Get on with it already
OMG I just had a skip through so much of this book just to get to the action parts. Mike's daughter Gloria I keep hoping will get eaten. She's a pita. But Bruce better not die or that will be it for me for this series.

Creatures, Creatures Everywhere
At least they aren't zombies. With this series Justin Bell is unequivocally proving he's more than a co-author and needs to have only his name on the cover. The creatures continue to hunt, the characters continue to grow and develop, and the story erupts from each page.

I see a hero that is deeply flawed. One that cares more for saving the world than he cares about his wife, daughter or parents. He can't seem to bring himself to go home. to protect his family. This is a man that never should have married or had a child.

Good read, rather unusual but that makes it interesting. Weird creatures, uncommon problems and lots of action. Good job authors!

This book continues the action from the first and does it very well. The changes in interpersonal relationship between Mike and Troy add to the tension. I look forward to the next book.

Did not hold my interest
I could not finish the series. I am not in to the guns and ammo make and models. Too much gun talk. I like the human struggles and elements.

I'm only on the second book of this series but so far so good. A lot of action in this series...more to come...

I loved the book unfortunately there is no other way to read it but full steam ahead. I'm now ready to start number 3 Dark Void.

Lots of cliche sayings & characters who can't follow a basic logic trail. Not awful, just ok.
