I loved this! This is 4.5 rating. I listened to it on audio and it was read by Lorraine herself. Lots of handy tips and inspirational ideas all backed up by her own experiences. An easy listen whilst out walking. I really enjoyed it.
There can’t be a person in the world who doesn’t love Lorraine Kelly. This book found me when I needed it. Lots of practical advice, and something of a genius that it’s written by LK, who is a stalwart of morning TV; I bet it’s reached a lot more people than books of a similar content written by clinicians. Although it wasn’t all relevant for me, it did feel a bit like a big sister giving you a hug and your mam giving you a kick up the arse at the same time.
This book was about wellbeing. I listened to this on audio. It was all the stuff I already know but good to hear it again. Found it a teeny bit preachy in parts but still worth a listen.
I do not normally read these kind of books however I throughly enjoyed this. It was a real feel good book. Covered all aspects of life from career to the menopause etc. Definitely worth a read.

This shone a light on different issues which are not always discussed by celebrities, or even woman in general. I am younger and it was interesting to read about the menopause and what to expect, even thought it is a way off for me. These sorts of issues need to be highlighted more in popular culture.
