I HAVE SPENT MY ENTIRE LIFE IN HIDING, FEARING THE DAY I’D GET SOLD…
Locked up in a basement, producing babies for strange men that will never love me.I have never been close to anyone, intimately or otherwise. But when The Armstrong Dynasty offers me a job, I take the chance. The agreement seems legit. I should be safe with them…
Right?
“If you do get pregnant by us” — they said — we promise we will provide for you until the baby is born.”“Wait a minute, are we going to do it... together?” — I asked.
“Uh, yeah. That’s how it’s traditionally done with brothers.”
“Oh…”
“We should let you get some rest.”“Wait… could you stay a bit longer?I can make us some more tea or…”
“I’m sorry, but that’s not possible.”“You have a job to do, an agreement to honor. ““You are here to carry our baby, and nothing more.”
“Oh. I see.”
“And what about afterward?”
What are you going to do with me when you don’t need me anymore?!
Born and raised near Pacific Grove in California, where only about 15000 souls live, Hollie found her passion in writing since she was just nine. She would write odd short stories about fantastic beings or plays she would enact with her friends, where she was always captured by some sort of beast. In these stories, there was no Prince Charming, only dragons and werewolves that were both scary and fascinating.
As she grew older she dwelled into more adult topics. She learned about the fun and fire of steamy romance novels, where the peculiar traits of her favorite characters made them dangerously alluring, physically and psychologically. Today these characters are like people inside her head. They that won't leave her alone until she gives them life. And even though she is the only one writing, Fifty* is always there to assist with inspiration.
*Mom's girl. Probably the brattiest chihuahua ever.
Alex disguises herself as a man so she doesn’t get kidnapped by the werewolf shifter community. She meets Charlie who has two brothers Xavier and Teddy. There is lots of drama between the human and shifter community. What will happen when Charlie and his brothers as Alex to carry their child. Fast-paced reverse harem read with loads of drama, suspense and steam. I really liked it.
What an incredible read this one turned out to be. Hollie Hutchins has taken the reality of people's prejudices and bigotry and turned it into a storyline with weare shifters and humans being pitted against each other until the hatred and mistrust is over flowing. There's mystery, deceit, prejudice, loyalty, love and devotion all rolled together to make this a heart warming tale. Her characters are flawed, relatable and easy to love or love to hate depending on which one we're talking about. I hope there's more to this than just a standalone. This would be the ideal beginning of a series.

I was given this book for free in exchange for an honest review. I have said this before in other reviews, I always give honest reviews whether people appreciate them or not.
The story begins with Alex getting ready for work when his father Joel teases him about how long it’s taking to get ready…just like a girl! Alex is a girl and lives her life pretending to be a male for a variety of reasons. There seems to be a limited amount of women in the world, the wolf community has had problems with their females being able to have babies and generally speaking the human side of the world, or in this case the town, seems to live in fear and negativity. Alex has five, yes five, fathers: Joel, William, Peter, Clark and Adam. Her mom is Uma.
At some point before this story begins, Alex’s best friend Hera disappears and the Sherriff says it was from wolves. This as typically happens, turns into humans attacking wolves for retribution. While entering the library one day Alex literally runs into a Wolf named Charlie. Charlie introduces his two brothers Xavier and Teddy. He invites her to a Human/Wear gathering to broker peace. After much family disagreements, Alex and Joel go. That’s where she is introduced to Bartholomew, Charlie’s father. There is some drama and some not quite drama. Charlie and brothers eventually convince Alex to go to their home for dinner. That’s when they try to convince her to basically be their baby mama.
You know that old expression by Robert Burns, the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry? Well they sort of did. Alex agrees to get together with the brothers, against the will of Bartholomew as well as Uma and the fathers. There are lots of weird rules the brothers feel they must keep, but Alex does get pregnant and the brothers try to keep her safe. As the notice said when I received the ARC, this wasn’t completely finished being edited and basically chapters 17-20 were difficult to get through. Hopefully now that it is released it will not have the same issues.
When I see the term Reverse Harem I think of a Polyandrous relationship with one woman and multiple men. I also think it’s supposed to have more of a Ménage sexual relationship, not one partner at a time. That said, I did enjoy Ms. Hutchins’ story. I like Alex and the other female characters. I have another book from her that I was reading, but I had to stop so I could read this book first! This was definitely worth the read, and I didn’t even mention the surprise twists in it!
The Baby Maker's Shared Property. This book was different than other stories I have read. Hollie seams to get me every time. I think it's not going to be good and bam! The story turns and captures my interest where I can't put the book down. I just have to know what happens next. This human/werewolf story turns into a suspense story with a different type of love story added in. Alex follows in her mother's footsteps when it comes to love, having more than one man loving her. She also gives the Weare men in her life the most precious gift of all, a child to keep their bloodline going. A book worth reading. I was fairly impressed with this novel. This story takes places in Swan City where werewolves and humans co-exist. The people of Swan City don't want the werewolves in their town of Swan City and the werewolves only want to live peacefully and co-exist with the people there. Three Brothers meet a lovely lady who goes by Charlie as she identifies as a male to keep safe. However, the Brothers know she is a female by the name of Alex and they talk her into carrying their baby. The story goes on and there is a scandal and in the end, everything is neatly placed in perspective. This wasn't one of my fondest reads but it wasn't one of my worst reads either. So, for this reason, this is only a 4-star read for me.
Alex is a human woman dressed up to look like a man in the human community in swan city because there is a shortage of woman.ALex works at the library sorting out books.she lives with her mum and Five fathers. Then we meet Charlie,Xavier and teddy the Armstrong boys who are actually werewolves but in human form.alex bumps into Charlie who gives her a flyer and he whispered in her ear that he and his brothers know she is a woman and to come to a weare meeting. The story is slow and is mainly more about Alex and her family than about her and the Armstrong brothers.it a clean story not so much she or steamy romantice.

Let me just start out by saying I'm one of Hollie's biggest fans and this book was very surprising this is not her typical book usually she has a lot of sexy scenes and spicy spicy intimate action going on in her books I was a little disappointed there was only one semi sexy scene in this whole book it was not what I expected as far as her typical read if you are a fan of hers and you expect a lot of action sexy scenes this is not the book for you it is almost a very clean book this is the book for you if you're her fans and you expect sexy spicy toe-curling scenes you'll be greatly disappointed that's being said its still was a great fantastic book
So, I’m gonna be completely honest.. I have no idea why all these good reviews have been posted for this book. Because honestly it was really really bad. The characters were not given the amount of detail needed, the plot needed a lot of work, the editing and mistakes were ginormous, the book switched point of view so many times you lost track. Also, the cover of this book is ridiculous!! It makes it seem like some steamy romance book when all reality there is not a single steamy romance scene in the whole book. This was honestly terrible and the sad thing is that the cover and intro lie about the book as a whole. Don’t waste your time 1.2
I quite enjoyed reading this drama-filled shifter romance & I found the plot intriguing with interesting characters. There is: a young woman (Alex) who is approached by three male werewolves (Charlie, Xavier & Theodore) to carry their baby, a devious & manipulative Sheriff Brown, twists & turns, intrigue, drama, suspense, family issues, danger, threats, abduction, human/werewolf trafficking, confrontations, fear, miscommunication, compromises, devious plans, rescued, declarations, happiness, contentment, love & a satisfying conclusion.
Alex is pretending to be a boy but is actually a woman, she in hiding for her safety as women are scarce and are abducted by human and wares alike. Alex then meets Charlie and his two brothers and strikes a deal to carry their baby that will be part human part ware-wolf, as events unfold they find love and danger and learn to overcome the obstacles in their way. The story line was ok and the characters were likable I did finish the book I only gave it three stars as I wanted more out of it but that’s just my opinion I do recommend it though
The title of this book was 10x hotter than the actual book. For a reverse harem romance, this book was relatively tame.
I didn't feel lots of passion and angst and obsession, etc in this book. It felt more like platonic friends who had a baby together.
The book is about a human girl who breeds a baby with 3 werewolves, and her wanting more than a breeding arrange. For a romance book, it had a LOT of politics in it.
This was NOT my cup of tea at all. Way too tame. Even the violence was pretty tame.
Alex is a woman that dresses like a man as there are less women the men and they are being taken my humans and weres. One day she goes to a counsel meeting where the werewolves explain they want peace. There she is asked by the three counsel man’s sons to join in a special ceremony and she would need to stay with them and have their child. She agrees as they promised to care for her family. Tensions grow as there is still distrust in the were community about humans. Alex is captured, will the brothers get to her in time?
A great story of two different species trying to get along. The people today seem to be following the prejudices in the story and they could certainly learn a lesson from this story. Help comes in different forms and there are good and bad people on both sides of every equation. Love comes in different forms and can be everlasting.
I received this ARC for free and am leaving my voluntary and honest review.
This tale is about humans and werewolves coming together to save both races. Woman are valued and are to be protected at all costs. This story is about Alex and her three werewolf husbands and their tale of how they become a unit and bring these two worlds together. A well written story that will keep you hooked till the end. A must read.

I found the whole plot of the story very interesting and different. One side blames the other for the disappearance of females. Alex is pulled by what her family wants and by what she thinks I’d right. She is a very strong woman when it comes to following her heart. Her decisions may change not just her world. This is a m/f/m but the scenes are very mild and mostly leave it up to your imagination.

Werewolf’s and humans both a like have to survive their lack of females in their species. Alex is forced into pretending to be male in order to save her life. They human race has noticed that females are being taken but no one knows who is doing it. Alex is confronted with an offer that surprises her. One that will forever change her life and that of her family’s if she accepts. There is an intense scene that has you wondering what’s gonna happen. Good clean book
Alex is a young woman that is living outside her house hold as a young man. Where she lives woman are few and inbetween. There has been abductions and murders going on in her town. Charlie, Theodore and Xavier proposition Alex. Alex wants to help her family so she takes the offer. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
Thank you so much for writing this book. It reminds me that I have a good life and where I've come from so far. I enjoyed the characters and the storyline very much. I do have to say that the love scenes were disappointing being as those where very mild compared to what I usually read. But over all I think you did a great job keep doing what you do good!
This is an interesting story-line and is an easy to follow book. I enjoy this author’s writing and she always manages to come up with something a little different from her previous books, so it never gets tiring reading her work. This one is exciting, and the characters are likable. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
The storyline was interesting but the book could have used some editing as there were quite a few errors. Also, if you're looking for a sexy read this is NOT it. There were a couple kissing scenes, no sex scenes, and the characters who were all in their mid to late twenties acted more like young teens. I gave the book 3 stars for the interesting and somewhat creative plot but overall I would not recommend this book to an adult but probably a good teen read.
3.5 stars actually, but I rounded up because I did like the story. It was nothing like I expected. It was much tamer that I thought it would be. If you are looking for hot and spicy, this isn't it. However, its a good read and I would recommend it to those that like paranormal romance without all the sex.
This was an almost post apocalyptic story what with a mysterious sickness killing off the women and then women getting stolen, and it just wasn't a good read. The storyline was weird, and the characters didn't come across very strongly in the writing. Wouldn't recommend these books
This is a good feeling story with lots of hope for a better tomorrow. It starts with lots of prejudice between the shifters and humans. Both groups live in their half of the town with limited mingling. Young women have started disappearing and each group blames the other. Mature readers can read and enjoy.
This was a really good book. I loved how it starts and the way your eased into the plot. The way woman are thought of as a commodity in both communities and even forcefully taken is a nice story line. I enjoyed the growing relationship between Alex and the brothers. It was an enjoyable read. Will definitely check out more books by this author.
Couple grammar corrections need to be done to the book and some parts it almost flies over it without it getting to intimate. Lots of fast forwarding, which in a way made the story faster to read, but just left me wanting to know more.
This book was great. The characters were remarkable and the bond they shared was strong. The love and the passion was spot on. The storyline was spot on and was well executed.
The story was good. The characters were realistic. And the writing was not full of editing errors like the last five books I read. I would read more of this author.
An okay read. I liked the story of Alex and the brothers getting together to create a baby, as females are limited and the brothers are trying to continue the family line. I thought the story lacked depth and skimmed the surface. Wanted more story.
I am impressed with how the author handles, paranormal and humans.
This book takes a great look at differences between paranormal and humans. It is so cool how the author works at setting up how they can all work to get along and work together.
