If you like strong female characters and paranormal lesbian romance, then you will love this funny and sensual story of finding attraction in unexpected places.
Tracy is content with her stable, if not monotonous, life as a dental lab technician. She fights traffic every day, and is greeted warmly by her high school sweetheart every night. The predictable nature of Tracy’s life is forever changed after a late-night encounter with her enigmatic boss.
I am an independent author writing about fictional lesbians of all varieties.
My writing journey began with fan faction, and as much as I LOVED being part of a community of super fans, I got tired of working with other people’s characters to tell my stories. I started asking myself: Why should we string together pieces of subtext when our community deserves well-developed main-text about LBGT people and those who love them! So, that is what I aim to deliver.
If you want to know a little more about me personally, J.J. Arias is my pen name. I do have a day job, and due to the industry I’m in, I can’t write under my given name. Although who knows, maybe one day I can write full-time and come out of the … office? I am a Scorpio woman (I know, I know, but I’m a nice one I PROMISE) happily married to a uniquely wonderful Cancer lady. Together we have several fur babies of the feline and canine varieties.
So, here I am, and I hope you enjoy my writing! I’m very open to thoughts, comments, critiques, and knock-knock jokes, so please feel free to message me with any of the above – or anything else you would like to say!
Having read J.J's vampire trilogy this freebie bonus copy filled in the blanks of Tracy's story and the circumstances of her "turning" A good addition but needs to be read after after the series.
Just finished the audiobook of book two that I recommend vg narrator in which Tracey is a main character a good time to revisit the circumstances of her being turn and pick up by the cult.
I liked this short novella. Its very short and simple and doesn’t have a lot going on, but it manages to deliver an enjoyable little bite of a story. Great teaser/intro. Well written, although simple.
If you read the connected novels then this provides some great additional information/backstory on one of my favorite characters. If you didn’t read the other novels then this might be a bit underwhelming and unsatisfying as it’s a great intro to a story but doesn’t provide anything beyond that.
