Sopa
Por meio de belíssimas ilustrações e de um texto delicado e poético esse livro nos apresenta a pureza das lembranças da infância e da relação que se tem com uma avó. Sopa nos faz viajar pela memória e relembrar cheiros e sensações que nos enchem de felicidade. O livro ainda trás uma receita simples de sopa de abóbora. A este livro só falta ler e saborear com amor.

After I purchased the book I learned this is aimed to 3-5 year old kids, which was a bit disappointing because I got the book with the intention of gifting it to a girl already in elementary school.
The book only contains text in nine out of thirty seven pages and said text is in occasionally made of a single sentence. By the description I had read on the bookstore site I expected a more meaningful story. I was not impressed. I mean, it's nice, but that's it.

Lo leí con mi primita de 6 años que recién está entrando en esto de leer cuentos o libritos por sí misma y la respuesta que optuve fue magnífica. Sopa es un cuento que en sus primeras páginas no tiene letras así que impulsa al niño a desarrollar su imaginación y deducir de qué va la historia. Es una historia sencilla, pero que tal vez para alguien mayor pueda significar mucho más.
