Dang how you gone leave me hang like that? I went to through so many emotions reading this story but it was well worth it. Deluchi had it rough growing up trying to be teen but taking care of her siblings as if she was the mom. I was glad she got out and got on her feet even if it was help from jasper but I hate how she started to change and become something she wasn’t. Mel was envious and jealous of her but I don’t know why because Luchi made sure was straight with whatever. Even with everything she done and how she acted towards Luchi she was till willing to be her friend and help her. But ish it the fan when she had them babies. I’m rooting for Yaz and Luchi but he needs to come clean and let her the deal before things get too serious with them. She been hurt and through enough and don’t need anymore heartbreak from him. Imma need part 2 ASAP because I’m anxious to know what happens with all this drama.

OMG
This book literally was emotional rollercoaster. The abuse they went through at beginning was so sad. I'm glad Deluchi was able to get her brother and sister even though she didn't get a chance to enjoy being a child herself. It might have been best if Yaz had to leave when he did. They both wouldn't be where they are now. It's messed up that Yaz is in business arrangement with Rosa. Now he can't really have the future him and Deluchi always wanted. Or will they? I think Deluchi's mom still can't be trusted. That ending was mind blowing. I can't wait for part 2 to come out to find out what happens next.

Wow
This book was super good. I loved all these twists and turns. Deluchi n Yaz was a perfect couple. Deluchi n Yaz both went through a rough childhood. Deluchi grew up to be nothing like her mom..she didn't like to drink or just have sex with anyone. Deluchi took care of her family the best way she could n even forgave her mom. Yaz got sent off to his dad n ended up getting tied up in some crazy stuff..deluchi ended up giving her virginity to someone (Jasper) who couldn't handle her brutal honesty. Mel was deluchi best friend but come to find out she was very weak. I can't wait for part 2.

Great read
Luchi is the most kind hearted girl ever. Her mother was straight trash and I hope she really is trying to do better for her kids, but time will tell. Yaz was being abused by his mother in the worst way possible and when she killed herself he was sent to Cali to live with his father and grandma. There he met Rosalie and although their relationship is part of a plan I think he should have been honest with Luchi because I think all hell gonna break lose when she finds out. Luchi was always there for her best friend Mel but what did is unforgivable. Can't wait for part two.❤💞

I need part 2 ASAP!! I can’t believe Mel she was messing with the whole crew. I hated what Deluchi and Yaz went through as kids but I’m glad Deluchi mom is getting her self together for her kids. Jasper seemed like the perfect gentleman until he disrespected Luchi, I hope Yaz comes clean about everything I feel Valentino sent him back home for the truth to come out and to set them both up. I loved how Carter always came to Mel’s rescue no matter the circumstances but I don’t think he will look pass the kids. Great Job a real page turner.

I need pt.2 like yesterday. I knew Mel was jealous of Luchi and we see proof of just that. She was so wrong and Luchi being a great person was forgiving. But i don't think she'll get over this one. Luchi been thru so much with her mom forcing her to become an adult while still trying to be a teenager. Yaz is a good dude but I wish he would come clean with Luchi cuz its about to be a BIG problem when the secret is revealed.

Ummmm... wait! What in the entire heck? Talk about a cliff hanger. That dang Marcus had Mel busting it wide open for the crew didn't he. I don't EVEN know how to feel. I sure hope they figure it out. I'm soooo upset about Jasper coming out like he did and Luchi... I just can't with her right now SMH. I absolutely positively LOVED this book. It flowed well although at a certain point I was wondering when Yaz would pop back in. In all I'm so excited for next installment.

Wow, this book was fiya from the beginning to the end. Poor Mel got it from every end. I cannot believe she did her friend like that. I'm glad Deluchi's Mother got herself together. Marcus needs to be dealt with asap. Jasper got what he deserved. He should have left the coke alone.

From start to finish this book was just that good! In no way shape or form did I expect this book to end the way it did! This book immediately grabbed my attention and it just kept getting better and better with every turn of the page! I can’t wait to read part 2. I gotta know what happens next!

First book I've read by this author and it was a good read. Deluchi and Yazid they both had a horrible childhood. I think Yaz had it worse. Man his own sick mother.. Mel was Strong I couldn't believe she turned out like that. How will Yazid explain his current situation to Deluchi and will she be understanding

All these twists and turns in this page turner will leave you speechless. I never would have thought Jasper would turn out like he did. Deluchi could not seem to catch a break. It seems as if she had haters all around her. I can hardly wait for part 2. Great writing.
