This was a good read from an author that I have read before. A hit and run accident twelve years ago left Alexa's friend dead and her clinging to life. Their case was closed suspiciously fast leaving many questions unanswered and no one held accountable for it. Nick Murphy operates Murphy’s Intelligence & Security Company "MIS" they take cases where the legal system doesn’t bring to justice & often they take the law into their own hands. Alexa who is Assistant Attorney General who is currently looking into MIS. This was a good read and. These two had some hot sexy chemistry. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling.

Get ready for the next Murphy brother! Nick has worked through tragedy and changed his life’s course based on it. Much like his brothers, he is very protective of family and does anything and everything he can to protect them, which is why when Alexa Nash comes into their house and threatens them without actually doing so, Nick is determined to fix things. After a traumatic accident that has left her both emotionally and physically scarred, Alexa has resigned herself for the life she has built but isn’t necessarily happy with it. When she decides to go after the Murphy brothers, she has no idea what she’s in store for, except her attraction to Nick. As Nick starts to dig into Alexa’s accident, at first to gain leverage but then turning into concern as things don’t add up, the two give into the attraction and feelings they have for each other, especially when Nick gets close to the truth and Alexa almost pays the price. Another trio of books that follow this overall series and each book within the set gives some answers yet more questions and I can’t get enough of the suspense aspect! Especially with the cliffhanger we are left with in this first book, I am dying to see what happens next!

Wicked Game is the continuation of revenge on the hidden mission of the MIS enterprise that was released by an enemy. Nick, Ronan and Declan freedom is in limbo pending investigation from the Attorney General’s office.
Alexa Nash teenage years was abruptly disrupted but she survived with the intention to show her strength through it all. She attended law school and works for the Attorney General’s office as an assistant. The MIS enterprises became her case pending further review for charges after the leaked information until she meet Nick Murphy.
Nick Murphy is the CFO of the MIS enterprise with his brothers and an ex detective for the BPD. He met the fascinating and curious Alexa Nash and beginning to research a possible coverup from her childhood ordeal.
Another rough ride for the Murphy brothers with a never ending corruption, secrets and suspenseful storyline. I love the Murphy brothers and looking forward to reading Fair Game.

A Definite 5 Stars....
Another hit book by Michelle St. James. I love the Murphy Brothers, all wealthy, good-looking, owners of MIS, an undercover mercenary firm. They are vigilantes who step in when the legal way doesn't work. Beautiful Alexa Nash, Assistant Attorney General, is investigating MIS and trying to decide if they are criminals or not. Nick Murphy handles the finances for MIS and the brothers so it very interesting when he meets Alexa. Alexa has her own secrets, so it makes for a very good story. I love all of this author's books. And this book doesn't disappoint. Read it today!

Based on gossip that the Murphy brothers are operating outside the law, Alexa Nash is looking for something she can use to prosecute them, but so far everything is squeaky clean. While fighting her attraction to Nick Murphy, her past came back to haunt her. I was pulled in from the first page and could not put it down till the end. As always Michelle St James keeps you on the edge of your seat with a great story-line, strong characters, suspense, mystery and criminal masterminds.

Alexa and Nick had me from the very beginning! There was so much mystery going on around these two. I seriously couldn’t put it down until I knew what was going on. I absolutely love and Alexa and Nick together. Can’t wait to read more about them. 💙

Wicked is the story of Murphy brother Nick and Alexa Nash. Alexa is the assistant attorney general assigned to investigate MIS and Nick takes it upon himself to investigate a possible coverup of an accident that almost killed Alexa. The book is fast paced, filled with suspense and lust.

Alexa overcame a horrible past. Nick runs a successful company with his brothers. Can these two overcome their obstacles? I don't know, but it will interesting to find out

It took me a little while to read WICKED GAME. It was a good story but it wasn’t that edge of your seat story I was hoping for. But don’t get me wrong, I did enjoy it and I am excited to see what comes next for Nick and Alexa. Because after that ending, things are getting real interesting for the pair. 4 Stars!

Very short and a pretty easy read! Not much depth to this yet but I’m intrigued enough to hope that there’s a bit more character development in the second and third books.

Wicked games is the story of Nick Murphy & Alexa Nash. Nick is one of the Murphy brothers who life could be turned upside down if Alexa’s office decides to investigate them for the information that was leaked about their family company MIS. Alexa works for Attorney Generals office and was assigned this case. Alexa meets Nick and his brothers when she wants to try to find information on them. Nick is intrigued after he meets Alexa & she says she will be investigating them. Nick does some digging on Alexa and finds that her childhood accident that completely changed her life the way she lives could of had cover up. Nick starts digging to find the truth. This books has slot of suspense and passion. Definitely can’t wait for the next book.

The Murphy brothers are back! This time we are following Nick Murphy, MIS’s CFO, and Alexa Nash, the Assistant Attorney General. Nick is one hell of a man. He is handsome, athletic, protective and an overall family man. I honestly thought Rowan was going to be my favorite Murphy brother but I think Nick is winning me over. Nick wants nothing but to help others and fix broken things. Alexa is broken, even after years of a horrific car accident she is still reminded every day of the scars that were left behind from that difficult time in her life. Sure she looks like she has things together, but under all that, is hurt and pain that hasn’t healed. The more digging they each do, the harder it is going to be when they have to pull away. I was almost screaming by the end of the book because I just knew it would end on a cliffhanger. Boy was I right!!! All I can say is that Alexa is playing with fire. She is going to end up regretting the things she has planned. I will probably say this about every single Michelle St. James book I read, this woman KNOWS how to write. I honestly get so sucked into her stories so quickly and finish them in record time. Highly recommend this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ read to anyone!

Wicked Game follows Nick Murphy and Alexa Nash. They're both on the different side of the law, but neither one of them cares. While Nick just wanted to cover his bases and Murphy's reputation, he dug himself deeper into figuring out Alexa Nash.
Alexa Nash is on a mission to figure out what sort of the wrong side of the law that the Murphy brothers are into, however she get drawn by Nick and all she want to do is get one look under his shield.
Nick undercovers a tragic past that happen to Alexa but now he suspects that the investigation was covering something or someone else up. Both Nick and Alexa starts to grow toward one another.
As always I enjoy Michelle's books and I enjoy this one, I can't wait for the next book.

Wow, this book was so good! I really loved Ronan and Julia’s story but Nick and Alexa’s may take the cake!
It was suspenseful, taboo, and sensual. There was so much tension and intrigue. Nick is caring and not really an alpha but he does take charge. Alexa is so strong and resilient.
The chemistry between them is high. Even knowing that they can’t happen, they risk it and it is so amazing. It’s very passionate and pretty emotional.
Man, I can’t wait for the next book. Will Alexa find out the truth? Will she reveal her secrets to Nick? What will Ronan do to Nick? What does the future hold for all these people? So much at stake!!

Nick is a closed off ex police officer who plays rugby for the fun of it. Alexa Nash is the assistant AG, a loner not by choice with a heart breaking past. Nick and Alexa’s world collide when the AG’s office opens an investigation into MIS. The attraction is strong and the pull is undeniable but is at a wise choice when they are both on opposite sides of the fence? Nick knows some of Alexa’s tragic past but she still holds pieces of story close to her. Nick is struggling with how they’ll work with his family secrets but now they’re bond is even stronger after he almost lost her. Can’t wait to see what’s next and what secrets will be revealed. This was goood 😉😃

I think I’m really going to like Nicks story.... of course he falls for the lawyer investigating him and his brothers. But Alexa’s past is interesting ... can’t wait to see what happens in book 2... I was very disappointed, but didn’t really expect anything different, that Alexa is going to continue investigating the brothers. She knows their good guys. Nick saved her life she accepted that he killed someone and cleaned it up. So why is she pursuing the investigation!?! Of course it just adds drama I get it but ugh! The suspense hahahaha

In Wicked Game we meet the next Murphy brother, Nick. Now that MIS is possibly under investigation by the District Attorney, the last person Nick should fall for is Alexa, the lead attorney. Yet now he’s hooked and discovers an accident from her past that the details don’t add up to. While he digs in deeper to find the truth, it might just put her in danger. This book had the perfect amount of suspense to keep me turning the page.

This was amazing...although it ended so abruptly I thought I’d accidentally skipped like 100 pages. And the epilogue didn’t do a whole lot to ease that either but I guess there’s a follow up book I’ll have to read in order to see the story through. Wish I’d known that first, but I don’t regret reading it. This is my second book by this author and she is seriously on point in the romantic suspense department! High suspense, romance and dreamy sex scenes...exactly what I want from this genre.

This novel had a lot of good moments, a lot of sweet moments; BUT it also had lot of just okay moments and just a sliver of the romance that the title implied. However, even though there were times when it would lull, I never pondered choosing another novel for immediately something would grab my attention again. There was always something slightly spicy or mysterious which would reel me back in to stick by the side of this author. In the end, though, I'm glad I finished reading this novel.

Alexa has a job to do as Assistant Attorney General. Her office is currently investigating the Murphy brothers. Nick is instantly attracted to Alexa but her investigation could be a sticky point. She has no real idea what he does and why but she will need his help. I'm pretty sure I read this out of order but this seems like a good series.

Lone wolf meet heart melting reader. This book is amazing. You will want this book to be on your one click list trust me. This is a must read and the best in the series. This book is hot, steamy, and thrilling. I need more I am so addicted. Characters are clear and you can feel every emotion that they feel. Great new addition to the Murphy brothers and I'm already looking forward to reading the next one or two? It felt like there were less sex scenes in this Michelle St James novel however I enjoyed it more as it allowed the story to flow uninterrupted.

Another winner from Michelle St James! Nick and Alexa’s story is so much fun to read. He and his brothers own MIS which is a vigilante company for when the law doesn’t work and Alexa Nash is an assistant DA and looking into the the Murphy brothers and MIS. The story is well written, the characters are great and the chemistry-oh my! Loved the story and can’t wait to read read the next book!

This book captured me within the first page, I’m hooked and loving the story with Nick and Alexa. I cannot wait to see where this series goes but I can tell there are going to be plenty of twists along the way

I loved this book. I loved Nick and Alexa. From the first page to the last they are a phenomenal couple. Bravo Michelle. I love there interactions. It reminds me of a cat and mouse game from the start. It is a wonderful read.

These are all good books. This is 3rd series I’ve read. Haven’t been disappointed yet. A little ‘off’ because the characters aren’t really legal…technically criminals even though for good causes. Seems to be ok, oddly enough.
