After finishing the first book in this series, I couldn't wait to jump into this one and see how it concluded. Presley and Dom's story has a lot of back and forth and it could be a little messy, but by the end I was completely satisfied.
“We’re more comfortable together, more in sync than we have been. What started out as a chemical thing–a lustful attraction–has given way to more, despite my best efforts.”

Dominic is Presley's boss and sometimes lover and it's all very confusing for her. Don't worry, it's confusing for him as well. Dom was burned by a woman before and now he's a single dad who doesn't trust easily.  Just as he was starting to let Presley in during the last book a misunderstanding happened and that trust was broken. Now it must be rebuilt.

I loved Dom and Presley together. Dom's back and forth attitude gave me whiplash at times, but I was happy when he finally got together. He and Presley were a great pairing. My favorite part of this duet was seeing them together with Dom's kids. It was just adorable.

If you're looking for a sexy and intriguing story, pick this duet up. I listened to the audio and really enjoyed it.

Powerful, billionaire, CEO Dominic Aspen lives in Seattle where he stays busy running a huge corporation and being a single father to twin two year old daughters he adores. He doesn't easily let anyone get close to him since he was burned in the past. His life is complicated and he's always avoided messy entanglements, that is until sexy intern Presley Harper turns his entire world upside down in a matter of weeks. They shared something special, and real feelings developed. He let his guard down, and just when he felt like he could trust her, and was opening up to her, everything is ruined. Now he must lock away his heart, and return to a strictly business professional relationship. He's done with her on a personal level, but can't help the way he still wants her. When she's near he feels out of control.

Presley Harper was never supposed to fall for her hot boss. They shared an amazing connection, and just as she was starting to glimpse his hidden tender side not most see, she messes up royally. Now she's having to live with the consequences. She's jeopardized her job, and this new relationship that means so much to her. Determined to fight for and win back this exquisite, confusing, frustrating man, when an opportunity presents itself for her to have some time alone with him, she takes it. Will seven nights be enough time to win his heart?

Seven Nights of Sin (Penthouse Affair #2) by Kendall Ryan is the fantastic conclusion to Two Week Arrangement where we first meet Dom & Presley. The delicious boss, and the intern he can't resist. This was a steamy single dad/ office romance that will keep you wanting more. It's emotional, captivating, and sinfully sexy. I really enjoyed this wonderful duet!

I liked the first book better. The romance and relationship just didn’t develop or evolve in a emotionally satisfying manner/way.

More to come on this review.

DNF. This book was a MASSIVE disappointment. I really liked the first book in this duet, but this book was disjointed and inconsistent. Way too much internal dialogue and then Dominic, the hero, was just hot and cold in this book with the heroine with no explanation as to his mood swings. We're also supposed to believe that he's a devoted father of two twin girls, but he's really just a workaholic.

I see more and more authors doing "duets" for romances and to me, I think the books would be stronger if they were condensed into one, long 90,000 word book instead of two books. So much of this book could have been, and should have been cut down, and simply included in the first book.

I didn't make it past the 20% mark in this book.

Five stars for my favorite single dad, Dom ❤!!!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was waiting for this book from the moment I've finished with reading "The Two Week Arrangement" and I have to say that Kendall did again a great job with this book, like with the others before.

This book was little emotional and heartbreaking than the first one but I loved it even more because of that.

Presley and Dom had a slow burn relationship with many impediments but till the end, they mastered them all and got what they deserved...

... happily ever after ❤!

If you looking for a romantic book's duet, then "The Two Week Arrangements" and "Seven Nights of Sin" are perfect books for you!

Highly recommended!!!

Kendall Ryan has delivered another hit in this sweet and spicy conclusion to Dominic and Presley's story. It brought a smile to my face, made my heart sing and gave me all those warm and gooey feelings one hopes for when reading a romance novel.

The story picks up right where the last book left off with Dominic coming to Presley's rescue. Despite all that has happened, she is relieved to learn that she still has a position with Aspen Hotels. She is the best person for the job and Dom doesn't want to lose her, but anything more is out of the question. His past has made him guarded, and Presley has already broken his trust. But for Presley that's just not enough. She did the one thing she was told not to do and fell in love with him. Now she will do all in her power to break down those walls and earn back his trust. And a week-long business trip to London will give her the chance to do just that.

Seven Nights of Sin is deliciously alluring and wonderfully written. The characters are intriguing and endearing, and the plot is the perfect mix of family, friendship, combustible chemistry and irresistible heat. True to the author's form, the readers can expect to feel the emotions that radiate throughout the book. Add in some sexy banter and just the right amount of angst, and you have yourself the perfect romance. So kick back, get comfy, and give this one a go.

If you haven't read The Two Week Arrangement grab that before you read Seven Nights of Sin!!

Now you see that huge thing on my face? Yes that massive smile, well it's only becuase of that ending for Seven Nights of Sin. Epilogues always get my  heart in a twist and boy did this one do just that. I think I might cry.

Presely and Dominic's story continues in this second and final installment. Leaving book 1 on a cliff hanger it picks up straight away from where we left off and does it go straight to the deep end of what?

Dom and Presely's have even more issues to delve through and with Presley breaking the one rule of falling in love with him, things get a little more messy.

Emotions are all over the place. Mixed signals and heart broken nights are becoming the new normal yet there is still something salvageable underneath this all.

When problems arise and Dom asks Presely for help she can't say no. With these situations in place it not only shows Dom that she can be trusted but that perhaps she's just as wrapped around his heart as she is to his.

The balance of sexiness, heat, heart and sentiment keeps you wanting more and does it deliver or what?

This was my second read by Kendall Ryan and I'm in love with her. The style is so clean cut, moving and the strong characters keep things interesting.

I for sure will be picking up more of her reads, but for now The Two Week Arrangement and Seven Nights of Sin should be your next read becuase meeting Dom, Presely and all the important people in their lives is worth the ride you go on!

Thank you to the author for the ARC on exchange for an honest review.

The conclusion of the Penthouse Affair Duet was fun, quickly paced and steamy. I enjoyed the back and forth between Presley and Dominic throughout the book. While there were moments or actions when the characters made silly decisions, they remedied them quickly so I was not angered for long periods of time. This was the perfect duet to get me out of my audiobook slump. I feel like I can always depend on Andi Arndt and Jacob Morgan to provide well performed narration and Kendall Ryan gives me an HEA in just the right amount of time. I very much enjoyed this duet.

Trust doesn’t come easily to the surly CEO Dominic Aspen. He took a risk trusting his young intern with his company, his private life and his heart and got burned. But no matter how much he regrets opening up to Presley, he won’t abandon her when she calls him for help, nor can he deny the longing he feels every time she’s in his presence which is constantly now that he’s asked her once more to pose as his fake girlfriend. Can he resist her pull?

After mistakenly trusting the wrong person, Presley put her job and relationship at serious risk. Not knowing where she stood with either she makes yet another mistake that puts her wellbeing at risk. But not only comes to the rescue, he opens the door to second chance at their tenuous relationship.

Seven Nights of Sin continues right where The Two Week Arrangement left off when Dominic comes to Presley’s rescue. After some clarification, Dom in yet again pressured by a potential investor to take a business trip (this time to London) with Presley. Given the close quarters they find themselves in, Dom and Presley quickly give into their physical desires, but Dom has erected new walls and it’s up to Presley to break them down.

I had mixed feelings about the character development in this installment. Dominic was hot and cold, but even if this was warranted, he seemed sinister at times. While Presley, as to be expected from a young woman her age, felt naïve and weak. I did like Dom’s softer side and Presley’s determination.

Seven Nights of Sin is book #2 of the Penthouse Affair duet by Kendall Ryan. It’s a forbidden office romance, told from both points of view with a happy ending.

Slow-burning, absorbing, and passionate!

Seven Nights of Sin is an emotive, smouldering tale that picks up right where The Two-Week Arrangement left off, taking us back into the lives of Dominic and Presley just after a misunderstanding has left their relationship in tatters and insecurities, doubts, and baggage have reared their ugly heads.

The writing is fluid and sultry. The characters are ambitious, forgiving, and dependable. And the plot is an enchanting, slightly angsty tale filled with life, love, family, friendship, palpable chemistry, scrumptious tension, fervour, vulnerability, and romance.

Overall, Seven Nights of Sin is a sexy, engaging, swoon-worthy conclusion to the Penthouse Affair duet that is heartfelt, entertaining, and full of heat.

Thank you to Kendall Ryan for providing me with a copy in exchange for an honest review.

And since I already removed my bra before getting into bed earlier, I'm in my birthday suit in less than a second.
Showing Dominic how sorry I am - showing him that I'm willing to put all my insecurities, my doubts, my freaking self-preservation aside to get him to trust me again - is the only thing on my mind. I'm offering myself up on a silver platter. Offering to fix this without words.

How can anyone write something like this in the 21th century (in a book playing in this century)? Since when is offering yourself naked to a man a solution to any problem? I didn't read more after this paragraph, this was just too much... I really hope Dominic threw her out and the book was over, because a person like this shouldn't get to be a 'step mother' to little girls... She is the worst role model I could imagine for any children.

DAMN, DAMN, DAMN!!!!
That was a great ending.
Let me say my feelings for Dominic kept going back and fourth. He really made me angry with the way he was treating Presley. I understood he was cautious where she was concerned. He is worth alot of money, but the woman begged him to believe her.
Presley deserves medals. with all the pull and pushing that was going on.and thats all I will say

After the cliffhanger that is Two-Week Arrangement, I couldn't wait to see how Presley and Dominic were going to resolve all of their issues. While they did get everything situated in a satisfying way, it did feel a bit rushed and I thought there were a few missed opportunities (mainly, I would've loved a few more pages for Presley's adventures at her side gig and a bit more explanation as to why Dominic felt the need to date/not date the way he did). That being said, I did enjoy seeing that crazy couple find their way back to each other. I'm a fan of forced proximity and fake relationships and we get both of those with a single dad so you know I am a happy camper! Kendall Ryan consistently (and frequently) serves up entertaining reads, with feisty, intelligent heroines, alpha males with heart, and chemistry that just keeps you turning the pages, and Seven Nights of Sin is a great example of that. 4 out of 5 wine glasses.

(I’m leaving the same review for both books) I keep thinking about this duology and something is bothering me and I think I know what it is. Actually, it’s two things. 1…this duology should have been one book. It wasn’t long enough for two books and I’m sort of miffed I had to buy two separate books that ultimately left me unsatisfied. 2…The decisions the characters made didn’t support the intellect they supposedly had. I had no respect for them. I liked the premise, but it just didn’t work for me. I keep buying these cheap romance audiobooks because I go through them so quickly and usually they’re entertaining enough…but…not this time

I enjoyed book one way more than book two. The hero was a jerk. I didn’t find one redeeming quality in him. In book one the heroine who was a college graduate that was interning at a prestigious company. Who by the end turned into an escort. But wait there’s more... middle of the book she receives a promotion from said jerk now a Director of operations. All the while he was treating her like trash!!!! Speaking to her like she was scum. No. This was not my cup of tea. Was a hot mess.

I’m gonna be completely honest and say that I only finished “Seven Nights of Sin” because I hate dfn’ing books. I skimmed most of it because Dominic was still the same asshole who saw Presley as nothing but a whore. Presley still had no backbone and did everything he asked no matter how hurt she was. I also couldn’t stand Dominic going on and on about how he tried to be the best father in the world when he actually spent all his time working or having sex with Presley. I’m just glad this is now over.

This duet was a quick spicy office romance. Nothing special, but still enjoyable.

Full transparency: I had to stop another audiobook because I needed something I didn't have to pay attention to every second. And this was perfect for that.

However, I didn't like the MMCs backstory regarding his children & the FMC gave in to him way too quickly. The story also felt pretty flat, and I needed more character development & feelings. And their relationship doesn't evolve enough (Having sex is not enough to make me believe in a relationship/ the feelings of the characters).

But his interaction with his children melted my heart a little. And I never say no to a book narrated by Jacob Morgan and Andi Arndt! (These two made me like this book more, so if you pick it up, choose the audiobook)

~ 4 Sinful Stars ~

Let me start by saying that if you haven’t read The Two Week Arrangement, then you need to stop right there and pick up that book first. Seven Nights of Sin is the second book in this duet by Kendall Ryan.

This book is the conclusion to Dominic and Presley’s story. I enjoyed this read, but I think I liked the first book better. There were things about Dominic’s personality in this story that didn’t sit right with me. I wanted to throat punch him for half the book. Maybe that was Kendall’s intention, and if it was, it worked!!!

Even with saying that, I still really enjoyed this story. I love everything Kendall writes and this was no different. Once I got over Dominic’s bad behavior I fell in love with him right along with Presley. I do wish we would’ve seen more of this couple during the happy times together. That seemed kind of quick towards the end of the story. But let me just say, Presley and Dominic’s road to a HEA is a bumpy one and not an easy one.

Seven Nights of Sin picks up right where we are left hanging after book 1. This book is NOT a standalone novel. It is also told in Dual POV and completes this duet. I will say this book is filled with a lot of emotion. There were some serious mixed signals and poor communication on everyone’s part. I do have to say I absolutely LOVED the ending of this book. I loved the epilogue so much. I will give Presley some big props for her determination. She was given road block after road block by Dominic regarding their personal relationship, but she knew he was worth the struggle and wasn’t willing to give up so easily. Dominic is amazing when he let his softer side show. He had some serious trust issues to get over in this story.

I loved the secondary characters in this story. Who couldn’t love a couple of two year old twins. At times the secondary characters were my favorite in this story over the main characters.

I would recommend reading this duet!!!!

“We’re more comfortable together, more in sync than we have been. What started out as a chemical thing–a lustful attraction–has given way to more, despite my best efforts.”

“Presley’s warmth and softness and sweet scent envelope me until nothing else exists. Until she’s my whole world.”

“That is love. Love is messy and imperfect. It isn’t that you aren’t capable of it. It’s that you’re overwhelmed by it.”

Ahhhh!!! Seven Nights of Sin was soooo worth the wait!! After the way things ended with The Two Week Arrangement, I have been dying to get my hands on this book. I had to know what happened next and was just beside myself with glee when this baby showed up on my kindle.

Seven Nights of Sin picks up right where The Two Week Arrangement left off. We are left to deal with the aftermath of what happened between Dominic and Presley. Dominic is beyond mad at Presley for the things that happened, but as you know, everything isn’t always so black and white. Despite the hurt Dominic may feel, he can’t help but come running when Presley needs him….Presley knows the situation looks bad, but will do anything to get Dominic to hear her side of the story. Yes, she screwed up, but no one is perfect. The only thing that matters now is regaining Dominic’s trust and fighting for the man that she wants. It’s not going to be easy. There will be lots of bumps along the way. If Dominic can see the truth, there just might be hope for these two yet….

Seven Nights of Sin was everything that I wanted and then some. The characters sucked me back in to their story and kept my eyes glued to their story. I couldn’t help but devour all the words and finished this book in just a few short hours. I just could not put it down. Dominic and Presley’s story took my emotions on such a wild ride. I was angry. I was frustrated. I wanted to bang my head on the wall. But, in the very next breath, my heart was full. I swooned. My heart ached. I hoped for Dominic and Presley to work through it all and find their way back to one another. Sure, the road to happily ever after was a bumpy one, but I don’t like my romance easy. I like to see the characters go through the paces and fight for what they want. The drama and angst was just right and these two did not disappoint.

At the end of the day, Seven Nights of Sin was the perfect story to spend my day getting lost in. I couldn’t get enough of the emotion, steam and romance. I loved getting lost in these two characters and their story…..
