Well-written positive messages and ideas! Some ideas are new,, some are ones I already know, but all of the messages are positive and encouraging. I am savoring each chapter as I read. You can never have enough in your arsenal of positive encouragement and practices. I think this is a little gem of a book.

A good practical guide for self-care

I took my own sweet time to read this book and follow the exercises that the author has shared...and it did make a difference in me.

So i am a person who has dived into her self-care and self-love journey a few years ago. Every book on this theme has something new for me to learn, and so did this book.

The author has beautifully explained a few concepts that build your base for self-care and self-love. To make this book more helpful, she has shared exercises for the readers to do in order to practice what is being said in the book.

These simple exercises are easy to follow and you will see a change in your outlook like I did.

On a personal note: Take up this book only if you are really serious about your self-care journey and want to make the most of your time invested in this book.

Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed reading this book. It is so good and very helpful. I especially liked the bonus chapter, which offers really great advice. The last chapter was my favorite. It really spoke to me.

Here are my two favorite quotes from this book:

“To completely master the art of loving without conditions, you have to feel love for everyone including towards those whom you believe to be your enemies or someone who has harmed you in any way.”

“To do what you know in your heart you are here to do, without any attachments to the outcome it will bring you, is the real purpose of life.”

A concise, beautifully written reminder of how everyone needs to absolutely and indubitably love themselves first. It's about the right way of having self acceptance and self assurance, to create and foster a relationship with the self that will go a long long way, so as to mend the relationships on the outside. An absolute journey within the self to transform the chaos outside the body and mind. This book stresses on the very basic and primal things that all of us must focus on, but sometimes forget.
Stay true to yourself, love yourself, be kind and stay away from negativity. These were the highlights of the book.

An interesting book

This book is full of common sense tips that every person should know but don't put in place as a result of life and busyness rather than concentrating on wellness of themselves.

Great lessons

There were a few typos but that is easy to ignore with such a powerful and helpful message. I would encourage anyone to read this book and really soak in the lessons.

very good book

Interesting read. I I like the activities and the ending note that you cannot change anyone but just be an inspiration and a positive role model.
