This book contains a lot of short quick easy to read chapters that cover a wide variety of topics. Stand up comics like Lenny Bruce and Bills Hicks are explored as spiritual teachers in disguise. The 18th century Swedish mystic Emanuel Swedenborg is introduced at the beginning, his wisdom then runs throughout the book.

Everything from how laughter is important to one's spiritual growth, how to tell how spiritually health you are, what happens when you die, to how to eat consciously to aid digestion is explored in this book. Each chapter starts with a single cell cartoon that enhances the reading experience. Also because each chapter stands alone this is the perfect book to take while traveling, or anytime you are looking for a book you can put down and come back to later without missing a beat.
