This book is a very interesting read how to approach team members and others who at not performing as they should or who are in conflict with colleagues. It has clear directions how to approach such situations with various types of issues and how to assess if it is worth to retain the person or to let go.
Seems like all good advice, but easier said than done. The appendix about the differences between the Baby Boomers, Gen X, and Gen Y was very interesting--the most useful part of the whole book for me, as a Gen X manager with employees from all three generations.
