Combat pilot and resistance leader Alexis Miller has fought the invaders since they arrived. Now she's been given a chance to colonize another world with her people, but the last thing she wants is a meddling Dominar official getting in the way. Unfortunately for her, Councilor Prust intends to ensure the safety of the settlement, even if that means taking Alexis over his knee with her panties down for a painful, humiliating spanking when her petulant defiance pushes him too far.
Though it infuriates Alexis to be punished in such a shameful manner by the stern, handsome alien, it isn't long before Prust has stripped her bare and shown her how thoroughly he can tame a feisty little human. Her need for him grows stronger with each helpless, blushing climax he forces from her naked, quivering body, and soon she is learning what it means to be mastered.
But the Dominars are not the only ones with an interest in ruling over humanity, and others might not be nearly so generous to their conquered pets. Can Alexis trust her alien master and save her people, or will the isolated planet prove too dangerous for the new human civilization?
Publisher's Note:His Human Subject is a stand-alone novel which is the sixth book in the Captives of the Dominars series. It includes spankings and sexual scenes. If such material offends you, please don't buy this book.
This is the last story in a series i’m not ready to say goodbye to.... Because, let’s face it,those Dominars are HOT! Stella outdid herself with His Human Subject,Alexis and Prust are a great couple and i love them!
Alexis has been opposed to Dominar rule from the start, and would love nothing more, than to start anew on another planet with those that feel the same. And,most importantly,a planet without Dominars! They get their chance, but on one condition. Commander Prust will stay with them until the Dominars are satisfied they have a chance at survival. After all,the planet they’re going to,is in the Blight, where they’re out of reach of any kind of justice.....or help. And if they fail,he can arrange to bring them back to earth. Alexis is very determined to make it,but trouble soon arrises, and she’s forced to ask Prust for help. They strike a deal, her surrender to him for his help. As she gets to know him,she slowly discovers he’s not the man she thought,at all. And when a real threat needs to be dealt with, she’ll need him even more....
And with exposure to other dark forces, will it be wise to stay on their new earth?
I loved this one,it was the perfect finale to a wonderful series!

ARC Received from the Author 📚 I also got the book with KU.
This is a fun Adult Sci-fi Romance and Adventure with an unusual ending! Some of the XXX scenes were pretty raw and dark. Just so you know!
Dominar Counsilor Prust is charged with watching the humans but one in particular gets his undivided attention. Alexis, a former Air Force Fighter, she leads the Anti-Alien League must be watched and Prust is on the job. There is a lot of subjects in the story that I wouldn't want to spoil here, so please just know that it has great world building, a few different species of Aliens, romance with some BDSM, a new planet with scary wild animals, just too much to cover so read the book! I enjoyed it very much.
His Human Subject is the sixth book in the Captives of Dominars series, but could be read as a stand alone. Ever since the Dominars invaded Earth, Alexis has spoken out for human freedom and to get rid of everything alien. She proposes to send a thousand humans to a planet not under Dominar rule, to find that freedom. What she doesn’t expect is Councilor Prust to come along. His role is just to observe, but when Alexis offers her submission for guidance, they form a tentative bond. As their relationship grows, Alexis needs to tell everyone else, but will she able able to before another alien enemy exposes everyone to danger?
Oh my goodness, I just loved this book! It was so steamy, full of angst, an enemies to lovers romance, and Alexis and Prust just captured my attention! From the very first chapter, I barely put the book down, as I was just so caught up in their interesting dynamic and all of the drama and danger that they got mixed up with. Alexis was so interesting to me because she had such pride. She wanted to find that freedom, but never looked beyond that goal - never looked at how to be a good leader beyond social media. I loved how she had to learn lessons under Prust, it was just gold the irony and deliciousness that flowed between the characters. Prust was also interesting to me because he was just there to observe and wait for something to mess up so they could all go home. He was all about human unity and safety, and he had a wicked way of teaching Alexis! Oh, and I loved getting to see another alien species - to see that maybe what you currently have really isn’t as bad as you might think it to be. I loved this book. I love this series! I loved these characters and everything about their relationship!
...and the Dominar adventure continues. Oh I love this series and its extremely successful mixture of SciFi adventure and eroticism. Unfortunately I suppose it comes goodbye, because 6 years have already passed since the takeover of the earth by the Dominars, when Alexis and Prust meet each other for the first time.
Humanity has more or less come to terms with the new situation and this time the focus is on those who could not personally come to terms with the changes. Alexis is in the center and at the head of the "peaceful" protest movement and Prust makes possible and accompanies the adventure "colonization" outside the sphere of influence of the Dominar. This story again has everything that must be: tension, drama, hot scenes ( rough and dark ) and lovable characters with strengths and weaknesses, understanding and misunderstanding, hard fronts and flexibility (in many ways), sacrifice and insight. Everybody has to cross his boundaries and be open for new things. It is fun to follow the credible development of the participants, the giving and taking, the demanding and accepting. Everything is wonderfully interwoven and provided with so many important and well thought-out aspects, which give the stories a pleasant depth and do not switch off the own thinking. There is no tension drop and the narrative speed is perfect.
Alexis has hated the Dominars since they came to Earth. She felt this was an invasion close to ID4 but was her hatred just? They have done a lot of good for the people. Counsel Prust still believes that they are doing good for the people of Earth. He agrees to Alexis’ plan to have those that want to, leave Earth and start anew on a new planet (Piskiron) without any help. But I don’t things are going to go as well as she believes. Well sometimes you need to learn the hard way. Alexis finds out it isn’t easy as it seems. You have to give her a bit of credit. She did want to make the AAL people feel like they didn’t need any help but we all do. The Dominars didn’t want to control but guide and help. The people just wanted to keep pushing back like they do now. We all need help in one way or another. You have to love the training she undertakes though. I know I did. It was hot and steamy. Prust is no different from all the others. He is domineering and he has no problem showing it. Yeah! Alexis and her AAL peeps needed to understand that they were not ready to start a new world. There was way too much that they did not anticipate. I am sad to see the series end but hopefully we get a taste of another group who will crossover.
What an amazing story, it was so good that I could believe it had happened and earth was taken over by the Dominars and all evil was stamped out. Anyway Alexis Miller is a fighter pilot for earth and when the invasion happened and she had lost to them and she just couldn’t let it go so joining the Anti-Alien League she wants to live in a world that was not controlled by the Dominars and they agree to this experiment and so Alexis and around a thousand people leave earth and are taken to Piskiron or new earth as they now called it and set about making a new life for themselves with homes and farming but under the watchful eyes of Commander Prust a Dominar who is quite good looking and makes Alexis all hot and bothered but in Alexis’s eyes he is the enemy but when she needs his help it cost her her body and Prust take full advantage and unleashes pleasure from her body that Alexis carn’t help but want more of but it must remain a secret from everyone and Prust isn’t happy about that and wants her to tell them all. Now with a new ship arriving on the planet Prust wants to destroy the ship but Alexis won’t let him and meets with alien named Vahree who is very sexy did I just think that anyway now with the meeting going very well and talks about trading things for technology she agrees to meet again tomorrow when she goes to tell Prust how it all went he is not happy because he knows she is under his Allure pheromones and is not herself and is everyone affected like she is. What happens now ? you got to get this book it find out for yourself I’ve given away to much already but you won’t be disappointed.
—>>> Alexis “Rockstar” Miller, former Air Force fighter pilot, is now the spokeswoman for the Anti-Alien League. She more than speaks out, however, when she challenges the Dominars for a chance to pioneer a settlement on a planet out from under their rule. Little does she know that she has bitten off more than she can chew, by always instigating action before considering the consequences. Fortunately for Alexis, the Dominar Councilor Prust who is there strictly to observe and not interfere, is willing to offer his wisdom and guidance while setting aside his own mandate to help Alexis with hers, even though this act is in direct conflict to Dominar purposes on Earth, but colonizing Piskiron on their own is something Alexis is quite willing to give her all with, including offering herself to Prust, in order to succeed.
An unexpected scorcher of a romance blossoms on Piskiron, with twists, challenges and what can be expected when settling on an isolated planet in the “bad sector” of the galaxy!
Love the whole Dominar series, especially their tech! Well done, Stella Rising! Looking forward to seeing what comes next!
This is the sixth book of the "Captives of Dominar" series and I have to say, it brings things full circle …. Maybe. If you've followed the series, then you know from the beginning, Haley and her Dominar fought to save Earth and it's population from self destructing by helping rather than invading and destroying everything and starting over. Not everyone on Earth is grateful for their "interference." Alexis is one of those. She's an Air Force fighter pilot and has been part of the opposition since the beginning. When she finally convinces the Dominars to allow her and her followers to find another planet to start over without interference she thought she'd won the battle. She had no idea how hard it would be or what all would be entailed. Now she has to make a deal with her devil in order to reach her goals and it completely takes her by surprise. Nothing is what she thought it would be. Once again, the BDSM, Domestic Discipline, the anticipation, adventure and angst all tie together to make this such a wonderful book with scenes that will scorch the screen of your e-reader. There isn't anything not to like in this book. I was given a copy of this ARC by Booksprout and this is my voluntary review.
A splendid alien romance that keeps the reader's attention until the last page is turned. It has a well-paced plot with some unexpected surprises. The characters have individual personalities that display realistic & believable emotional feelings although they are inclined to be devious at times. There is: a determined former fighter pilot human female (Alexis Miller) who is anti-alien just wants to start over with fellow humans on another planet (Piskiron), a Dominar (Commander Prust) acts as an observer to the human endeavors on the planet, various kinds of aliens, twists & turns, intrigue, adventure, action, intrigue, suspense, attractions, twists & turns, discipline, spanking, BDSM, restraints, deceit, Dominar technology, misunderstandings, profanity, verbal conflict, confrontations, manipulations, emotional feelings, contentment, love, steamy scenes & a very satisfying conclusion. I would recommend this alien romance to people who enjoy reading this genre.
Stella brings us her 6th book in the Dominar series and like the other book once you start your hooked.. Alexia has hated the Dominar for invading earth, she’s hated them for her loss of her chosen career as a pilot, so after a few years she becomes the face and spokesperson for the Anti-Alien League (AAL). She is brash, insecure and says things with out thought, but to do what she does to keep people together in trying circumstances she is strong, courageous and determined for her colony to succeed. Councillor Prust joins in Alexia’s colony as an observer he pretty much keeps to himself but when unrest with the colony happens Alexia goes to Prust for advice he ups the anti by punishing Alexia before helping her with the colony. With a few twists and a bit of suspense and danger this was a fast paced great read...
Quite an interesting tale. The Dominars, aliens who are brilliant, savvy and quite handsome, have taken over Earth. Not to rule earthlings, but to help them be all that they can be and more. Alexis, a fighter pilot who lost in the battle against the Dominars, is very anti-alien, and starts a coalition against them. She convinces a thousand people, and the head Dominar in charge, Prust, to let them leave earth and settle onto a new planet, free of aliens. They get their wish, mostly, with Prust tagging along as an observer. Watching them start a new plant, deal with issues, and basically start all over is fascinating, as is Alexis’ dealing with Prust, and how it changed over their dealings together. Let’s just say he has a VERY hands on approach in his teachings (and other things!!!). Very hot, very intriguing, very worth the read
This was my least favorite story of the series. It is a well-written story but I struggled to connect with the characters. Prust was an odd Domnair, he did not act like the aliens in the previous stories and Alexis was an irritating character. Definitely a case of speaking before you think. Overall a good read if you can connect with the characters.
This is the 6th and final book in the Dominar’s Series. It has been six years after the Dominar’s invaded earth. Alexis Miller was a Air Force fighter pilot when the Dominars invaded Earth and took over. She now runs the anti-alien league and is not a fan of the aliens that run “her” earth. She wants to find a planet that is not under the control of the Dominars where humans can live. Dominar Prust is assigned to help her find it. Can she ever change her feelings towards the aliens? Will Alien Prust be just the Dominar to change her mind? When moving to a new unknown planet what could possibly go wrong?.... ALOT! This is just as steamy and dirty as the others in this sci fi series of naughty BDSM Aliens. I truly enjoyed this. Told in dual POV
Another wonderful addition to the Captives of the Dominar series
Ms Riding creates a interesting world where aliens have invaded Earth to save humans from themselves. Her stories feature alpha alien males, feisty human females, good world building, and great story lines.
Lots of action in this book. Alexis needs help and Commander Prust is just the handsome sexy alien for the job. What started out as a "cry for help" becomes a cry of passion. Love this book! I am voluntarily leaving my review of this ARC.
The author is a great story teller, she keep it interesting from the beginning to the end, very interesting character’s in the story. She writes so u can see both sides of the story.
I love books like this. There is a different main character in each book, but characters repeat throughout all 6 books. The only thing wrong with this series is that it only consists of only 6 books -- not 7 or 9 or a dozen!
Alexis is anti-alien. Truthfully, I think she's a sore loser. When the Dominars agree to let Alexis and others leave Earth and start over, things start to look a little different. When Alexis realizes she needs Prust help, she makes a deal with the "devil" but wants to keep it secret. How does that work out? Read this book to find out. I suggest you have a fan and plenty of ice water nearby to keep you cooled down.
*I received an Advance Reader's Copy of this book which I am voluntarily reviewing*
When I started reading I couldn't put it down.Stella Rising is magnifysent and amazing writer.I cannot wait to read more of there books.Keep up the great work. You should definitely read this book. Can't wait for the next book.
ARC review For honest review. After the fight with the dominars Alex is chief spokes women for the anti-aging league and councillor prust goes on tv and with the argument she is able to get 100 people to leave earth to the planet piskiron away from dominars interference . ..Awesome story
