Establish a three points argument template for making notes and summary of different conversations (no details, only outline with potential questions and relevance), manuscript, proposals or implementations of idea and plan as a basic skills to tidy up information, idea and thoughts. Based on that create notes for
- learning (knowledge and skills), particular techniques and tips not communicated verbally, but via own observations;
- evaluation of performances
- identifying places and reasons for failures and mistakes;
- capture creative thoughts for future developments of outline and possible implementation plans;
- capture stress, problems in life (and potential solutions).
It seems the could be quite helpful for personal development!
