I feel bad giving this book 3 stars not because it deserves a different rating, but rather because I’ve been a fan since early on and know that the Turquoise Jeep crew are hardworking people following their dreams, which is a really tough thing to do in this world. I gave this 3 stars though purely because it is in and of itself to me a good book, but not great. If you read it, you won’t have wasted your time, but I doubt you’ll be blown away either.
Now that having been said, reading some of Flynt Flossy’s background was really interesting, and it was nice to see some of his philosophy. Plus, knowing that we’re dealing here not with the world’s biggest celebrities, but rather fairly normal people that are just trying to follow their dreams and make something that I personally think is awesome (the music, videos, etc), I would recommend that all Turquoise Jeep fans buy this book. It’s worth it to get some more background and also to support a really unique and talented artist.
Congrats to Flynt Flossy for writing and publishing the book. I’m in for just about anything you produce in the future.
