Just Missing the Lion
A quick read with a lot going on. The mystery of the super shifters deepens while the local law enforcement keeps finding their mates. This time it’s Griffin whose missing his partner Rawlings as he tries to solve the missing hiker case. Luckily for him he meets his mate and gets a break in the case. I was a little disappointed that the story was so short but it played an important part in extending the mystery. I will continue reading the series to see the conclusion.

This didn't feel like a shifter romance just seemed like a typical one. There was no instant recognition of his mate. No slightly out of control bear wanting to claim his mate. Hell I'm not even sure what his bear thought. Just felt like a routine romance with people who shifted. It does continue the mystery surrounding Allied and their super shifters so there is that. I will continue to read if only to have the mystery solved.

Brilliant book
Loved this book 3rd of the series following on from shifters going missing Liz is a lawyer from Portland that comes to look for her brother Casey who has gone missing while looking for him she meets Officer Griffin they go and search for Casey together. End up with a love story and finding Casey and further evidence against Allied . Loving this series of books each story linked but with the different shifters finding love

This is a delightful short afternoon read, great characters and wonderfully dynamic plot.
I loved this story the dynamics between the country bear and the sophisticated city girl were great.
