Kenneth J Matthews is a graduate MA of screenwriting, having recently turned to writing novels. His formative years (9-15 years of age) were spent at the Duke of Yorks Royal Military School in Dover, Kent, UK.

At the age of sixteen he was a small time rock-n-roll star in a band called Johnny and the Falcons, being invited to join a group called Dean Ford and the Gaylords in Glasgow, who later went on to become “Marmalade”. At the end of his musical career, he became a bit-part, and character actor in film and television, before turning his hand to writing novels.

His books reflect his diverse experience of life, they are:

Lesser Expectations
The Santa Stone
