This book is filled with practical instructions on how to make better decisions. They outline the book and divide it into five sections: Getting Started, Generate Possible Solutions, Evaluate Your Options, Make the Choice and Follow Through, and Managing Though Situations.
Some of the articles are more deliberate while some titles are self-explanatory. Only several of them that are long, while the rests are just a couple of pages.

SInce decision making is always happening in our life, to see it being framed in well structured explanation and example helps me so much to capture the main idea of the decision making process. This readings is one of the good source for us to quickly capture the steps and implement it step-by-step in our daily life.
Many chapters present decision making frameworks that can fit into a variety of scenarios. I listened to the audiobook and will probably pick up a used paper copy to have on the shelf. The examples do lean heavily on a specific type of corporate decisions, and some chapters were a bit generic or overlapping.
Thoroughly enjoyed this book. Offered a lot of tips on improving the decision making process. As a project manager who routinely faces many decision points, I've learned a great deal from the book. The chapters from John S. Hammond I found were the most useful.
A great group of articles about decision making process gathered in one book. It is good for those just started the process of decision making in business
