When Pastor Eddie Warren notices his son-in-law, Drew, is becoming bored in his marriage to his daughter, he allows him to have an occasional one-night stand, but there's a price he must pay each time. When things get too messy for comfort, one of those nights, the pastor is forced to put an end to the escapades, much to Drew's displeasure. As time goes on, he begins to withdraw from his duties at home and the church, once again. While out of town on business, he finds himself unable to resist the lure of the beautiful woman named Cheyenne, who he meets while on the plane. He decides to spend just one night with her, but when love is sparked, that one night turns into months, and the pastor inevitably finds out. Will he give up all hopes of Drew stepping up and becoming the pastor of the church when he retires, setting him free to follow his heart, or will he force Drew to end his relationship with Cheyenne in the same deadly manner he had with other women?

Well this is the strangest thing I've read in a long time. I don't even know how to feel about this book. A father, and pastor at that, allows his son-in-law to cheat on his only daughter AND helps with the cover-ups. When one of the affairs turns into love, someone has to pay the price. Well written, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend this.
Yes this one was just to hot for me. This was a very interesting read it was just to crazy how the so called ministers did what ever they wanted to do and covered it up even murder. And they acted as if it was ok . I gave it four stars because it is a good read, just to hot for me.
This is the weirdest book I ever read! Pastor Warren was sick in the head! His concept of dealing with his infidelities is just insane, sadly Drew was tangled up in it. Unfortunately Pastor Warren get away with his dirt. I don’tlike the ending. I thought that Drew and Cheyenne would’ve had an happy ending.
All I can say is wow. The pastor was a Whole Mess ! It was so much drama in this book ..I just couldn't understand why you would allow your daughter to be cheated on. Like come on now!
I need a Part 2 because why is the trying to act like he so innocent ! No he need to be exposed.
This story was hard to read in the beginning. As I read though , I found that it showed how some Pastor's are they think nothing can touch them. First time reading Ms. Tony. Nice story
Overall it was a fast pace read Warren did the most just because I just knew this was gonna turn out a lil different folks will do anything to sit on the front row at church ...
