The main idea is to eat all your micronutrients then get your calories from the vertical component of the diet. The information is useful but I can't recommend it due to the excessive price tag.
I'm not sure that this is a book but a collection of the author's views on nutrition and training, backed by links and external resources. Either way, it's a quick and insightful read. No fluff. And very actionable. Highly recommended for any health and nutrition junkies like me.
Great book. A real kick in the face for past me who didn't care about his vitamines. Even though I looked heathy in the past I didn't feel great and I didn't know a well rounded diet was this important.
