Nice book, it looks into contemporary designers whose influenced by the Memphis Milano style in some way. There’s interviews and some of their work showcased.
The nature Memphis style is utilized in each work is varied which is an interesting thing. There are ones with saturated Memphis elements, others just a sprinkle of Memphis salt! Two of the original members of the Memphis group are also interviewed. The interviews are simple and short.
Nice book, I totally enjoyed it.

-on one page I saw a picture of a Bauhaus Wassily chair sitting peacefully with a Memphis Kristall coffee table, we should learn a thing or two from art and furniture!



كتاب رائع، يستعرض مصممين معاصرين تأثروا بأسلوب ممفيس ميلانو بطريقة أو بأخرى. يتضمن مقابلات مع عرض لبعض أعمالهم.

يختلف استخدام أسلوب ممفيس في كل عمل من التصاميم المعروضة، وهذا أمر مثير للاهتمام. فهناك أعمالٌ غنيةٌ بعناصر ممفيس، وأخرى تحمل لمسةً خفيفةً منه. كما أُجريت مقابلات مع اثنين من الأعضاء المؤسسين الاصليين لمجموعة ممفيس. المقابلات بسيطة ومختصرة.

كتاب رائع، استمتعتُ بقراءته للغاية.

- في إحدى الصفحات، رأيتُ صورةً لكرسي فاسيلي من باوهاوس موضوعًا بكل سلام بجانب طاولة قهوة كريستال من ممفيس، فلنتعلم بعض الدروس من الفن والأثاث!
