Jason Schenker has a unique approach to hacking the business ladder that isn’t seen often in the workplace. Spikes: Growth Hacking Leadership defines a different method of advancement that is not the usual cut-throat seen in the corporate world. Using your spikes, or distinct attributes, to your advantage is intricate. The real game-changer is the support, counselors, and experience you glean from others.

Spikes: Growth Hacking Leadership is divided into seven sections, breaking it down step-by-step. Jason Schenker then gives you building blocks to grow your spikes, maintain your sincerity, then grow more. This book is to be viewed as foundational insight to leadership because you now have tools that will allow you to expand and escalate on your own. With the conclusion to rise up, lead, and share your own development with others. I enjoyed reading this well-written and documented coaching book. The author brings much to the table as he reveals his own growth methods.
