"Everybody Lies" by B.M. Hardin

My Rationalization:

All I can say is this was one of the best novels I have ever read from this author. This was quite a mystery, thriller and let's not leave out a suspenseful novel that will keep you turning the pages and on the edge of your seat to see what was coming next for these very interesting characters starting with Pepper, her mom, sisters... Olivia and Honey and a cast of others from Greg, Kelli, Jai, Coco, Crystal, Deb, Brian, Carlton to a few others that will present the reader with a heck of a good read. Be ready for lots of twists and turns in this story.

Pepper's desire was to find out who and why someone had killed her sister. She wasn't able to let it go until it was found out. I liked her determination with her being so adamant about finding out the truth while seeking justice for her sister. What I also liked about this story was that Pepper found out that 'Everybody Lies' so that title tells the whole story in one way or another. It seems like at times no one could be trusted because of all of the lies and secrets that seemed to surround everyone. By the end of the story, all that is left to say is wow I didn't see that coming! What a journey of a ride this story will take you and I would definitely recommend "Everybody Lies" to you.

As usual, B.M. kept the story confusing where you couldn't tell who did what or who was involved with who almost the entire story. The culprit was not predictable, and the reason for the murder was also not something you could've pulled out of your hat. I enjoyed it, and the editing in this book was great as it hasn't always been in previous work. Although she continues to say, "reached me" instead of "handed me" (which I truly hate), I've resolved myself to the fact that it's just her writing style and she's never going to stop using it, so I can either take it or leave it. I've chosen to take it. LOL

B H Hardin has wrote ANOTHER great book! This book lived up to its title and I was here for every twist and turn. There were times where i was confused but in a good way. It's a must read!

Catches your attention from beginning to end. There are so many twist and turns.
