She’d never wanted to use her fire powers this way, preferring to use them to make her glass sculptures, but as talented as she is, no one buys enough to keep her shop open. With no other real skills, she’s stuck. The Legion pays well, so she can put in her time and once she’s saved enough, she can go back to what she loves most.
What she didn’t realize was going to the Academy was like a mix of high school and boot camp and it was utter hell.

Heroes in Training
I really love the Aces & Knaves series, so picking up this spin-off was a no-brainer. These series remind me of The Boys (available for streaming in Amazon Prime! 😉) because of the corruption and general a$shole-ness of many supes. This first book definitely didn't disappoint (Helene Gadot never does) and I can't wait to see what the squad does next.

KaPow by Helene Gadot is a wonderful story that I have read and loved. This wonderful story was writen by a brand new story writen by a brand new author for me to read. I highly recommend this to everyone who loves reading about reverse harem and paranormal romance.

Fun to read
Loved this book. It was a fun read and the characters were great. I love that though it is a spin off of the main series that some of the originals put in an appearance. Can't wait for the next book in the series.

Awesome spin off from the Aces and Knaves books
Really love Helene's writing and think it's great that she's expanded on Leigh's story with her own series. Can't wait to see how it develops...
