Lilies on Main

Rate this book
For bookstore owner Lydia Townsend, another geographical move doesn’t faze her. She doesn’t even bat an eyelash at one more curveball thrown into her life plan. Five years running from a man who broke her heart, and her spirit, has taught her to keep her walls up.

Scared to trust again, Lydia swears to keep all men off limits. Even Aaron Casey, who seems too perfect to be true. With a daughter to protect and a life to build, she simply can’t afford to let her guard down.

But when William Davis, a seventy-something recovering alcoholic, steps into Lydia’s bookstore for the first time, holding the secret to saving both of their lives, she might have to learn that trusting a man with her life is just as dangerous as trusting one with her heart.

By the time I had finished Lilies on Main, I was utterly speechless. All I can say is, J. Lynn Bailey finds an incredible way to put together some romance, some mystery, some strength and power of some incredible women, and wrap it up into one book for us to devour and then just sit and become a pile of feelings. I was completely blown away and honestly-- I cannot sit here and tell you when the last time I felt that was.

I mean, just read this:

"I suppose it’s the same way the red fern bends and shrivels its leaves in a shade of brown when winter starts to set in. The way seasons pass without regard to our life plans. Rain. Snow. Humidity that makes our skin stick to our leather seats. Hot days that make our makeup drip down our faces like tears. Life just is."

I loved her writing. Truly loved it. There is nothing more I can say about it that will justify how much I loved it. So, moving on.

I fell in love with not just one character in this story, not just two, but every single one of them. They truly make this story what it turns out to be. From Gwen to William to Lily (OMG MY HEART) to Aaron and Lydia. It was a truly beautifully crafted, character driven story (which I also love very much) especially because they all have some type of character development and growth that I truly admired. They all played a crucial part to this book and I love when that happens and then I love it even more when it all comes together.

I have to add this also. I just have to. I LOVE HOW THE TITLE PLAYS IN. OMG. Instant FEELS and GOOSEBUMPS! AND THEN THE LAST PARAGRAPH. I can't. If you have been on this journey with J. Lynn Bailey since day one, it will really gut punch you.

Basically, I'm in love. I'm captivated. With this story, the characters, and the author. The setting, the message, ALL. OF. IT. If you haven't visited Granite Harbor yet, I would almost beg you on my kneed to read this one first. J. Lynn Bailey truly saved the best for last.

In this touching story by J. Lynn Bailey, two things stood out. For one, Lydia Townsend is one of the strongest female protagonists that I have had the pleasure of reading, and Aaron Casey is one of the most sensitive. The two together, along with the darling little Lilly, made for one fantastic romance.

Lydia is a book store owner who has made a move with hopes of putting her painful past behind her. She has two serious issues with her past, although one issue is facing her regularly. For starters, she was a battered wife and her ex-husband is currently in prison. Secondly, she is suffering with serious health issues that just keep coming her way. But Lydia has everything in the world to live for, and that comes in one small but dynamic package, her six-year-old daughter Lilly.

Aaron Casey is a game warden in Maine. Not only does Aaron deal with various wildlife and related situations, he also cares for the safety of townsfolk and tourists when they engage in outdoor activities, like time on the lake. As much as he takes his job very seriously, and this includes working along with his brothers, Aaron has recently fallen in love. The woman who captured his heart is Lydia. Now, if he can just get her to take him seriously.

There are other wonderful characters in this book. One man in particular, William Davis, is a seventy-something man who frequents Lydia's bookstore. Lydia is truly affected by William, and is drawn to him in a way she cannot explain. What Lydia doesn't know is that William holds a key to her past.

This is a beautiful story, yet it is tinged with sadness. This is especially so when it comes to certain aspects of Aaron‘s job as a warden. What he has to deal with on a daily basis in an environment so beautiful that you can just taste it almost broke my heart at times. Another sad aspect is Lydia's health issues.

There is a wonderful balance, however. I found Lilly to be a well-rounded character in this story. She definitely had a huge role, and it was clear to see why Lydia had so much to live for. Aaron is far more significant. It is not often when I read a male character who is so vocal about his feelings. If I have a favorite in this book, it is most certainly him, and that is why I chose the quote above.

Lilies on Main is the fourth book in the Granite Harbor series. I hadn't had the opportunity to read the previous titles, and this did quite well as a standalone. However, I definitely want to read the previous titles.

Many thanks to J. Lynn Bailey and to Inkslinger PR for this ARC to review in exchange for my honest opinion.

Reviewed on: Ashes Books & Bobs.

I’m so sad this series, in one of my favorite fictional worlds, has to come to a close, but I can’t think of a more perfect story to wrap this series up with. I’m so ridiculously proud of J. Lynn Bailey right now! She is what the world needs more of – goodness and light. Her stories never fail to make me feel wholly at peace after turning the last page and I truly cannot recommend her books enough.

I loved Lydia’s strength and Aaron’s tenderness throughout this story. They paired perfectly together and the slow-burn was everything I relish in while reading this genre. However, my favorite thing about The Granite Harbor Series is that it doesn’t fit neatly into one genre. There is always added suspense and even lowkey supernatural elements, which always makes me giddy while reading. J. Lynn’s personal writing style is masterful.

I loved experiencing the story through both Lydia and Aaron’s perspectives. I think J. Lynn Bailey’s writing shows a lot of growth since the beginning of the series in regards to the dual perspectives. It was enlightening to see how Aaron thought of Lydia, because she didn’t always have those feelings about herself. It was an accurate portrayal of how tough we can be on ourselves, assuming others see us the way we see us. As a single-mother and abuse survivor, it’s easy to imagine how Lydia would be hard on herself and reluctant to trust anyone new. I also enjoyed the nods to books Lydia loved, including It Ends With Us. It’s amazing when the books encourage readers to pick up another book mentioned in the story. It’s a great show of authors helping authors.

This series will stay in my heart for years to come. I can’t recommend it enough.

Wow. I'm not even sure where to start with this one. It hit everything that my heart holds so close. Strong, single mom, abuse survivor, but yet still full of so much hope and love. From the very beginning of this book I was hooked and did not want to put it down. It pulled me in and did not want to let go. Even now, hours after finishing I am going over it in my head.

Lydia and Aaron were perfect. The slow burn to their relationship was everything we all want in life. Aaron proved time and time again his love was pure and real just by being patient with Lydia and her demons. And Lydia, man what a woman. What a damn fighter. Her love for Lilly is something I think we all hope we show our own kids.

J. Lynn Bailey's secondary characters are always some of my favorites. Lilly was perfect. She brought so much joy to this book and reminds us all that there is so much happiness in this world if we just look for it. Will, Audrey, and of course all the crew from the rest of the series. Just perfect.

J. Lynn Bailey is a gem in this world with her writing. She writes real, raw stories that sink their claws in and don't let go until days after you're done reading. Her stories may be fiction but they hold so much truth in their words. This series is one that could change lives. Make a person see life in a whole new light. That is her magic.

I'm going to miss these characters, this town, just all of it. Now who wants to take a trip to Maine?

“It’s been a good ride.”

As usual, the cover is perfection! And the map of the town is incredible!!

Since I started reading the first book, I knew Granite Harbor would be the perfect place to escape real life!!! And Lilies on Main, is definitely one of the best books I’ve read this year! Granite Harbor series is one of my favorites and every single character has marked my heart in every possible way!!! The world Jen has created is exactly why I love reading!

Aaron, Lydia and Lilly made the end of the series magical! The love story is sweet, sexy, sentimental and healing!
The way these two interact as a couple is emotional and perfect! And Lilly.... OMG, she is the best! Between Ida and Lilly, I can’t pick a favorite!
I love single mom stories way too much, and even more if the mom is a strong woman like Lydia. Aaron is protective and so sweet! He and Lydia were combustible 😍😍😍

So yeah, it’s been a good ride! Can’t believe this is the end... though I hope to read more about this gang in the future!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STARS

This book brought me to tears!!! J. Lynn Bailey is a new to me author and I can't wait to devour her backlist.

Although Lilies on Main is the fourth book in the Granite Harbor Series, it can be read as a standalone. Lydia White is a bookstore owner raising her five year old daughter in Granite Harbor where she has escaped the difficult life she has previously lived. I felt for Aaron and his struggle to tear down the walls that Lydia has so that they can see where their connection will lead them.

They have to battle a lot, but I can say you will not regret joining them on their journey. Lilies on Main by J. Lynn Bailey is an EPIC book that will join the ranks of the BIBLIO-ARISTORCRACY!!!

Okay, y’all.....I was not prepared with everything this book threw at me! Holy guacamole. Lydia made my chest hurt and I just wanted to shake and squeeze her at the same time. Her struggles, her accomplishments and the way she still managed to be a present mother just blew me away. As for Aaron......just sign me up. Please and thank you. JLB can tell a story and damn good one at that. Lilies on Main just blew me away and I am just sitting here wondering how to write a review for this book because I have no words.

I signed up to review this beauty before I even realised that it is part of a series – I have always been enchanted with single parent and second chance romances (not with an ex, but a second chance at romance when one has been hurt badly!) and this book delivered all of it and more.

Lydia, a single parent with a torturous past, has settled down in the small town of Grant Harbor to move forward with her life; not just for herself but for her precious and precarious young daughter, Lilly. She has battled not only an abusive ex – husband but is also battling for her life on a daily basis. She knows and handles the baggage of her life on a daily basis and knows that no matter how enchanted she may be with a certain game warden it can’t ever go anywhere.

Aaron is a game warden – which means that he not only handles various wildlife and marine animals related situations, he also has the responsibility of his town folk  as well as the tourists on his hands; a responsibility he takes very seriously and shares with his colleagues, including his twin brother. He wasn’t looking for love; but somehow he never figured Lydia and her daughter in his plans.

Both Aaron and Lydia are wonderful protagonists – it’s easy to empathize with Lydia and respect her strength and composure, especially when you come to realise the obstacles she has overcome and at times, is still battling with; to provide the best for her daughter. Everything she does, every decision she makes is for the well being of her daughter.

Aaron, on the other hand, is one of the most sensitive heroes I have had the pleasure of reading – I have to say, in a sea of alpha males with condescending attitude; it’s a wonderful change to read about a hero, who is protective, possessive and supportive covered in the subtle alpha attitude that I have come to adore. I loved how he was steadfast in his courting of Lydia and how he was absolute in his feelings, not only for her but also for her daughter, Lilly – in fact, his interactions with Lilly were some of my favourite scenes in the book.

My review will also be incomplete if I don’t actually talk about Lilly – now usually with single parent romance tropes; kids tend to take a backseat to the romance. But that was definitely not the case here – Lilly makes her presence felt and known in the book; in fact she was one of my favourite characters in the book.

I did find the writing style of the author a little stitled and awkward at times – but that’s my own experience; her plotting of the story and the characters though is absolutely flawless.

Lilies on Main is an emotional, heart-breaking romance between two strong individualistic characters who will steal a piece of your soul when you reach the end of the book.

Original review

This book was provided by the author through InkSlinger PR in exchange for an honest review. Thank you J. Lynn Bailey and InkSlinger PR!

Lilies on Main
is the fourth book in the Granite Harbor series and tells the story of Lydia and Aaron. Although this is the fourth book in the series, it can be read as a standalone.

Lilies On Main was yet another amazing book in the Granite Harbor series and I loved the story. I had some It Ends with Us (Colleen Hoover) vibes and I loved that this book was mentioned in Lilies On Main. I think that this book and It Ends with Us have such a strong message and both of these books are somewhat heartbreaking.

Lilies On Main talks about two characters, Lydia and Aaron. Lydia has a past and she doesn’t really like talking about it. She just wants to keep herself and her daughter safe from the man that broke her heart. Aaron is the perfect guy for Lydia although she doesn’t really want to open up to him. Lilly, Lydia’s daughter, is also such a cute and funny character, I loved reading about her!

I think that Lilies On Main was such a beautiful book and I couldn’t stop reading. I really wanted to know what was going to happen to Lydia and Aaron, and I loved that their romance was a bit slow burn. Lilies On Main was such a good book and I cannot wait to read the next J. Lynn Bailey book!

*I received this book as an arc in exchange for an honest review. I'm so not ready for this series to end!!! Shhh, don't tell, but I think Lilies on Main was my favorite of the series. I was so obsessed once I started, that I did not put it down. Luckily my kids are old enough to fend for themselves since mama was busy!
"I don't write love notes. And I'm not quite sure if this qualifies as one, but whatever our future has for us, I'm in. I'm in forever." Swoon!! Aaron stole my heart for a little while. Lydia and Aaron's story had it all. Playing hard to get, chemistry (the kind that gives you goosebumps), past hurts, fear of falling, a precious little girl, and some secrets from the past that came back to finish things. You MUST read this one! It's a romantic page turner that gives you a chance to check up on some of your other favorites from Granite Harbor. I really need to be friends with this group. Adding Maine to my bucket list. Thank you J. Lynn Bailey for another perfect summer read.

Lilies on Main is another beautiful and emotional love story set in small town Granite Harbor, Maine. I absolutely adored everything about this book! I went through so many emotions reading Lydia and Aaron’s story. To say Lydia has been put through the emotional wringer is an understatement, but what I love about her was her strength to keep going, especially for her daughter Lilly’s sake. And then we have Aaron, his ability to love was absolutely swoon-worthy. He has had his eyes on Lydia ever since she moved into town, but because of her past Lydia has put up walls and her fears to trust again is too real. But when opportunities presents themselves to spend time with each other, Aaron was all in. Slowly the walls start to crumble and Lydia allows herself to let go of the past and learn to trust again. The patience that Aaron had and the absolute adoration he felt towards both Lydia and Lilly was breathtaking.

The secondary characters were all simply amazing. Lilly was a beautiful child, inside and out. The joy she brought to everyone around her and her ability to empathize for someone so young was truly awe-inspiring. And William Davis, he becomes so integral to everyone’s lives.

If this book was truly the final book in the Granite Harbor series, everyone in this fictional town will be sorely missed. Another fantastic 5-star read!

Wow. I’m not quite sure how I became emotionally attached to this book. I felt a great connection to each character. I love that J. Lynn Bailey doesn’t just create one main character, but allows you to get to know each one. Lillies on Main was the icing on the cake for this series and I never want to leave Granite Harbor.

I’m at a loss for words after finishing up Lilies on Main! I have loved getting to know the characters and the town of Granite Harbor - I’m not ready for this series to end, but if it must, I can’t think of a better way than with the story of Aaron, Lydia and of course Lilly! J. Lynn Bailey does it again with her amazing writing skills; I found myself thinking about the characters long after I stopped reading - I needed to know more, how their story started, where their story takes them, and how it ends. Good bye Granite Harbor, Maine. It’s been a pleasure visiting your town.

I had never been to Granite Harbor until I read Lilies on Main. It is indeed a charming place, and I kind of want to go there now. Anyway, on to the story. The setting is thoughtfully and vividly depicted which makes it come alive. These characters are so good! Lydia defines how the struggle is real; however, her misfortune has been character building. All of the atrocities from her past have shaped Lydia into a formidable, insightful and loving woman. Lily is a product of her environmental. She has absorbed the kindness, strength and intelligence of her mother. I was invested in these two, and I wanted all good things for them. Aaron is the kind of man whose very existence is a myth. His type do not exist, yet here he is. A man with feelings who loves and shares it openly and unafraid, well, it's a miracle. Aaron and Lydia meet, and we know their destinies are intertwined. I like Aaron so much as a person. Reading these characters felt like observing reality. They are so relatable, and they jump off the page right into your heart and mind. I loved every aspect of this beautiful story. The premise is perfect, and the town is picturesque. Every little thing is exactly as it should be. It's got all the feels. I will be reading the rest of the series. Lilies on Main has an overarching presence that is hard to explain-it's like the essence of the capacity of the human spirit to love and heal has been captured in a bottle and poured into these pages.

This series of J. Lynn Bailey is usually emotion filled, angsty and some mystery suspense in small town package. The covers of this series are a big draw to me. Lydia is the focus of this story and it seems she has had trauma in her past while we don't know why she gets treatments and has scars yet it's hinting at an abusive ex husband but more. She and Aaron could have something more or there was an inkling of it, I could feel it too but she was in self protect mode. Her focus is Lilly her daughter somehow she wasn't able to spend time with her previously. Lilly is adorable and full of curiosity, I liked her vibe she's smart for her age. I love that they run a bookstore and it has good stuff too.

Aaron has some much patience waiting Lydia out I was impressed even though there was nothing for a while. I got frustrated with Lydia to be honest her back and forth, I get she's wary and has a lot of baggage I'm glad Aaron isn'tletting his chance slip by despite all her excuses. Also I wanted to know what's up with her illness fully is, when finally revealed it was a heart transplant but it's partial not the entire thing. She has tons of guilt and things on her mind makes me think she has PTSD from the ex and some anxiety aside from her getting treatment for her sickness.

It's those sudden mysterious threats that Aaron gets that get things going. Lydia finally afmits her feelings and also has her fears. This book went from zero to sixty. The pace while a bit slow it fit in the end. It all built up to Lydia finding her strength in herself for her second chance at a better life with Aaron and Lilly. The subplot here with Will was interesting and made it very special and unique. That part was quite touching. Aaron was such a good guy kind, patient and loving. Determined to have his girls. For him it was a bit instant what he saw in Lydia.

The little new family was cute. It was a hard start for Lydiax her trauma, illness and her fears. It took lots of waiting from the right guy. There's also a nod to one of the author's other books here. I enjoyed the latter half of this more. I'll miss the game wardens of Granite Harbor and this unique setting.

Full disclosure: this is my very first J. Lynn Bailey romance novel. I was in a bit of a funk when I applied for an ARC, after I read its blurb. Gotta admit, too, that I fell in love with the title and the graphics. I needed a feel great story. All this rain (it’s full-on rainy season here in my neck of the woods) was getting me down.

So, when I finally dug into “Lilies on Main,” I was expecting a bit of heartbreak, a lot of romance, and plenty of love, love, love. The first 21% of the ebook? ‘Twas a bit boring. (Sorry.) Nothing really happened. There were a lot of inner monologues and angst-ridden thoughts. Turns out that book hero, Aaron, and his heroine, Lydia, had met in a previous book in this series and went out one time on a date. Lydia then ghosted Aaron and avoided him constantly. Here, in their own book, Aaron revealed that he’s head over heels in love with Lydia (*** sigh ***) and Lydia, aside from escaping an abusive ex, has huuuuuge medical issues that are NOT normally spoken about in romance novels. OMG, that scene when Lydia reveals herself to Aaron? I had to shut down the ebook for a bit and cried a little. Ugh.

Not only did Ms. Bailey made me sniffle, she made two fictional characters, who are based in a town far, far away from mine, come alive. To me, Lydia’s heartbreak was tangible. I was in a book funk and was looking for a bit of fun to escape my own reality. Ms. Bailey fed me a story that reminded me that my shit is so little compared to the bigger scheme of the universe. Thank you for this novel. I didn’t know I needed it.

The pace of this book was excruciatingly slow; it had a slight melancholic tone, was very introspective, and there were beautiful, lyrical parts. This is not my style of books to read, but I could appreciate the beauty of its prose and the quiet courage of a woman who escaped from abuse and is establishing a new life for her and her 6 y/o daughter Lilly. Lilly is an exceptional character, wise beyond her years, very sensitive to everyone’s moods and needs, a little otherworldly.

When Aaron first met Lydia, he recognized she was a remarkable woman, and also realized she was perfect for him but she needed space. Lydia had a hard time opening her heart. She was very protective of it and of her daughter’s heart. She had overcome several very strong issues, and came a victorious warrior at the end, but also wary of trusting another man.

In this book we face a lot of things, and the author treated them all with sensitivity and respect. There’s heart transplant, skin cancer, domestic violence, alcoholism, and small town gossip. There’s a low thrum of suspense as usually happens with the story about an abused woman who escaped from a monster. There’s delight in Lilly’s antics, a little impatience with Lydia’s hesitation. Aaron is a champion, he waits when he has to, pushes when needed, protects and nurtures all the time.

Even though the slow pace killed me, it’s a beautiful, ethereal love story, with three beautiful characters who encompass what an HEA really means.

Great Read

So this was my first book by J. Lynn Bailey. I realized it was #4 in the series when I started reading. I still continued to read it and I am so glad I did. I will now buy the first 3 books prior. I don’t want to spoil this book so I am going to try and keep my review very general. This book had emotion, suspense, love, and a happy ending. I could feel the way the book was headed (a little predictable) but I loved every word of it. I will say she had a very unpredictable twist in the book that I absolutely adored. I could picture every word she wrote. I felt like I could picture sitting in the book store, eating in the restaurant, or walking down the streets in their town. I adored the characters. I loved how you saw the characters struggle but their strength and love for each other is what shone through. The characters were truly good people. I especially loved that this beautiful story J. Lynn Bailey created had a great ending as well. A lot of authors give you this amazing story and then rush the ending. This book had a wonderful ending that it deserved and made you feel completely satisfied with the outcome and the characters. I am excited to read the entire series now and I want to go back and visit Maine!

Lydia has worked so hard and overcome so much to start a new life in Granite Harbour and leave her past behind. She is the owner of the town bookstore and the one driving force in her life is her daughter Lilly. She has her hands full with everything in her life and after her past isn’t ready to allow a man into her life.

Aaron is protector whether it is the wildfire, the townspeople or the town. He has had feelings for Lydia since their first meeting however he can see she is damaged by her past and is willing to move at her pace to give her time to open her heart and trust him. He wants much more with her and now all he needs to do is convince her.

This a wonderful story that is filled with so much emotion, a beautiful romance and great secondary characters. Although I am not ready to say goodbye to Granite Harbour or its characters it certainly ended on a high note.

I am completely in love with this story. It was beautiful and riveting and everything I needed it to be. By the time I got to the end I was completely enamored.

This book could be a hallmark movie mixed with a lifetime movie. I swooned the entire novel. This book as beautiful, from the words inside to the stunning cover and map, it was all perfection.

Granite Harbor is wonderful. I love the world and the characters and this book? All the emotions.

This was my first read in this series and I intend to go back and read all the other books int he seers though they are all standalone in the series.

Lilly, Aaron and Lydia were amazing. They pulled at my heart and completely enthralled me to this series. I can't wait to read the rest  of the gang!

OMG! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED everything about this book from it's great characters to it's small town charm. When I first read the blurb for it I KNEW I had to drop everything and just read it. And I did. I'd not read prior books in this series and wasn't hindered by having not done that at all. If anything it made me want to go back and read them all. J's words are addictive and different, and I truly LOVED them.
Lydia, Aaron and Lilly's story captivated and enthralled me from beginning to end, my heart didn't stop... feeling throughout. Lilies on Main as a book full of feels, and I can't recommend it enough.

Lilies on Main by J. Lynn Bailey is book four in her Granite Harbour Series. Every book is about another couple and can easily be read as standalones. For best reading experience I recommend to read the books in order.
Lydia White is a single mom with a 6 year old adorable daughter. She's new in town, had to start over and owns the lokal book store.
Aaron Casey is part of a big and loving family. He works as game warden and has seen a lot. He's drawn to the quiet woman and he can't help himself. He knows he should let them go, but he can't.
Lilies on Main is a beautifully thought out, excellent written and beautifully told story.
I loved the characters and the writing, the storyline is great.

It took me alot of time to finish this book, just because there was so much heartbreak.
J Lynn Bailey knows how to write an ugly cry romance and this one is definitely is her best one yet!
This book is everything you don't even expect it to be, just in the most beautiful and broken way possible.

Lydia , Aaron and Lilly's story is amazingly endearing and you will just want to hug them and be there with them or just want to enjoy your time with Lilly.

The story is so strongly written that you are just flown into the world of Granite Harbor and you would never regret the journey. The characters that we have come to know and love in the series are given the most beautiful ending.

Once again, J Lynn Bailey gives us a story that draws us in and holds us until the last line. She has a way of writing that gives an insight to her soul. I love the sweetness of the relationships in Lilies on Main, not just between Lydia and Ethan, but with all of the characters in the story. Bailey gives us heartbreaking situations we can relate to then uses humor to lighten the mood. Her writing is honest, vulnerable and beautiful. Bailey is a storyteller that shows the dirty secrets we bear while giving us hope.

What an end to a beautiful series! Lydia and Aaron both attracted to each other but one makes it difficult to get past the friendship zone. Nobody can really blame Lydia though....she’s had a rough past and it’s always exhausting when you’re kinda living life constantly looking over your shoulder. Aaron is amazing because he really tries hard to win over Lydia but devoted time to her precious daughter, Lilley. Lilly will steal your heart...she is ridiculously funny, witty and adorable!! I just couldn’t get enough of her! Wonderful characters that you will be able to relate!

Even if you have never read any other book in the Granite Harbor Series, reading Lilies on Main is like going home. The comfort of the small town, mixed with the drama from hidden pasts combine to make a page turner you will love from front to back.

Aaron is the kind of man you wish you could meet in real life. He is sweet, kind and understanding, while also being smoldering hot by always saying the right thing. So he's perfect for Lydia, even if she's trying to escape a brutal past and start a new life for her and her daughter.

This book is a must read!
