Ever since Tap Out, I have been waiting impatiently for Vinceโs story, and it truly fit him perfectly.
We have known Vince as this fighter who doesnโt let a lot of people into his circle. He has a great group of core friends and needs to focus on his upcoming fight. Heโs always been the sweet, protective, jokester in the group.
Holly was the perfect addition to this group. She had the wit, the funny t-shirts, and the backbone needed to deal with this crazy, rambunctious group and her past.
The last 25% of the book wasnโt what I saw coming. I knew something was up the entire time, but I didnโt realize Holly was in that much trouble. I was seriously reading with my jaw hanging open.
This series has the best group of friends ever. The Coven is spot on in texts and scary at times, but they would never break your trust. The guys have the same bond, but the girls take the cake!
I highly recommend reading the bonus epilogues. They are amazing and frustrating at the same time. Amazing because you get more of this group, and frustrating because Alley drops hints about future books that you will have to wait to read!

Oh holy swoony sweetness! Gaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh! Alley Ciz has ruined me for other books. Iโm talking, cannot brain, wat r wurds, must go back and read this again NOW book hangover. Sweet Victory sailed right to the top of my favorites list with all the amazing goodness thatโs within the pages.

This series just continues to get better and better with every book. I picked up the first one on a whim, then HAD to read the second one and I begged to get my hands on the third. Honestly there's so much to love.
First there's the coven, then there's all the hot AF athletes, the awesome banter, the hilarious text conversations. And that's before you mention the sizzling hot chemistry and even hotter sex scenes.
The insta lust between Vince and Holly was so strong yet I felt every second of it. Vince turned into the perfect, growly, possessive alpha but having been well trained by the covenettes he managed to be all soft and sensitive at the same time.
So not only do we have the super sweet relationship between Vince and Holly but we also got a huge heaping of the entire coven crew. And now I am off to stalk Alley to see what couple we are getting next and how long we have to wait.

I was blessed to be given an ARC copy of this book. Sweet Victory is a wonderful mixture of fantastic characters and interesting plot which keeps the story entertaining. I couldn't put it down! This book is the third in the BTU Alumni series by the author but could be read as a stand-alone book. I highly recommend this series if you love a good book with some witty dialogue sure to make you laugh out loud.
The main characters are Vince and Holly and their story is the perfect mix of holiday/sports romance that makes you believe in true love. I love the determination of Vince and his willingness to put in the work. He is a truly sexy alpha male that is swoon worthy! There is no shame in his romance game! Holly is sweet but she has an inner strength that is hard not to admire. She's determined to live life on her own terms.
I love the dynamic of the family and friend characters and wish I had a "coven" to call my own. Alley Ciz is a must read author!

I have so much love for this incredible read! Author Alley Ciz has an inexplicable talent for writing the heroines I want to be friends with, and the swooniest alpha heroes! Her latest release, Sweet Victory, is no exception! Plus we get MORE of the Coven! And you guessed it... Coven Conversations! Get ready to laugh and swoon in equal measure!
I absolutely reveled in this slow burn! The tension and heat in just a kiss was so intense, I ate up every page! This delicious and chemistry filled slow burn was impossible to put down. The undeniable connection between Vince and Holly is palpable. Every scene absolutely explosive. A 5 star read, hands down! By the way - pro tip: have cookies and/or cupcakes (go big or go home right?) on hand for this read! I can guarantee you're going to end up with a major Vince induced sweet tooth!

Every time I read an Alley Ciz book I say โthatโs my favourite book,โ and sheโs only gone and done it again.
THIS is my favourite BTU book.
Vince, Holly and the BTU Crew stole my heart. They made me laugh so hard, cry my eyes out and want to join their family so badly.
โHolly, if I take one step inside this room I will be spending the night buried so deep inside you, you wonโt know where you end and I begin.โ
What can I tell you about Vince? I mean if you read that quote you can already tell he is one hell of a dirty talking alpha! My favourite kind. But heโs also, sweet, attentive and when you get to his him at his most vulnerable, that is Vince at his finest.
Holly has secrets, and I knew she was going to break my heart. There were a lot of LOL moments but there were also a few serious twists and turns that had my heart pounding out of my chest.
I didnโt know if I would survive this book. The more it went on, the more I knew it was going to rip my heart out. I survived... JUST!
โโYou belong with me and now that I have you I'm never letting you go.โ
If you love a sassy baker with a secret, a dirty talking alpha, lots of steamy sex with some suspense sprinkled in then Sweet Victory is the book for you.

I have been waiting on this book for what feels like forever! I loved book 2 in this series Tap Out: and it is for sure in my top 5 read this year. So when I read we got another fighter romance I was a little anxious that it couldn't live up to it after Tap out but this book was so different but just as good as Tap out.
I love a baker romance I don't know why but there is just something special about those books for me. Pair that up with an MMA fighter witch is one of my favorite kinda sport to read about and I was already loving this book from the beginning.
Now I will say this book got me in the Christmas spirit and now I can't wait for it to be December. So if you are one of those people who mean Christmas don't start before December then wait until December with this book so you can enjoy all the christmas spirit in it.
Holly was such a sweet woman who has an amazing taste in music especially Christmas music. She has a difficult past but I would never have figured she was raised like that because she is the most beautiful woman inside and out and she is perfect for our hero Vince.
Vince is a guy with a heart of gold and a really dirty mind (The perfect combination). He is the guy who will always make you laugh and will do anything for you if he cares for you. He was everything Holly needed and I couldn't not fall in love with him when he just never gave up and was always smiling and lifting the mood. But don't get me wrong he is a huge alpha male who still struggles with the concept of asking a question and not just telling a person what to do (You will totally get what I mean when you have read the book)
So all in all Alley Ciz did it again she gathered the gang and made some magic come to life. How she always makes all those people and the Coven conversations easy to get and not one huge mess I don't know but I love her for it for giving me one of my favorite book families ever! I am ready for the next book now.

If I didn't love Holly so dang much I'd definitely steal him!
From the very first chapter; the passion between Vince & Holly was intense and captivating! There should be a tag attached to this book titled "THIS BOOK BENEFITS HUSBANDS"!
Vince has that alpha possessive male down to a T but his dirty talking takes it to a whole new level. I completely swooned at how protective he is. With his mind set firmly on his only goal; to win his upcoming fight...until he meets Holly.
Holly comes from a privileged life, but that doesn't mean it was a great one! What she finds with Vince and the Coven is everything she's ever wished for but never had. Only problem is will her past stay in the past or is it a threat to her future she's created.
Vince & Holly's story was sweet, sexy and exciting from the start. First chapter to the last, I soaked up every word and didn't want to put my kindle down to do the smallest bit of adulting.
With each book that I read into the BTU Alumni series, it sucks me in more and more. Alley Ciz's writing does nothing but get better with each book and she's created a world that I already love fiercely! The Coven are the kind of group you've either always wanted to be part of, want to be part of or NEED to be part of! Once they take one inside their fold, they protect them with everything they have!

This is the third book in the BTU Alumni series and I think my fave so far, but because Iโm enjoying getting to know all the characters better with each book, I suspect that with every addition to the series, Iโm going to feel that way!
Holly is a Christmas obsessed baker while Vince is an MMA fighter...now that might not sound like a match made in heaven, but once Vince lays his eyes on the sweetness that is Holly, heโs a man on a mission. Itโs instant lust, instant connection, insta-love, but something from Hollyโs past is holding her back from giving into the attraction. Vince knows what he wants, so he patiently waits while driving her crazy with his sexiness. Heโs a dirty talking alpha and she canโt help thinking dirty thoughts about him.

Hello!!! I need 10 stars!!!! Yes, that's how good this book is!!
Omg this book was everything and more, the story of Vince&Holly it's a beautiful one!
I was hooked since page one, this book it's hilarious and funny and it never gets boring!!!
I devoured it in a day and left me wanting more!
Even though the books on the series are written in the third person Alley has a way of making the story so enjoyable and the way she writes it's so unique that you end up not caring about it at all.
This love story had me swooning through the whole book, it was hot sassy and sexy af. The push and pull and the foreplay these two had though the most part of the book were to die for.
I thought that book n2 was my fav but I think this one it's the winner..for now!!! I can't wait for book 4!!!

I was hooked since page one, this book it's hilarious and funny and it never gets boring!!!
I devoured it in a day and left me wanting more!
Even though the books on the series are written in the third person Alley has a way of making the story so enjoyable and the way she writes it's so unique that you end up not caring about it at all.
This love story had me swooning through the whole book, it was hot sassy and sexy af. The push and pull and the foreplay these two had though the most part of the book were to die for.
I thought that book n2 was my fav but I think this one it's the winner..for now!!! I can't wait for book 4!!!

Alley is amazing at writing such down to earth and lovable characters. Vince and Holly are such an endearing couple and I fell in love with them both, as I did with all of the other couples so far in the BTU Alumni Series.
The Coven conversations in this book are beyond awesome! I concur with Holly's thoughts on the Coven.

Sweet victory
This series just keeps getting better and better! Sweet Victory is Vince & Holly's story. Hot swoon worthy MMA fighter & Sassy baker. There is so much more to both of them! When there paths cross there 's no going back for either of them! I loved Holly's back story and her friendship with Kyle and Lyle. It doesn't take long for Holly to be part of The Covan, just love the friendship from this group and they will do anything for each other. Loved seeing the rest of the BTU gang. This made me laugh and cry! And seriously don't get me started on the bonus epilogue's! Can't wait for BTU4

I didnโt think anyone could outrank the alpha swoon of Gage James, but I think Vince Steele knocked him down a HUGE notch!!
I loved the back story of Holly and Kyle. I loved that so much time was spent in EP.
Vince is a fighter in every sense of the word. His career and his love life. Who knew fighting for love would become more important than the biggest fight of his career.
Holly and Vince together are explosive. I love everything about their relationship. I was very happy with how Vince treated Holly and knew how to approach her without knowing her story!

Christmas theme complete this amazing story. Holly and Vince instant attraction is out of chats. Standing out of the whole story. And it's so good! It's something else! It's a chemistry you will feel and crave it too.

OMG! Vince and Hollyโs story is the freaking sweetest. There was the right amount of sweet with sexy. Wow! Alley Ciz writes these characters that stick with you. I am up to 3 book boyfriends from the BTU series. She makes me such a book bf whore! I love it!

I saved this book for a special time in my crazy life. A time where all the stars aligned in perfect harmony. A time where reading induced lust could be resolved. A time for when my husband would truly appreciate what I read.
I was warned about this book. Warned time and time again.
I obviously listened to some extent since I saved it all for divine timing, but did I think it would create the level of lust I experienced?!?!?! Heck no! Did I think the slow burn would also set me a flame straight to my core?!?! HECK NO!!!! Did I think Iโd fall in love with these characters?!?! Actually yes, yes I did. Did I end up pregnant after reading this?!?! Very likely! kidding not likely but it was sure fun practicing ๐ lots and lots and lots and lots ๐
Just a warning. If you havenโt already gathered, this book provides a sweet sweet lady boner. Which then turns to molten lust. Which then turns into taking it out on your man when you are rereading your favorite parts. Which finally results into your mans dick breaking your permanent retainer. Iโm just going to let that stew for you.
If your lady bits donโt get a tinkly even little bit with this dirty talking, slow burning, possessive alpha, cookie making heroine then you might want to get that checked. I have a massive storage bin of goodies if you are in need of any suggestions in that realm. (Self labeled as a sexual deviant- ask my own freakin awesome Coven)

I love how Alley writes perfectly imperfect characters. These characters who are exactly what each other needs. That they fill all the hidden spots in each other hearts that they wouldnโt allow to ever be filled.
More than that, the support system of fr-amily they have is amazing and something I am completely jealous of.
Alley makes quirks that may annoy you in some people, lovable and endearing in her characters. Heck! I see my own quirks in this bunch. She makes her characters real. I think that is why I love them so much. I can relate to them. I can see them being my friends. I can imagine myself hanging out with this crew and having the time of my life. I can connect with each one.
Holly is absolutely adorable. She is the perfect combination of sweet and tart. She has her own little niches in the group. Holly balances the group. Alley writes such strong women who are capable regardless of what they have gone through. She found her voice and her strength. Especially with her kick A skill of breaking noses. She found her people who love her for her and thatโs all that matters. She became more important the Vince than anything. She changed his focus.
Vince is a perfect man. Man crack. Letโs face it, all of Alleys men are. They are strong, physically and mentally. They are emotionally sound. They support, strengthen, and boost their women. Vince is just like that. The man has already been claimed so I wonโt even try to get into that war, but he is a fiiiinnnnnnnneeeee male specimen. I adore that he supports his girl, well all the women in his life. He provides her the strength and laughter she needs. His mouth is pure sin. My ovaries exploded with his dirty talk.

Well I never thought that I would be where I am now after reading Alley Ciz's first book Power Play BTU 1 earlier in the year, reading her 3rd installment Sweet Victory BTU3.
Alley just continues to keep me wanting more and I am so looking forward to BTU4. I thought yep Jake, what a guy, sweet devoted loyal and totally got me hooked into Ice Hockey, then along comes Gage, Hard as Steel. Holy hotness, I was a goner with this one. Then Alley goes and matches it with Vince, Man of Steel and Holly.
i love how Alley started us off slow and sweet with BTU1, then hits us with BTU2 and the fire it lit within me, but then here we meet Vince, totally knows what he wants when he meets Holly for the first time, and he doesn't take a step back at all. Holly is running from something and keeps Vince at Bay, and Vince just does not give up.
Once again we have the crew from the previous books and the commeraderie and familiarity was amazing, it felt like we had not been away to long. like in book 1 I wanted to be part of this group, the loyalty and love between them all and the support they show to both Vince and Holly in their blossoming relationship is one of love and family.
We find out what Holly is running from and everyone pitches in to get things back on track for both her and Vince.
Once again Alley has lifted the intensity of the hotness and here is another Alpha male to add to the book boyfriend list.
Total need to add this book to your reading list should be a priority.
Between Cupcake and Stud Muffin I will never look at Frosting the same way ever again. Vince just became my latest craving for a touch of Sugar & spice.

Where do I even begin? First things first... make sure you are alone when reading. This is going to melt your panties off. You WILL get hot and bothered. Whooo! This is book 3 in Alley Ciz's debut series. And it is my FAVORITE so far. This one has it all. Comedy, sweltering hot Alpha, a sweet, strong, determined not to be a damsel in distress, woman and THE COVEN!!! Vincent Steele is the epitome of yummy, delicious, soul needing, lady parts happiness, perfection. I just cannot get enough of him. And Holly? She is strong and determined to pick own life up and be who she wants to be. I adore both characters so much. The family dynamics are some of my favorite things about this series, as a whole. I love how fierce and protective The Coven is, I love that as an alpha, Vincent is hard and unyielding, but as a man in love, he is generous and satisfying. I want everyone to know... I CLAIMED HIM! Thank you Alley, for yet another stellar book.

Holy Jingle Bells!! I fell so hard for Gage โThe Krakenโ in Tap Out! I wasnโt sure my heart had room for another one of the boys in the BTU crew . But oh how wrong I was. Vince Steele did It yโall. He pushed everyone else outta the running for my man status...at least until Alley releases her next book. Hehe
Vince is EVERYTHING, and I do mean everything you could possibly want in your H. Heโs super sexy. Abs for days. Disciplined, he has that title belt in sight ladies. Heโs swoony and sweet, but at the same time Alpha and dirty-talking AF! He sets it mind on something and heโs NOT going to stop until he gets it, and that something just happened to be the new beautiful bombshell baker of his dreams at the coffee shop across from his familyโs gym.
From the second he saw the delectable, Holly. He was hooked. She was sassy, and sweet and he wanted, no he needed a taste of her like his next breath. But he knew once he had one, he would never let her go. It was obvious to him from early on that she was hiding something and he wanted to get to the bottom of it.
Now, Holly was great. She was sassy, strong and amazing. She gave up everything for a life of nothing. Or was it really? She ran from a horrible upbringing, and found where she belongs. Although she was immediately attracted to Vince she is hesitant because of everything she has been through. She just wants to continue her life of baking her delicious treats, singing Christmas tunes and settling into her new life. She never expected to find the world's sexiest fighter, a coven of new BFFโs that would bring her in and make her part of their family. While the sparks of attraction and banter took off immediately, the relationship was slow burn, and I loved that. But holy moly, the love scenes yโall. GOOD.GRAVY!
When Hollyโs past shows up to threaten her perfect new future she has built for herself. The way all her new friends stood up for her and backed her as one of their own, *fans watery eyes* Like the grinch my heart grew three sizes!!

Sweet Victory is the third book in the BTU series. I absolutely, 100% ADORED Tap Out with Gage and Rocky and didnโt think I would be able to find another couple that would excite me as much as โThe Krakenโ and his therapist. I was wrong. Holly and Vince are a completely unique couple and their relationship is full of โthe feelsโ.
Vince is an MMA legend in the making. Rocky from Tap Out is his sister and they both work/train at The Steele Maker. The Steele Maker is run by their father and uncle. Vince is heavily in training for the title fight when he is sent to retrieve some pastry for his sister. It is in this moment that he comes across the quirky, sassy, Christmas loving, baking enthusiast Holly. For Vince it is instant attraction that runs deeper than anything superficial. Vince is a true fighter in every sense of the word. He fights for his family, career, and for Holly.
Holly is desperately trying to restart her life and she hopes she has found it with her long-term childhood friend, Kyle. Kyle is the owner/operator (with his husband) of Espresso Patronum. She has secrets that she is trying to move past and forget about. With the Christmas starved fighter approaching her at every corner, it is almost impossible to fly under the radar.
Vince and Holly are explosive, sweet, a definition of true love, and willing to do anything for the other and their relationship. Even if it has themes of, โThe Gift of the Magiโ at times. I loved how sweet this massive alpha male was not afraid to have feelings and emote them.
Sweet Victory is also so much more than Holly and Vince. Itโs about the secondary characters who are all family, whether by blood or not. The Coven is loud and proud and very much present. They initiate a new member to their clan, which make things very permanent, because once youโre in, youโre in for life. The men of The Steele Maker and Espresso Patronum are not silent either. They throw their thoughts and feelings around, almost as much as the girls.
Some things that I loved about Sweet Victory are the main characters, the frequency EP has played a role in the storyline, The Coven, The Counterfeit Coven Conversations, the love and support of the secondary characters, but my favorite thing was the bonus epilogues. Vince is an MMA legend in the making. Rocky from Tap Out is his sister and they both work/train at The Steele Maker. The Steele Maker is run by their father and uncle. Vince is heavily in training for the title fight when he is sent to retrieve some pastry for his sister. It is in this moment that he comes across the quirky, sassy, Christmas loving, baking enthusiast Holly. For Vince it is instant attraction that runs deeper than anything superficial. Vince is a true fighter in every sense of the word. He fights for his family, career, and for Holly.
Holly is desperately trying to restart her life and she hopes she has found it with her long-term childhood friend, Kyle. Kyle is the owner/operator (with his husband) of Espresso Patronum. She has secrets that she is trying to move past and forget about. With the Christmas starved fighter approaching her at every corner, it is almost impossible to fly under the radar.
Vince and Holly are explosive, sweet, a definition of true love, and willing to do anything for the other and their relationship. Even if it has themes of, โThe Gift of the Magiโ at times. I loved how sweet this massive alpha male was not afraid to have feelings and emote them.
Sweet Victory is also so much more than Holly and Vince. Itโs about the secondary characters who are all family, whether by blood or not. The Coven is loud and proud and very much present. They initiate a new member to their clan, which make things very permanent, because once youโre in, youโre in for life. The men of The Steele Maker and Espresso Patronum are not silent either. They throw their thoughts and feelings around, almost as much as the girls.
Some things that I loved about Sweet Victory are the main characters, the frequency EP has played a role in the storyline, The Coven, The Counterfeit Coven Conversations, the love and support of the secondary characters, but my favorite thing was the bonus epilogues. Oh my gosh, that made my heart so happy!! I canโt wait for BTU 4!!

Holy Mother of all things that are sexy. This book should come with a flash flood warning.
Seriously, Vince Steele not only melted my heart but also my panties *insert gif of Jesse Katsopolis from Full House "Have Mercy"*.
Alley really knows how to write an amazing story, I was smiling from the dedication right the way till the end of the book. Her humor is on point and the swoon is real.
This group of characters and their families never fail to make me giggle, shake my head at their ridiculousness and wish that I had them as friends in real life.
I need to see what the tattoo looks like for the Coven, because I WANT ONE. It's been a long time since a book has affected me this much - that I'm willing to mark my skin with it.
You are not ready for Vince Steele and his super man ways, he will not only ruin you for all other book boyfriends but ruin your underwear in the process ๐

The BTU series gets better with each book.
Alley Ciz has written so many characters into this world and each book has me beginning for more.
I truly thought that I couldnโt love any of the alphas from this series after Gage James, but holy crap was I wrong.
Vince is an alpha and a fighter in every connotation you can think of. What Vince wants her gets, and what he wants is the sweet little baker at the coffee shop. Heโs on a mission to break down every one of her walls until he gets it all.
Holly is hiding. Although she may showcase her true personality, she has a secret to keep. That seems a bit tough considering the muscled-out alpha, MMA fighter who canโt seem to leave her alone. Not that she will admit she wants anything different.
When Hollyโs past comes to light, Vince will do whatever it takes to keep her. While Holly just wants to protect Vince.
The coven is back with all their usual antics, including crazy texting group convos. Let us not forget how that goes when the boys give it a shot.
And of course, plenty of appearances from my favorite coffee shop owner, Lyle. (My favorite *fictional* human ever).

I freaking loved this book. It was AWESOME! Fair warning though, you need to have tissues on hand. I was laughing, crying and glued to my kindle.
Holly and Vince are the cutest couple ever. Well you have Vince who is an alpha male but with a sweet side. Holly who is sweet and with a past that she is trying to run from. So when Vince sees Holly he just knows she is the one. Holly on the other hand, tries to keep her heart locked away. Don't count Vince out he is in it to win it! so much so that he evens goes to The Coven for assistance. That was just epic.
I love the chemistry with Vince and Holly. I love that Holly does not make it easy for him. So what happens that Holly realizes her true feelings? Will Vince finally be defeated? There is so much emotion in this book you will not want it to end. I swear in though Alley broke me with this book. I highly recommend this series and cannot wait to read the next book.

I LOVED THIS BOOK SO MUCH! I was already a huge fan of Vince from Tap Out and I couldn't wait until this book!
Everything about Vince is great. I loved how hysterical he was and how absolutely determined he was. When we are introduced to Holly, I was so stinking proud of her. I LOVED how much she loved all things Christmas. From her music, to her hysterical shirts, she totally had even me smitten! Then, when she and Vince met, I was almost blinded by their explosive chemistry! I was fanning myself every time that man stepped into her kitchen. The chemistry is unbelievable between those two. One of my favorite things though, is how she made Vince work for it. I didn't "like" her reason, but it was hysterical! PLUS seeing Vince ask for help from the Coven was PRICELESS! We cannot talk about their relationship without talking about how spicy their individual moments are. WOOOOO BUDDY were they spicy!!
THE BEST part of this series is the text conversations! We saw a good bit of this from the Coven in Tap Out, but seeing the conversation between the men was such an awesome addition! PLUS we got more of all of the characters we loved.

Holy mother of dragons!!!!
Vince is so hot he melts icing right off of cupcakes.
I couldnt get enough of his dirty sweet mouth and the more alpha he was the more I fell in love with him.
He was one hot man of steel...
I loved Holly I loved that she stood her ground for as long as she could before giving into Vince. She made him work for it and I loved that.
She was strong, funny and so likeable.
This was an epic fairytale romance with passion, drama, friendship and love thrown into one big dynamic.
Everything about Vince and Holly was magical I freaking loved them and I will think of Vince long after reading this book.
I thought I loved Jake and Gage. Nope Vince takes the cake and the icing! He is so alpha and hot it just keeps your heart racing and your panties dripping!
Vince has taken the top spot and this book was flipping incredible. One of my top books this year for sure!

Another day, another epic book hangover courtesy of Alley Ciz.
But, just know it was so worth it.
Itโs pretty clear Alley Ciz is trying to make it impossible for you to have a favorite guy but holy talking snowman (insider) Vince was smoldering, melt your panties hot and as of now heโs the reigning champ, pun intended.
โThis wasnโt a kiss. No, this was mouth-f***ing at its finest. He owned her body with a single kiss.โ
This statement here has me questioning every kiss Iโve ever had and thatโs only a sample of all the times youโll be swooning in this book.
Holly is escaping from her past and starting over new. A new guy is not apart of the plan and sheโs determined to keep it that way when she meets Vince Steele.
From the moment Vince Steele sees Holly heโs a goner. And despite her attempts to deny him, little does she know a challenge is something he never backs down from.
