4/5 stars. I read this as a “crash course” for myself so that I can help to tutor my high school students. While it was mostly accessible, there were parts (particularly with equation after equation) where this goes WAY beyond the levels expected of the high school students I’m working with! This relies much more heavily on mathematical exercises than taking time to create a conceptual understanding. If you’re a student struggling to grasp your material, I think there will be better books for you. This one seems more suited to people who are already comfortable in the subject and want to stretch themselves even further.
