the characters at any give point because they are repetitive in everything from the way they describe each other to the way they talk about motives and themselves. It became a complete pity party and I knew the ending long before it happened. the sex scenes aren’t hot - just the same every time “her gorgeous black Bob and bright red lips” even without lipstick and his “golden hair, bright blue eyes, and perfect body” every time. It just got boring. There were even times she jumped POV glaringly and I just had to roll my eyes at the ridiculousness of their attitudes. The only people I liked were John Handel and Dane’s father. Two minor characters.

This free 3 book series (that ended up being 5 in all, where the last two books you had to pay to read) started out ok, but geez, the repetition just got completely annoying. I ended up skimming so much of the book as it was all just constant rehashing of what we already knew.
After the 3rd book, I was so fed up with the author's writing style, I didn't care how the last two books ended. There were so many typos and grammatical errors. Even the steamy sex scenes seemed lackluster that I even skipped those by the second and third book!
I would not recommend this book or look for any other projects from her.

Ugh..
I really liked the story, but wasn't very fond of Allyson. You would think she would have had thicker skin when you think about the people she rubbed elbows with. Instead, she was hiding in the bathroom,crying, because some snotty girls were mean. Was this Junior High or something? All the self doubt and taking the blame got on my damn nerves. She was so quick to give up. I think the character needed more backbone.

Allyson and Dane
The story of Allyson and Dane was a very enjoyable story. I knew there was a "happy ever after" but I was eager to see how it developed with all of the obstacles they had to face. The obstacles all started with one lie. Thank you for giving your readers a good read. There were a few grammatical errors but not big enough to overshadow the story or its characters. Good job.

Excellent!!! Good weekend read..
Loved it...I gave it 5 stars because I love the characters...Allyson, strong, vulnerable, and honest. I got ticked with her a few times for letting her family treat her as less than. On a whole great I loved the 3 books.
. Great story of love, power money, weakness and meanness on the part of Katherine, Nicholas, and Monica who is completely pathetic. I couldn't put down the last book.

An amazing book
This book was so good that I wouldn't know where to begin singing it's praises. The storyline is great and well written.The characters were awesome. They get you absorbed into the story from page 1.There is so drama &wondering what will next that I stayed up until 3:00am reading the whole thing. Could not put down.Fantastic read.

I had a hard time putting down the first three books in this series. Great read and loved how the characters came into their own while coming together. Can't wait to read more.

Enjoyable
Great story. I couldn't put it down. Had to keep reading it to see how it would end. Great story line how money, family and snobbish people can ruin your lives and happiness. Can't wait to start the next story! Lexy Timms never disappoints!!!

To much Drama
Two people who belong together. Get sucked in way to much bullcrap. His mother is a queen bitch. Her sister is right up there to. A company that that gets pulled into it all. They want a life and family. First they have to save everything.

I really enjoyed this box set! The second book became a little redundant, but overall a great read. Both Dane and Allyson seemed a little immature in their own ways, but I was glad to see they grew up a little by the end of the set.

Vignettes not a book
The lie/not lie was cute for a few minutes, but it got old quickly. The sex scenes were not great, and focus on money and privileges got old as well.
