From Amazon Bestselling author, Diane Moody - The Sibling.
A murder in Braxton, Tennessee? Poor little town. If it's not one thing, it's another. An untimely death under nefarious circumstances spawns an odd lineup of potential suspects. Who killed one of Braxton's favorite sons?
New resident and pastor Peyton Gellar has already conducted more than his share of funerals for such a small town, but this one hits close to home.
Aubrey Evans, in town for her father's funeral, is concerned by her mother's state of mind. With the help of the handsome new pastor, Aubrey extends her visit to help her mother, and finds herself drawn into the local intrigue.
A fateful baptism, an estranged brother, a mysterious button, and a Vegas showgirl. Once again the stage is set.
Born in Texas and raised in Oklahoma, Diane Hale Moody is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. She lives with her husband Ken in the rolling hills just outside of Nashville. They are the proud parents of two grown and extraordinary children, Hannah and Ben.
Just after moving to Tennessee in 1999, Diane felt the tug of a long-neglected passion to write again. Since then, she's written a column for her local newspaper, feature articles for various magazines and curriculum, and several novels with a dozen more stories eagerly vying for her attention.
When she's not reading or writing, Diane enjoys an eclectic taste in music and movies, great coffee, the company of good friends, and the adoration of a peculiar little pooch named Darby.
A Christian mystery and the best of the three books about the town of Braxton TN. You don’t have to read the first two, but some characters appear in all three and references are made to the first two mysteries. It’s a wonderful mixture of romance, mystery and personal conflict. The main character, Peyton, the town’s new minister, is wonderfully portrayed. I wish the author would write a fourth book in this series!
This is a book that church goers will appreciate. I myself could have done without it. I had to turn the pages every time the sermons or prayers were part of the story. Good writer, but, I will not read anymore of her books.
All three books in this trilogy were great. The plots unfolded in intriguing ways. Many comedic moments which had me laughing aloud...especially the dead kitten! You’ll have to read them to find out what I’m talking about! MBJ
Who knew that you could read three books about the same people and want more. I wasn't so sure about the first book, but after reading it, went on to read the next two, liking them better as I read. Read and be surprised as I was.
I have loved every single word on each page. The grace and the tragedy of choices are so much a part of our lives. These books are a testimony of forgiveness and God's mercy! Great job!
The third book in the trilogy introduces two new characters in the town of Braxton as it continues to weave in previous stories. While enjoyable, it did get a bit preachy at times. Nonetheless, I enjoyed all three books.
Amazing stories all connected . One should start withe first book for full effect. But this third one had plots and subplots that keeps you guessing till they all connect.
