Hart has been tasked by his MC to keep watch over the prospect from their rivals, The Fury. He's not all that thrilled with the job, but it's better than the alternative. He's not a violent guy, so he supposes watching over him is better than what the Steel Cobras could have done to poor Joel.
And then he meets Joel's older, very protective, sister, Charlotte (Charlie), and he's instantly attracted to her. She's pretty angry at him, but she needs his help. Will their attraction help, or hinder, when things go down between his club and the Fury?
I've really enjoyed this series, but I think I like this one the most. Hart is definitely my favorite Steel Cobra, and he and Charlotte make a hot couple. I like how he's the resident techie nerd underneath his biker exterior, and how he and Charlie can't keep away from each other. There's a lot of action and suspense, along with the electric chemistry between Hart and Charlie. I can't wait for more Steel Cobras!

The Steel Cobras At It's Best
I've fallen in love with another of the Steel Cobras. Hart is the techie for the club and had become the designated babysitter for a Fury prospect. The Cobras let JoJo live even though he tried to shoot at them but now he is their spy within the Fury MC.
Charlotte is JoJo's overprotective big sister who has tried to keep him out of trouble ever since she became responsible for him and now she noticed a change in him. It's Hart she sees bringing JoJo home and its Hart she blames for his downward spiral.
She may blame Hart and "his kind " but it's Hart who is trying to make JoJo a better man. Hart has made an ultimate promise to Charlie all the while they are falling for each other. These promises were made but can they be kept and can Charlie find her way with Hart because of his biker ways?
This is an awesome read with heartbreaking events. I highly recommend this book...this series!

I have always been a huge fan of MC romance books and let me assure you that Ms. Monroe has delivered a superbly crafted installment to The Steel Cobras MC. Hart and Charlotte, aka Charlie, are going on one hell of a ride together as they both try to save Joel, aka Jojo, Charlie's little Brother.
Hart is a member of The Steel Cobras MC and has been selected for a special job as it pertains to Joel, who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. After seeing something he definitely shouldn't of, he then made the mistake of not only firing at the Cobras, but trying to evade them. Find out what happens when they catch up with him. Drama and intrigue unfolds as things heat up between two rival clubs with Joel stuck directly in the middle. As Hart looks out for Joel, his heart longs for Charlie. Charlie has always put her Brother first, in everything she does. They have lived a hard life, but they've done it together. Can she let Hart in to her heart? Find out right here in this superbly designed book. I am now impatiently awaiting the next release for this Brotherhood. I actually got a little choked up at the ending.

Charlotte has spent her whole life taking care of herself and Joel, and she rages at Hart for leading her brother down a dangerous path and wants him to stay away from her brother. The chemistry between Hart and Charlie is explosive, and they can't keep their hands off each other. How will Joel react when he learns of the relationship between Hart and Charlie? Can Hart keep Joel and Charlie safe from the Fury? Will the Fury get their revenge on the Steel Cobras and Joel? Can Hart prove to Charlie that she is the one for him? Can Charlie and Hart find their happily ever after when the new Fury President flexes his muscle? I loved Hart by Evie Monroe. Hart takes the reader on an emotional roller coaster ride of danger, laughter, suspense, crazy hot sex, and lots of hot alpha bikers. Hart will have the reader hooked from beginning to end. Charlotte and her brother Joel have had a rough life so when she came home and he still wasn't there it didn't surprise her. Joel wants to belong somewhere because of how he and his sister have grown up but the way he is going about finding his place isn't a smart one. Joel joins a motorcycle club called the Fury and its not a decent club they do bad things and once he sees them for what they are Joel has no clue what to do about getting out. He gets caught by another club called the Steel Cobras and they want him to spy on the Fury for them in exchange they'll let him join them. Charlotte is furious when she learns what he is mixed up in and let's him know it. Hart is his go between in the Cobras and brings him home and sees his welcome after Charlotte is relieved to see him alive she lets them both have it.. Sparks fly between her and Hart as they spar about her letting her brother grow up. Will they make it through this mess alive? Will Hart claim Charlotte for his own?
This is a thrill ride story that once you start it you won't want to put it down. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

I have really enjoyed this series and this is book 5 but I have to say this one is my favorite so far. Hart is the one with the computer skills and is a bit of a "closet nerd". He is also part of the MC Steel Cobras and their rival club the Fury is out for blood since their president went missing. As the Cobras try to get rid of the body of Slade, they run into a little bit of trouble. A young man who just happens to be a prospect for the Fury is there and starts shooting at them. Joel is his name and now he is caught. What will they do with him? Hart takes him under his wing in a way and takes him home but doesn't expect to run into Charlotte. She is Joel's sister and the instant chemistry her and Hart has is sizzling hot. She thinks he's trouble and hates him but he knows there is more to her feeling then hate. When they come together it's the best for both of them but will this put her in danger too? There is so much going on in this book that if I can't say anymore without giving the book away and I definitely don't want to do that. I believe if you are a fan of MC clubs, then this is a series you should start to read. It's very enjoyable.

Charlotte and Joel have been alone in the world for quite a while. Her mom, at one point, was trying to sell her and Joel to get money for drugs. Cops came, parents took off. So, Charlotte has been raising Joel and doing a great job, so she thought. He's 19 and wants to join a MC group? She's putting her foot down on that one! Best laid plans and all that!
Hart and his guys almost got killed by a kid shooting at them, who turned out this kid rode a bike like he should have had training wheels. They capture him and take him back to their club. Something about this kid. Jet thinks they should kill him. But, Hart remembers Zain was also wanting to join another group and is now one of the Cobra members. Will the group let Joel in? Can they trust him?
So many twists and turns in this story! The chemistry between Charlotte and Hart was off the chart! I'm not happy about one thing that happened to Joel (JoJo), but I still loved the story!!

ONE HARD HITTING ADVENTURE!!!
Holy Crap! Man, talk about taking care of business. A twirling, whirling eddy of unforseen events and surprising mishaps catapults all of your spinning emotions bursting into play smoothly. Evie came blazing through with this pulse racing, action packed, hard hitting, page turning thrill ride with a gripping storyline and pulse pounding plot that propels this bad boy to life beautifully. Trials and tribulations, along with a few bumps, bruises and scrapes draw you in so deep you feel as though you're there with them. The characters are authentic, receptive and so realistic with depth and individuality they blend and flow fluidly. The scenes are written with such realism it makes a perfect backdrop for this amazing high octane treasure. Amazing job Evie, thanks for sharing this bad boy with us.

This story started out with Charlotte a vet tech, whom all of her life took care of her younger brother. They got into a fight and he doesn’t show up home. Joel her brother joined a MC, a bad one that he may not be able to get out of. After shooting at the Cobra’s Hart is put in charge of watching him.
This is how he met the sisters Charlotte whom can’t stand him and disrespect mind at all standing up to him and he likes this. Of course they start a thing together and he agrees to help her brother out of his jam, but is it to late the Fury is not known to show mercy.
I enjoyed this story until almost at the end when their was a big twist that I know I did not see coming and it threw me off. But it did wrap up nicely.

Charlotte and her brother came from a dysfunctional family and found themselves in the foster system. When she turned eighteen, she applied for guardianship of her brother. JoJo is a difficult young man that had Charlotte worried when it came to his livelihood. He was hanging out with a bad group which is how Hart got a hold of him. He was captivated with Charlotte right from the beginning. He wanted to take care of Charlotte who took care of everyone else if only she will let him. This MC will touch your heart and have you in Hart and Charlotte's corner as they navigate their life journey. Will it end with them having a happily ever after? I voluntarily agreed to receive an ARC of this book for an honest review.

Charlotte has spent most of her life taking care of her baby brother Joel (Jojo) from the time she was just a small child when their parents drove off and left the two in a Circle K parking lot. She's sacrificed a lot to try to raise her brother right. Hart is a brother in the Steel Cobras MC, and a computer guru. The first time the two meet fireworks spark between them. This is an explosive read that had me hooked from the first paragraph, I got feelies reading this one. This story has also got the war continuing between the Cobras and the Fury MC. Making you hate the guys in the Fury even more with their antics. Grab this one, you're going to enjoy the ride.

Really enjoyed Charlotte's and Hart's Story. Charlotte was a over barring sister and she knew it. She just wanted the best for her little brother. Hart found him watching them after they has disposed of Slade. Jojo was a fury want to be. Trying to get into the club proved harder than he realized it would. Hart and Jetson caught him and they couldn't let him go. Hart got stuck baby sitting Jojo. The next day he decides to let him go after talking him into working for the Cobras. Jojo had no idea what this would intel. In the mean time Hart and Charlie were becoming an idem.
This one has kinda a sad ending but it was still a good read.

Evie has done it again!! I absolutely love Hart's story. The war with the Fury is getting worse and the kid they dragged back just might be what they need to find out what is going on with them. Hart volunteers to keep an eye on the kid, especially when he meets his sister! Charlotte and her brother have had a tough life and he is her whole world, until Hart rocker her off her axis. The chemistry is obvious, but she doesn't want to cave to him or let her brother near his club. This is packed with drama, guilt, danger, suspense. lust and a love they can't deny. I LOVED it!

Put them together and you will sizzle!! This is a beautiful and touching story of two people, both looking out for the younger brother of Charlotte. Both trying to find their HEA.
The characters are strong and well suited, as is the story line. This is an unputable (if that’s a word) down book that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. You will too!!

This book is so good! The characters are great! They are hot, stubborn and know what they want and have a heart of gold. Hart and Charolett have blistering hot chemistry, literally could burn up your kindle. The desire to protect those they love is without a doubt the reason they do the things they Do! Wonderful storyline. Highly recommend! Can not wait to have more from this author. I am voluntarily leaving my review after reading an advance copy of the book from the author. Check this out! It is a great way to spend an evening reading!

The other books in the series were decent. This book fell so very very short. The first 90% of the book took place within a weeks time frame. Hart and Charlotte meet and suddenly they're in bed together. Two days later he's telling Charlotte's brother how she's different for him.... yet they still have barely even spoken.
It was just too rushed. The story line didn't feel well developed and the ending felt very abrupt as well. The editing also wasn't spectacular which got kind of annoying. I had been planning to read book 6 in the series but I'm not sure I will any more.

With tears streaming down my cheeks, I was devastated and heartbroken 💔
OMG! I was ripped to shreds by what happened to Joel in this story. Even though I wanted to stop reading the book at that point, I kept reading hoping that by some miracle it wouldn't be true
It was as if I was suffering through every pain with Charlotte. With tears streaming down my cheeks, I was devastated and heartbroken 💔
After everything she and her brother had been through, I was hoping they would finally find happiness. It is imperative for the Steel Cobras to get rid of the Fury MC once and for all. The reason for this is that they put no value on life and keep getting away with their crimes.

Oh my goodness Mrs Monroe outdid herself on this story. This story tore my heart up. You will absolutely fall in love with Charlotte and Hart is so adorable. Their story is devastating, however you will want to help end the fury and enter the story to help this group of people out. This was a very touching story and one of the best in this series. This is my honest review for a book I volunteer to read, however I will be purchasing it

Evie has hit out of the park with this one....Another great addition to the series...if you haven't checked out this series you need to... this author has great story telling abilities that will leave you belieiving you are part of her story.

A fifth book, another roller coaster ride, and another super hot alpha male....what more could you want!! Hart and Charlotte might had a rocky start, but Hart is one determined biker. The book has tons of action, some drama, and off the hook chemistry between the H&h. Even though this is the 5th book in the series, it can be read as standalone, but all these books are well worth the read. Solid Read!!

Hart is a closet geek. Charlotte has done whatever she can for her and her brother to survive. Neither can deny their attraction. Will Charlotte be able to overcome her hesitations? Will Hart be able to prove that not all bikers are bad?
This book definitely took me for a ride. I couldn't help, but feel for Charlotte throughout this whole book with how she struggled and what she was able to overcome. I loved how Hart was determined to do what he could to protect those he loved. Great read!

Hart and Charlotte meet when her little brother tries to shoot a few of the Steel Cobras but I captured instead. The Cobras then talk Joel into leaving the Fury and becoming a Cobra. He is quickly realizing he is in way over his head. When Charlotte and Joel quickly become lovers, they are less careful of being caught. When the fury end up killing Joel, the book got to be a little too much for me.

I'll start by saying MC romance is not my fave trope. This book however was more about the relationships behind the scenes. Inside he's a nerdy geek, she comes with some major baggage and a kid brother. Can they even make it work? Danger is all around them, people are dying and hearts will be broken. Is a happy ending even possible? Break out the tissues and hold on for the ride.

I am really enjoying this series about the Cobras MC. Hart and Charlotte meet when he brings her brother home. You can almost start a forest fire with the sparks they are throwing. Charlotte has been raising her brother, Joel, since she got out of foster care. The dynamics in this installment are amazing. I really liked how Joel was portrayed.

I can't say I like this series. And this book was the worst! After all that talk about protecting Joel and he's killed anyways? The whole MC seems like a bunch of pansies to me. And I'm not feeling the romance either. I hate giving bad reviews but I just don't see what everyone else saw in this series. I'm sorry.

Wow
I love this series of books all the other stories I loved them but this one why did you kill Joel if anyone should've died it should've been her dad in Cullen but to kill Joel he was young and confused but after all they went through I would have loved to see what became of him. I was sad reading this one.

This book continues right after the death of Furies President. The Cobra's are still trying to gain the upper hand in the town against a Furies. Charlotte is the older sister of a Furies prospect that has knocked Hart figuratively on his rear when he meets her. You will have to read it to see this next chapter.

Damn ... this book was off the charts exciting to read . Charlotte was a pistol that would dole out what ever fury she had to to protect her little brother . Joel got himself mixed up with the wrong crowd and the Cobra MC was trying to help him find his way out . Hart was trying his best but sometimes your best can’t even succeed .. very emotional story but was so good
