How many times does a girl have to die before she's actually dead?
Three lovers... Three dimensions... Death is what brings them together, but it's also what's keeping them apart. One more death could mean the end. One more death could mean the beginning. The only way to find out, is to die.
Quantum Academy is a Paranormal Academy Romance, fit for readers who like witches, warlocks, demons and disasters. A strong female lead and no urge or need to choose between one hottie or the other, means you'll get the best of all worlds.
When the MC revives in a different dimension she basically replaces the doppelganger who used to be in that body (They die). I'm not sure how this is even interesting...
This story was so good. It went a completely different way than I thought. I loved the character development. The different layers of this story made everything exciting and new.
I was torn between 3 and 4 stars for this review. I really loved the idea of realm jumping and doppelgängers but it seemed a little too complex for it to make sense. The whole concept is unique and creative. I have not read any books involving those ideas as a part of the storyline.
There seemed to be some continuity errors to me but it could just be me misunderstanding what I had read. I was confused about Jonathon and Sierra’s memories. Jonathon’s realm had the baby Sierra that died shortly after birth. So he, and a group of “Fixers” travelled to a different realm to kidnap Sierra from her evil parents. Jonathon taught her everything about magic and they fell in love, but then to keep her safe they cast a spell on her which blocked her memories while hiding her from her parents. So I guess that wasn’t needed during her earlier years? And when exactly did the cabin scene with Jonathon happen and in what realm? And with all the realm jumping and doppelgängers theory about they can’t be in the same realm without one dying, how was it possible for Shaun and Daniel to go to the other realms at the end? No one seemed concerned about the other realms Daniels and Shauns.... that all just sounds super confusing and it is making my brain hurt trying to figure it out now.
I also felt like the story was rushed and didn’t have much depth to the characters. I felt like a lot of characters, histories, and motives were just scratching the surface without ever getting to the meaty core. I don’t know how else to describe it.
The creativity is there and I can tell the author had great ideas for this story but it just seemed like it didn’t translate to black and white very well. This is just my opinion and like I said before, it could just be me misunderstanding the story.
As it is written now, this can be considered a standalone since the ending wrapped things up nicely with the defeat of her parents and Sierra taking her rightful place. If the series was to continue, I am not sure if I would read it or not.
Quantum Academy: Year One by Savannah Rose and Amelia Gates is a paranormal romance with a hefty twist of mystery and suspense. So let me just say this isn’t your usual paranormal academy novel. Sierra is a student at Quantum Academy and she knows the rules – don’t use spells for personal gain. Well, when the day is sweltering hot and there is no a/c…what’s a girl to do when she’s melting into a puddle?! Well, despite knowing that her magic casting skills are sub-par at best she still casts a spell and what happens after…well…needless to say not even she could have expected or been prepared. Quantum Academy is an interesting story, with a moderate pace. Sierra is an interesting character as she appears to be quite…unlucky. Haha! I say that because of the constant accidents that she appears to have to result in her experiencing unexpected things. This story is truly dipped in mystery as she delves to dig deep into the secrets that surround her and get to the truth of who she really is. Dark magic is afoot and getting to the bottom of who is controlling it becomes Sierra’s quest, but the good news is that she won’t have to go down this dark road alone. I enjoyed the complexity of this story and how it differs from other Academy novels that are out there. The storyline is interesting, but I felt that it was a bit slow in places which for me, drags the story down. The twists that the story takes helps keep the storyline moving as you honestly don’t know where the authors are going to take you next. I am rating this book 4.5 out of 5 stars. The blending of worlds/timelines in this story is engaging and the problems that the main character faces make you really wonder what it is that is truly safe to trust. Be prepared for some serious surprises in this book, but it is well worth it all. It should be noted that this book is a full story. There is no cliffhanger with these characters, so I’m looking forward to seeing whom the next story revolves around in this Academy series.
This was definitely a different take on the normal witches and warlocks rh stories i have read in the past. It was kinda wiplashy going back and forth between the different realms but not in a bad way. Like I stated before, it was different and can honesty say, aside from it being a magical school with a forbidden section in the library, I hadn't read anything like it. I felt bad for Sierra, being as confused as she was about dieing and waking up in different realms as herself but "not" herself. She wakes up to different men each time. My favorite guy has to be Jonathan. Daniel and Shaun's personalities didn't do it for me and her whole Insta love with them felt not as real, although it was written well. I felt her connection to Jonathan before her whole story was given back to her which is why I liked him best even if he wasn't part of the whole book. I am not sure if this will be a stand alone or series although the ending can be taken either way. Nice start and surprisingly different.

really cool concept for sure, ended it a very quick wrap up way though. I think it would have been better if it was stretched out longer and with more details and explanations on how everything worked. I think if I looked hard enough I'd find a plot hole or two or things that just conveniently worked out for the MC.
one thing that bugged me though...
but just read it as a fun quick read and you'll probably enjoy it, dont take it seriously. Just read it as a fun read.
I stayed up until 2am to finish this book because I absolutely needed to know how it ended. It was not what I was expecting at all. It's not a typical academy book (maybe I should have read the blurb a bit better?) But I enjoyed it anyway. I've never seen a character die in the most mundane ways so many times before. It was a little confusing, but I think that was supposed to be how it was, because Sierra (main character) was also pretty confused the whole time too. The romance was a little abrupt because of the circumstances in the story but the guys were pretty much perfect: so sweet and caring. It was well written and had a fell good ending. I liked it. I'm also now sleep deprived and my eyes are burning, so if this review didn't really make sense, that's why.
Seriously what to say? The idea of this book is so unique and different from any other RH book I’ve ever read. The concepts of how Sierra kept mysteriously dying to appear in different realms with different guys was amazing in theory but perhaps not written as well as it could have been. The guys in my opinion didn’t have much of a personality that I could truly see - most of the stuff we see is being told to us by the author not shown.
On top of this, are many continuity errors, especially in the ending sequence. The end for me brought down the entire book. It was rushed and the author tried to tie up so many loose ends into a complex swirl of information. Despite this, the originality of the book was quite enjoyable.
It’s not really clear from the epilogue whether this is a standalone or part of a series. I probably wouldn’t read on if a second book was made.
i enjoy read this book by Savannah Rose it was a very different take on witches demons and warlocks. the story is about a witch called Sierra she is in her dorm room on a very hot day and deiced to cast a spell to help cool her down but there are consequences for cast a spell for self again. the consequences of cast the spell cause Sierra to die and thus starting the travel to different realms were she meets Shaun and Daniel who are both in different realm but are going out with Sierra doppelgangers.you also meet Jonathan later in the book who is Sierra husband but has a death spell put on him by her parents who are evil warlocks and she has to defeat them with the help of her men.i find the book enjoyable and i enjoyed the charters.
Okay so this book really had me tangled, I say this because even though it's says Academy it really didn't have much to do with that life. Yes they were in school but you really didnt get much of the feel for it you seriously could have put the characters in a different type of atmosphere and still get the story across. This story also had a lot of ground to cover and at times I really couldn't see how it would play out. It was a good story and I liked the MC and her guys but I do feel at one point the story was kind of rushed when meeting one of them. He didn't quite get the story time the other two did. All in all it was an entertaining read.
I really enjoyed that this book took a different approach to the usual academy storyline, with a realm jumping witch and doppelgängers. I haven’t read anything like this before, which with how many books I read is quite the feat. The first portion of the book was a bit confusing, and I had a hard time following what was going on as Sierra kept dying in different lives. However, as she started to unravel the mystery surrounding her, and more clues about her life were revealed, it all came together. I would encourage any fans of Academy RH to give this book a chance because I think you will be pleasantly surprised!
This is a medium burn RH that does NOT end in a cliffhanger.
Loved the concept of different dimensions and having multiple soulmates. It's not something that you see to often and I think it was an interesting way for her to build her harem.
However it was difficult to follow. For me the book got good and you were able to understand it better at around the halfway mark. The beginning was to fast past and there was alot of information with the back to back dimension jumping. At halfway you started to get a feel for the characters and got invested.
Overall loved the concept even though it was hard to follow at the start, but once it gets going it's an enjoyable read
Quantum Academy is a creative yet complex story that had me confused at times, because there is so much going on. But it has me needing more. I need to find out more about this realm jumping and doppelgangers and dying.
Sierra is a witch who has spells that tend to backfire on her. Sometimes resulting in her dying. Now here is where is gets cool but yet confusing at times, she jumps to different realms into bodies of her other selves. I haven't read a series like this before, so this is a great read. Savannah and Amelia does an excellent job of Sierra's journey. The writing is well done, and easy to follow.
Great job in creating this unique story and i cannot wait to see where we go next.
I thought the basis of the story was unique, at least to me. Sierra is a witch who has to be careful with her spells because they always backfire on her, hence why she dies. Add in jumping to different realms into the bodies of her other selves and the story starts getting confusing. I did enjoy Sierra's journey through the different realms and having to explain to her boyfriends who she was. I would've liked some parts of the book to be more elaborate. I felt like the last few chapters were rushed but it is an enjoyable book.
Sierra (the MFC) is a witch (sadly not a good one) going to Quantum Academy. What starts out as a spell gone bad ends up with her dying & like a bad case of groundhog day she continues to die in various different ways. Where she wakes up afterwards & with who also changes. In the course of the book she meets Shaun, Daniel & Jonathan guys who become important to her. Loved this different take on a RH/Romance/School book. It was brilliant & i loved how it kept you gripped through the whole book. Just amazing
You need to be patient when it comes to this book. The first half is a bit disjointed and confusing. surprisingly there is very little academy drama too. Once you get over the half way point though, it sucks you in and sets you on a rollercoaster filled with hidden villains, a big mystery and some seriously sexy caring men that get you a bit hot under the collar at times. Not to mention a pretty epic fight at the end. Medium burn stand alone RH that finishes on a satisfying note.
Don’t try to figure the story line out. Just go with the flow. What a twisted story. This is not a story where you can guess the plot line. Most the time I can get an idea of why something is happening or what will happen next. This was such a creative idea with so many twists and turns. I do wish there had been just a tad more character building between her and the guys. However with the plot line it still works.
"It all started with a spell gone wrong and a puddle of water"
Although the book started off a little confusing, the storyline comes into play and it all makes sense. I thoroughly enjoyed this story and am curious to see if there will be more! I wasn't expecting all the twists but I loved the ending!
I binged this book after work tonight. It was a good story and I enjoyed it. There were a couple spots I got lost but I figured it out. All the realm hopping will do that to you. But I am a sucker for a HEA and this story got one after all the things that happened. I am glad that Sierra found her men and gets to rule her realm with them all.

Quantum Academy is a Paranormal Academy Filled with witches, warlocks and demons! A well written story that includes inter dimensional travel, twists and turns, great characters, magic and of course harem romance! A fab read that will make you want more!
Ok I loved the idea of jumping dimensions. That's was pretty cool idea. It was a little confusing at parts. Some just seemed little rushed. But overall wow what a story. Storyline was really good. Looking forward to seeing what book 2 will bring.
I feel like I missed a previous book or something. There’s not enough detail about anything - the characters, the realms, magic...basically no world(s) building.
