I loved reading this book and applying the exercises and reflections to my own life settings. Helen's processes and perspectives are easy to follow but so effective for creating lasting change in your life, and getting clear on your desires and direction for life. Her work really resonates with me and I highly recommend this book to anyone keen on developing their intuition and connecting to their inner guidance.

Great book, I’ve learned heaps and will definitely work through the tasks and tips Helen shared in this book. Only 4 stars though because in some chapters I felt like it was very lengthy and hard for me to stay focused because there was so much detail.
