Modern Small Stakes

Rate this book
Modern Small Stakes is the follow up to Nathan William's Crushing The Microstakes. Then the previous book had the focus on microstakes, this one has small limits as its subject.

Modern Small Stakes is all about teaching you how to outplay the regulars that populate today's small stakes poker games.

Through extensive HUD analysis Modern Small Stakes focuses on how to break down each player at these limits to the finest detail, pinpoint their weaknesses and exploit them.

But this book is also about becoming un-exploitable ourselves. The easiest guy in the world to play poker against is the one who takes the same action with the same hand every single time.

This unbalanced robotic approach is actually the superior strategy against most of the clueless opposition at the lower stakes. But it doesn't work against good poker players.

Therefore, every effort is made throughout this book to show you how to balance your range versus thinking opponents.

Intended Audience:

NL10, NL25, NL50 and NL100 full ring, 6max and Zoom online poker cash games.
