Gabi started a new life after escaping her horrible Master. Now in control of what she wants, she meets Marcus at the club she attends. Something seems familiar about him but she can't quite put her finger on it. She never plays with anyone who will push her so when Marcus steps up and basically, takes charge, she's intrigued!!!! Marcus remembered her well and often wondered what happened to her after she escaped. Now that he's found her, he won't let her go. But what happens when she remembers who he is and how they know each other? The story of her past is heartbreaking but can she rise above it? A beautifully written book of two people trying to overcome their past!!

Their story is beautiful and extremely dirty in the best way. There’s an issue with her past and it’s played out intriguingly. This book is a must read if you enjoy sexy BDSM stories.

Excellent writing, characters, and so, so hot. I really enjoyed this story, the accurate BDSM, and how wonderful and caring of a Dom Marcus is to Gabi. Both main characters are well rounded and felt like real people. The slight angst from Gabi and Marcus having known each other previously but her not recognizing him right away, was well done and a nice bit of plot amid all the wonderful heat. A great read!

I have always enjoyed Elyzabeth M. VaLey's books and this one was no exception. The only issue I had was that I wanted it to continue when it ended. It had all the heat I wanted with a touch of sweetness. It was a perfect love story of a love unrequited, passion and a love found.
