Living by my father’s rules has never been easy.
Who does he think he is anyway? Jase Steel has broken every rule he tries to make me live by.

The Four Ds:

N̶o̶ ̶D̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶ (Thanks to Carly and Momma Joe, that was nixed at sixteen.)
N̶o̶ ̶D̶r̶i̶n̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶ (Shots of Jack at prom.)
N̶o̶ ̶D̶r̶u̶g̶s̶ ̶ (College frat party and a bear-shaped bong named Smokey.)

The last one though, that last D, ruined my virgin skin, my relationship with my father, and changed my whole life.

I figured I’d start a few chapters before bed and I found my self staying up till 6 in the morning because there was no way I was stopping this magnificent story - for anything as inconsequential as sleep. No way was I putting it down.

I fell in love with the Steel brothers years ago. They are tattooed, alpha males I have and will always hold dear to my heart. Bella’s Story was like a “Welcome Home” of sorts to me. Not only did I get to reignite my love for the brothers, but it was an introduction to the next generation of Steels and boy do they have their hands full with that bunch.

With Bella being the “OG” of the next generation she’s first to spread her wings and fly. But Jase being Jase, his over protectiveness truly knows no bounds, especially when his comes to his Little Bella.

More determined than ever, she respectfully breaks every rule he’s given and finds her forever person in Tags. A tattooist that stakes his claim on her (literally) the first night they meet.

Tags is no pushover. He proves he’s just alpha enough to hold his own against the intimidating Steels and will do what’s necessary to prove himself.

Ugh! I fell so hard for this couple. Bella may look like a Barbie on the outside but proves to have a spine of Steel. And that just makes it so much easier for Tags to fall for her.

This book was everything!

This is my first MJF book. I didn't read the earlier series'. That said, I found this book interesting but I had a lot of trouble following who was talking at times. Both Tag and Bella seemed to have the same way of making sentences. Also, I felt like Tag and Bella, especially when they first meet did a lot of "reading between the lines". I get all the innuendo but there were cut off sentences and subtext that I didn't follow well. They were communicating but leaving me out. I did a lot of "wut?" re-reading. There was too much that had to be inferred in this book that I hated. When did Tag find out who Bella's family was in the tattoo world? A lot was just glossed over and left unsaid. The sex scenes felt a bit long and repetitive as well. They were hot in the beginning and then they were just uninventive filler later on.

Since I haven't read the other books, I have to admit that Jase Steel seemed like an asshole more than an alphahole when it came down to it. I'll also add that the blurb is really melodramatic and set my expectations in a way it did not live up to. Basically the implication is that at some point Bella and her dad have a falling out but that never happens and the issues they do have - frankly would have happened regardless of the tattoo she got because he was overly controlling of his grown daughter and it was inevitable.

I am intrigued by the glimpse into the next book. Maybe Keke will have an actual different personality than Brand and I find that prospect alluring.

Man have I missed the Steel Family and now its a little payback with the next generation!!

Bella Steel is tired of playing by her daddy's rules. So when she goes to get the tat that her father has forbidden her to get, she never expected to have a one night stand with the super hot ... What's his name? Oh yeah, she didn't get it.

So imagine her surprise when she shows up at her first job and low and behold MR. HOT AND TATTED is there!!

This was such a fun, flirty and super HOT book. Loved seeing the family again and boy are we going to be in for a ride with this next generation Steel's!

A fabulous addition to the Steel Family and I can't wait for more!

How does this have the rating it does?
Not my thing, I guess.
Storyline has promise, delivery was dreadful.
I can’t say much more.
The opening of the book should tell you all you need to know.
Girl goes to get a tattoo. Ends up getting a tattoo and then having sec with him there and then. Then finds out he messed with the tattoo. He puts “She’s mine” instead of what she wanted, because he knew there and then she was the one. He’s a bad boy with a kid. She’s a good girl with a crazy family. They get together. Against the odds.
That’s it in a nutshell.

A sweet and quick read with a unique first meeting between the MCs. The writing and plot could have flowed better. I liked the family first and loyalty aspects.

Last night I sat down to read Bella with no intention of reading the whole book. However, once I started I couldn't put it down. I love the Steel Family. It's my second favorite series of hers. (sorry Irons will always have my heart) But, this book was incredible.

It was the same Steel family we all love, but this didn't feel like a typical MJ book. I felt Bella's pain & love and I felt Tag's conflict. It was written beautifully and there was no way I could put it down once I started.

I can't wait to keep reading about the Steel kids and the rest of the Steel family.

This is the sixth book in the Men of Steel Series by MJ Fields. I absolutely love the Steel men but Jase is my favorite and I was over the moon when I saw his oldest daughter, Bella had a book. Bella Steel hasn’t had it easy being the daughter of Jase Steel and the niece of four over protective uncles. When she was sixteen Jase gave her four rules to live by :

NO DATING
NO DRINKING
NO DRUGS
NO DECORATING

He calls them the four D’s and Bella has made it her mission to break every one of them. It’s the day before her college graduation and she’s decided it’s time to break the final rule. She ends up at Body Art, a tattoo shop in NYC with her three roommates.

Carter “Tags” Taggart is a single father to three year old Luna and a tattoo artist. His best friend, Sisco owns Body Art and one day he’s there hanging out with him when a gorgeous girl walks into the shop. Sisco is about to close up the shop but Tags offers to stay and work on her. The chemistry between Bella and Tags is off the charts and the tattoo he gives her is foreplay for what’s to come.

Bella’s tattoo isn’t some spur of the moment decision, she’s put a lot of thought into it. She wants to honor the four women in her life that have given her inspiration through BEAUTY, WISDOM, STRENGTH, and LOVE. Beauty is for her biological mother who died giving birth to her. Wisdom is for her maternal grandmother who raised her from birth till eight when she went with Jase. Strength is for Momma Joe who doesn’t let anything hold her back and Love is for Momma Carly who is the epitome of the word.

Tags takes her concept and makes it his own but he also adds something special to her tattoo so she’ll never forget him. After the tattoo they have amazing sex, he tells her he’ll be gone for six to nine months and they’ll talk when he gets back. She figures it’s a one night stand and she’ll never see him again having no clue he left a little reminder.

The only thing I didn’t like about this book was that I honestly wanted so much more for Bella. Tags isn’t a bad guy at all and he’d probably be great for someone else but not Bella. He’s twenty three years old, has an almost four year old daughter who was the product of a three-way one night stand, a crazy (soon to be) ex-wife, and he’s been arrested multiple times. I can’t see Jase or even Carly for that matter ever being okay with this guy for their baby. I’m anxious to read about the rest of the Steel kids especially Truth and Justice.

⭐⭐⭐ 5 FOREVER STEEL STARS ⭐⭐⭐

Oh how I've missed the Steel family! Bella and Tags were down right explosive and seductive from beginning to end that I couldn't put it down. Their story was enthralling, entertaining and all-consuming. How can you go wrong with a dirty talking sexy hero and a gorgeous sassy tell-like-it-is heroine.....you can't, that's why you'll be begging for so much more when it comes to an end! Im looking forward to more Steel family!

The next generation of the Steel family and what an exciting start with Bella's story.

It's been a while since I read the first book in the men of steel SERIES but there was plenty to remind me of the overprotective Alpha hottie that is Jace Steel and how he copes or should I say doesn't cope when his baby girl meets a man that is a younger version of himself.

An interest plot, plenty of hotness family dramas, laugh out loud moments and angst, BELLA was an enjoyable read that leads to a hea and can be read as a standalone without reading the previous series.

Looking forward to more in the series.

When this author came out with another Men of Steel book I jumped on it and it lived up to all the hype of the other books in the series. I love, absolutely love these books and when the second generation “thugs” grows up I hope they each get their own book. Bella is Jase Steel’s daughter and she breaks all of his rules at least once. But when she breaks the no decorating the skin rule she does it in spectacular fashion. Tags does the decorating, but adds his own special touch to her tattoo that really flips her father out. They didn’t think they were going to meet again but fate stepped in and took care of that for Tags and Bella. Will Jase kill Tags for decorating his daughter? Will Bella forgive Tags for his modification and his “secret” life? I hope she continues with the second generation of Steels.

Here the Deal If you been reading MJ since Jases book (Men of Steels) series You know Jase his wit his life. Also you will know about Bella the Next Generation the others. The Steel Brothers are Hysterical as ever

If your tired of The Steels you might like. If you tired of HOT sex scenes you might like this book Yes it all spin off of spin off. So I know people are judgy on that but Im going off story its HOT and Funny as all STEELs are so Bella is no different.

She wanted some just like her Dad funniest part is She did and now Jase doesnt like it. Then again what Dad likes anyone banging there daughter.

Tag (Carter Taggert) is a tattoo artist just trying to fix his life all for his daughter. Then meets Bella one night but tags her with a tattoo and a promise. After a quick hookup they will never be the same.

He cant forget her.She cant forget him.

"You shoot the first one, word will spread" (Cyrus)

"Tell him, whatever he does to our little Bell, Zandor will do to him." (Xavier)

"Compare every single boy you ever meet to the man I was when you come back into my life. Nobody will love you like I do. If he even comes close, I will shake his hand and give him my blessing"

"She is...Me"

"No decorating Bella. That last D is the one that tends to leave the biggest mark."

"Dont ask me to stay when you taught me to fly."

"I can't wait to lick away your pain."

"You think I see anyone but you , you're wrong. Let me know when all you see is me."

Not surprised!

Another fantastic book form M.J. Fields! This has to be one of my favorite Forever Steel books. There is nothing more touching than a true love between a Father and his Daughter. I see a lot of my daughter and her Dad in this book. I know she might not agree, but it's there!
Thanks M.J. For another fabulous book!

I loved this! It so made me think of how my daughter's father reacted to her dating. This is a refreshing twist on a next generation romance that shows just how bad an Alpha dad reacts to their princess dating and falling in love.
You want passion, well Bella and Tag have it and more. Both over come some major obstacles( not just dealing with Jase Steel) that bring their relationship closer and a bond that is unbreakable.
Funny? YES! I mean throw a bunch of hot tatted guys together in a competition and you will get more than you bargain for!.
This book is a definite must read and one of my favs for the summer.

recensione a cura del blog “Libri Magnetici" by Milly

Devi solo decidere cosa viene prima.» «Cioè?» «Vuoi che prima ti decori o che ti metta a a soqquadro?»

Bella mentre è con la sua famiglia, rumorosa e ingombrante, riceve una proposta di lavoro. Accetta, ma non si aspetta ciò che accadrà con questa nuova esperienza.

Un metro e ottanta di muscoli coperti da più tatuaggi di quanti ne abbia mai visto su una sola persona. E tutti neri, i miei preferiti.

“You think I see anyone but you, you’re wrong. Let me know when all you see is me.”

I. LOVED. BELLA! I’ve long been a fan of M.J. Fields and it’s no coincidence that I decided to read and review this title for my blog. You see, JASE: Steel Brothers - A Family Affair (A Men of Steel Book 1) happened to be my very first M.J. Fields book. So I jumped all over the chance to read another book in this saga, and one that I had been anticipating for what amounted to forever… even if I never knew she would write Bella’s story, I wanted it! 😉 And without a doubt, it was pure perfection to read Bella, Little Belle's, story after following the Family Steel for five other books.

“And I don’t like telling the guy who did shit to my back, who shouldn’t have been forgiven yet was, that his sexy as fuck face and his big, pierced dick is all I’m interested in riding.”

Bella is a YA, single-parent, second chance romance and it’s written in dual POV. I have been missing the Forever Steel family for some time and loved that we were getting another story in this family’s saga. I was entertained nonstop… laughing out loud a few times and needing a cold shower at intervals. It’s a fast, fun and sexy read that made my heart gooey and put the sparkle back in my eyes for the Steel Family. If you’re wondering if you can read it as a standalone, the answer is yes… but the story will be richer if you read the entire family saga in order. I mean, there are explanations in Bella for some things that pertain specifically to Bella’s story. But knowing the characters, as you will after reading the previous books within the series, is where some of my favorite moments lived!

“And if you think love at first sight is a joke, man”— I sigh—“I’m sorry because it’s not just a game changer; it changes your heart’s rhythm.”

Bella is everything I expected and wanted as the daughter of Jase Steel. And knowing how she grew up, I expected her to find an equally amazing man to go along with the men that make up her core family. And she did. Tag was fantastic. A hero who not only was swoon-worthy but brought out the best in the heroine he decides is his in the first moment they meet. I loved the man M.J. Fields built the story around. The single father who would do anything for his daughter… the alpha he becomes with Bella, and I know that new and old readers will feel the same. If you’ve never read MJ Field before, well you’re definitely missing out, but you can rest assured that you can’t go wrong with a book that’s part of her Steel Family saga. Grab this one now, and the box set of the Steel Brothers and sit yourself down for a binge read! You’ll be thanking me!!! 4.5 Stars!!!

3.9 Second Generation of Steel Stars

I wasn't sure what to expect when I started this book, especially, considering that I had not read all of the previous series. What I did know was that this cover was stunning and the blurb had me intrigued. Rightfully so, as this was built on a great premise with likable characters.

This author has a very distinct writing style. There are times that it jolts me out of the story because it is not always done in the way that I am used to. However, it doesn't diminish the content of the story or the things that I took away with it. There are several scenes in the book that had my heart swoon. They weren't even steamy moments. I liked seeing the importance that this author placed on being a father and teaching their daughters how important it was to be cherished. It was lovely to see two distinctly different men, both of whom were tougher than steel, be both protective and nurturing.

The characters, connection, and chemistry were well done in this story. I enjoyed Bella and her connection with her Dad, even as protective as he was, as well as her other family members. I also appreciated Tags and his strong devotion to making something of his life for his daughter as well as Bella. My biggest issue with this story was the cohesiveness of the story. I wanted more backstory or at times a smoother transition to getting to certain scenes. However, I am not an author nor can I do what this one does. That is just my opinion as a reader and I am only saying what I struggled with. Even though this was not my favorite from this author it was intriguing enough that I want to go back and read the books I did miss from this series because the appearance of older characters makes me want to learn more.

Let me start off by saying how much I love the Steel family. I’ve read the series a time or two (okay more like 4-5 but who’s counting?). I was so excited when I found out MJ was writing about the oldest Steel baby- Bella. But if you haven’t read any of the Forever Steel books, don’t worry you can jump right into Bella and still enjoy (but fair warning you’ll be so hooked you’ll go back and read them all).

Bella is Jase’s oldest daughter and she is amazing. She has just landed a job in tv production and is well on her way. She’s followed her dads rules but is ready to break them all. The last one on the list is no decorating your skin with tattoos. Bella didn’t know breaking this rule would change her whole life.

Tags has one goal in mind and nothing will stand in his way. However when Bella walks into the tattoo shop, he wasn’t prepared for the path his journey would lead to.

These two us explosive chemistry. Both have goals but like to magnets close together, they can’t seem to stay apart. I loved this book and could not put it down. I binge read the whole thing in one day. I just wouldn’t wait to see how it all ended. This is a must read!

Isabella Steel or as we all know her as Lil Bell is all grown up and becoming the woman that Jase & Carly haves raised her to be with a little naughty on the side. Isabella is a woman who is out to prove to everyone that she is a woman who knows what she wants and doesn’t back down from getting it.
When checking off her last D she meets the one man that will stop her in her tracks and change the course of her life moving ahead.
Tags is a man who has seen and done things in his life that might not be upstanding but the one thing he will always do right by is his little girl Luna. When Tags meets Isabella unexpectedly you can’t help feel the instant attraction and the chemistry that will fly from the pages. They will have some roadblocks and some very on hands family members giving their advice if they want it or not but you always no that saying Forever Steel will be just what they need to see the future that can be the happiness that they want.

The Men Of Steel Series: Bella.
This is one series I read book one and had to buy the rest cause I enjoyed it so much each book in the series follows a different character, this book is Jase’s daughter Bella’s story. Once I started this book it was so hard to put down, I just love The Men Of Steel, We follow Bella and Tag, two very different people with some much in common. A sexy read, with lots of excitement, passion, fun, romance and love. MJ Fields what a sensational book one I will read again and again, hope this is the end of this series. 5 VERY WORTHY STARS ⭐️

OMG! I couldn’t put this book down! It was amazing! The new generation of the Steel Family is everything you would expect from this family. You’ll love that the Men of Steel, family and friends show up! Bella is definitely Jase’s daughter ;) When she meets Tags there’s an immediate attraction. He’s a lot like her Dad but is Tags going to be too much for Jase to handle? lol You’ll just have to read it to see. MJ Fields thank you for another fantastic story! #ForeverSteel

I for one am so happy we are getting stories from the next generation. If they are anything like their parents us readers are in for a treat. Bella is up first and she is ready break all her daddies rule. When she meets Tag they just click. Loved the way MJ wrote both characters, Tag will make you laugh and swoon. The banter between them is fun to read. The family are hilarious and just as I imagined them to be.

Get ready for cuteness overload, family drama and a young woman stepping out her families shadow. I loved every moment and can't wait for the next one.

Tags has a way with words, “no ****, sweets. Probably shouldn’t be sporting wood either, but you had to go and make it happen.” Bella has a mind of her own, girl dont listen to her man, "Bella smiles, takes my hand, and then drags me and my hard-on behind her. “Bella, you need to give me a minute,” I whisper, but she doesn’t seem to hear me." I liked this book, I loved Tags and Bella.
