Over the past year our MSP has been working on developing and implementing our own Co-MITs managed service plan called Team Assist. This book puts into writing so many things we have been discussing as an organization and I believe it will be a great reference as we increase our marketing ,signup new clients, and refine our deployment/service delivery. I am going to recommend this book to both our service and sales team!
