A very good book not only for a Catechist but for anyone who would like to know more about the Our Father, Hail Mary, The Glory Be, The Prayer to the Holy Spirit, Grace Before Meals, The Act of Contrtion, The Memorare, The Angelus, The Magniificat and the Acts of Faith, Hope and Love. There are excellent suggestions in how to pray them and deepen one's spiritual life through these prayers.
