This was my kind of story very romantic. The story was more of a how Zach seduced Ava into loving him. Ava was a bit of a snob, she was against Zach because he was white and 5 years her junior so she would not give him a chance. She was very feisty/sassy but Zach did not let her quick come backs or her walls put him off. Zach was a man who would not be denied. He had found the woman he wanted to get to know better and he was not going to allow her attitude towards him prevent him from reaching her heart. He went about slowly seducing her with his words, actions and thoughtfulness and it was lovely to read how love conquered all her barriers. I really enjoyed this story and would highly recommend it.

Persistence pays
Zachary Masterson was persistent in his wooing of Ava, who was not so certain of Zach. She was not certain about him because he was rich, in the public eye and white. She judged the book by its cover so to speak, until Zachary broke her walls down. She was very reluctant due to her previous relationship with her ex fiance Darius who turned out to be one bubble off center.
Ava was a very intelligent, loving and caring woman who was going to make Zachary show her exactly what kind of man he is. It took her kidnapping to make them both succumb to what their subconscious desires were telling them.
Cristina wrote a story of two complicated different people, coming together despite their different backgrounds. The story was a sweet, interesting and easy reading book.

Finding Ava
I enjoy this author. Her characters are relatable, and unforgettable. Loved these two. Ava and Zach. What a romantic he was. We all knew he was head over heels from moment he met her at the charity event. Well done.

Persistent
After meeting Ava, Zack was very persistent in his pursuit of her. Ava was skiddish to pursue a new relationship because of her ex. However, Zack was relentless until he persuaded her to give into her feelings.

An emotionally endearing romance worth the reading
Ava and Zach were meant to be together and the way the author weaved their story over the days, weeks, and finally, months, of their love story made sense. I was emotionally committed to seeing them realize their HEA.
A simple yet semi-complex story of not-so-opposites attracts back story keeps you hoping that their evolving feelings for each other will help them dump the emotional baggage of past relationships and take a chance. The evolving back story of Ava and Zach's common interest involving community, rescue animals, and at-risk youth, was heartwarming to read!
I enjoyed Zach's in-Ava's-face blunt honesty about how he felt about her. His charming pursuit of her was giddily relentless..adorable and sweet.
This is a traditional descriptive Older Adult (Ava is 40 and Zach is 35) romance with very little explicit or erotic verbiage. However, for the most part, the three sexplay scenes were very very sensual in detail and thoroughly enjoyable. The author did such a fantastic job of building the anticipation of Ava and Zach's emotional, physical, and sensual, connection that you enjoyed the outcome with lust-loving satisfaction. There are only three or four F-bombs in this story and the use of them made sense but, in my opinion, were unnecessary.
I gave this story only 3 stars for not including the use of condoms in their sexplay and also for suggesting that 40-year old Ava is "still capable of having a baby"...seriously? Ava's character back story had so much to offer and explore that readers didn't need to be reminded that she also had a functioning uterus.
As a Black woman I am so tired of the "Black-women-are-breeding-machines and this we-are-so-sexcrazed-that-we-don't-care-about-STDs" messages in romance stories. Enough already...pleeeeeaaase?
There is a little angst, revenge conflict, and heroine peril, however, fortunately it did not detract from the focus of the story--two people who don't appear to be right for each other, but in the end, they belong together.

Really liked this
Have other books by this author and I think this is one of her best. Ava teaches honor English, she does not have time for foolishness. Her ex boyfriend Darius is crazy with a Capital C. Ava good to a function with fellow teacher and friend Clare where she win a raffle for dinner with billionaire Zack Matterson a fashion designer. Ava is one that speaks her mind, she is sick and tired of designers making beautiful clothes that are priced so high that ordinary people cannot afford them. She has been hurt by her ex. She tired of the games men play. Zack is determined to show her he is different. Wonderful story of how Zack knock down every wall that Ava has built around her heart.

A good read
This was an entertaining read however there were many unanswered questions and editing errors. What had happened to make Zach always tell the truth. There was also one sentence which remained unfinished. I mean who is editing this text. It was blatantly obvious.. Turning to the plot, what happened to Darius?...one minute he is entering the truck, the next another character is on the scene where did Darius disappear to? The two protagonists were well fleshed out but I found Ava too difficult..putting up barriers..it sometimes got tedious. It would have been better to move the relationship forward quicker. Give them their HEA and perhaps supply an epilogue with the patter of tiny feet.

Fighting Attraction
This to me isn't one of Mrs. Premier's best book. This book is very slow and I felt it was a long and dragged out story. This is a story about and older woman who is fighting her Attraction to a young white billionaire. He is a very patient young man, who knows what he wants so he stands the test of time and wait.
You will be surprise how the story plays out and you know the rest.

No nail biting here...
This was categorized as Bwwm romantic suspense. Where was the suspense? She had a nutty ex..but he didn't do enough to warrant this being called suspense. I wasn't feeling the chemistry between these two characters. And they fell in love in like two months...meh, I guess sometimes ya just know. I'm gonna tell you what I know...this author can write...BUT...kept putting me to sleep....it was lacking.

Awesome read as per usual for Cristina Grenier. I liked that Zach was not pretentious in the least. And he was willing to do what it took to win the woman of his dreams. Ava was too much of man-breaker in my opinion. But they did work up to a wonderful chemistry in the end. Thumbs up for this one!

English teachers are awesome
I enjoyed reading this book. It was definitely not your typical billionaire BWWM romance. I loved that Ava did not melt immediately like the lead female does in so many romance novels. It was a good read definitely more in the wholesome side as there were no erotic scenes. I would recommend this book and author.

I have read most of this author's books and this was one of my favorites. Zach and Ava's love developed over a short period. Ava was a hard nut to crack but Zach was patient and a real gentleman. It took her crazy Ex's kidnapping her for them to finally admit their love for each other. A very good read.

You give me hope
Oh wow what a wonderful love story. Oh Mr.Masterson I do love your style. Now that's how you get a girl to say yes. This was fresh and oh so inventive. I like to thank CRISTINA GRENIER,for this spot on storyline. Even though I miss them having their maybe first born being a multiple birth. That would have been putting the cheese on the cracker. Lol lollipops.

Different.....
This was a different story line than the usual. I liked it. Except the sex scenes were a little weak to me. And I felt there could have been a little more drama in the kidnapping scenes

Finding Love!!!
Wow, this is a great book. All the characters were well developed. Zach and Ava's love story developed over a short period of time. Through some persistence and tragedy they made it to their happy ending.

Wanted more pages
I loved the dialogue and the way Zach could control the conversation. He is a true alpha without the aggressiveness. I wish the story was longer.

Easy read
I enjoyed this novel very much. It actually has a few surprises. And the villains hate will surprise you for sure.
