Alliances are tested the final installment in Cameron and Joci’s love story when mobsters and lawyers collide.

Cameron Shearer’s life as a police officer is put on hold when the Del Rossi mob demands restitution. One last job with the mob then he’s done for good. Too bad for him his ex-girlfriend—and sister of his mafia boss—isn’t on the same page. Thrown into a life of heists, arrests, and his past, Cameron must walk the line of good and evil.

When Cameron is forced back to his mobster ways, Joci must face a potential future without him. Juggling two law firms, a family, and the mob is harder than she could’ve prepared for. Just when she thinks life falls into place, something disrupts their future.

Yeah, I absolutely LOVED Credence, as seriously, it gripped me from the beginning, and I never caught my breath until every last page was inhaled! I LOVE a great mobster story, and the talented Skye McNeil provided that for me with all three books! So, here's the deal, YOU MUST READ Appointed by Fate (Book 1), and Exonerated with Love (Book 2) FIRST AND IN ORDER! See, this is the conclusion to Cameron & Joci's story, and you just don't want to miss out on all this goodness. Credence starts out with Cameron's circumstances within the Del Rossi Mob he's trying to pay restitution to, and he's okay with taking one for the team to stop that ex of his, even if it means his death. Yeah, the intensity hits the ground running, and never takes a breath, but in my humble opinion, that's the best way to go. Fast forward, Cameron has quite the albatross of a past around his neck, and his life isn't his own so he's totally walking the fine line between good & evil, and is forced back into that lifestyle once again. Joci has her own battle, as she faces life without Cameron if things go sideways, and obviously that's a huge concern since it can happen on any given day. She's juggling TWO count em, TWO law firms, a family, and the heaviest part, the mob issues intruding on their life. Of course this means that the twists are all turned out, while the turns become all twisted up, so all that was left for me to do was drop some seriously loud f-bombs. Now, I've already said more than I planned to, so this is the end of the road for the review. If you want to know how everything shakes out, and to be honest, you really should, then hit that one click button, as I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!
