I was really hoping this wouldn't be one of those twisted ones where she stays with the abuser. Funny how the appearance of one character made everything so obvious. Dahlia finally realized what was happening and I'm so glad she got the happy ending she deserved. Really didn't understand why Meesha had been alive so long. Felt sorry for Abe. The form the balance chose made sense, although still curious about the revelation at the end of Red city. Dahlia and Uriah made a sweet couple.

Wow...

Honestly this series was a roller coaster of emotions.
Many times I’ve just wanted to throw my phone to the wall for how pissed i was at Lucifer’s cruelty, Lilith’s entitlement when she ain’t shit.

I have been reading reverse-harem book for a while because monogamous book weren’t as good anymore but i am honestly glad that i read this series.

It was coming into my mind in the second book that Luc wasn't all he seemed. Well, that is proven beyond the shadow of a doubt in this book. My heart once again was breaking for Dehlia. She finally was getting her wish and they were literally in the process of being soul bonded, when a very major crimp was thrown into the mix. Major, huge crimp. I don't want to give away the story, but OMG. When I think I couldn't feel more sorry for Dahlia, this happens. And everything goes to hell in a hurry. I went from rooting for Luc and Dahlia and wishing I could reach through my Kindle and slap him back into last century. He is truly a bipolar asshole. Dahlia has gotten stronger yet, and her powers not only rival Luc but also even surpass his. Not that it wasn't obvious in previous books, but it really hit home how incredibly abusive their relationship was, both physically and mentally. You can see how the victim is so conditioned that they will do anything for the abuser's favor. Does Dahlia get out of his abusive relationship? You have to read this to find out.

Well…

**potential spoilers**
That ripped my effing heart out. This series it’s something else. I haven’t read anything else like it so far. It was beautifully written but maaam we need to talk okay? My poor heart is in pieces all over the floor after reading this. It hurt to see Dahlia get sucked in time and time again. There were times I cried for her, times I wanted to smack her, times I just wanted to rip out Lucifers heart myself. I know some people wanted a happy ending for Dahlia and Lucifer but I for one am glad they didn’t. There really was no path for redemption after a certain point. URI was so much better for her. I wished we could have gotten a bit more of their story just to soothe the ragged edges. I don’t think my poor soul could take rereading this series but it’s on par for one of the best I’ve read.

great story

The story was a journey sometimes good sometimes sad. The author succeeded in depicting a dark main character that ends up not so evil. The grammatical errors were distracting and numerous. Without the grammar problems 10/10 story telling!

OMG, it ended the way I hoped for. A fantastic trilogy..... marked down purely because it does need another edit.
I loved the whole story, Delilah is a true queen.
