With this ultimate cookbook, eating well has never been so simple.
I'm trying to master the Instant Pot that came into my life this fall by reading through a number of cookbooks. This one is specific to my appliance brand, but is very "nouveau" and contains a surprising number of ingredients that I have never heard of. The introduction is informative and great, but the recipes for the most part do not appeal to my household. It has several good basic recipes for "yogurt" or "beans" which are worth mastering.
What a quirky book! I was struck by the dairy juxtapositions: Greek yogurt cheesecake on one page and vegan cashew sour cream on another. This cookbook is truly for omnivores!
We made a goulash and a meatloaf from this library book: they were richly flavored and well-assembled. I liked this better than the other cookbook I've tried from Coco Morante.
A truly eclectic collection of recipes using various cultures’ cuisines as inspiration. Includes a recipe for Korean hot pot that I’m excited to try! This book will inspire you to love your instant pot!
This is an excellent introduction to cooking with the IP, but I have given it 3 stars because it is very similar to her previous IP book but with some new/different recipes.
