Bash owns a wolf. Bash trained the wolf. No easy feat. Drawing on the knowledge he has gleaned from this accomplishment, Bash explains how wolves and dogs respond to pack mentality, and the importance of the alpha--which is the dog owner. I didn't actually learn any training techniques from reading this book, but it made me understand the dynamics of our relationship with dogs.

This is the second time I am using this book to train a dog, it is easy to read and understand the basics of dog training, I was able to apply the techniques learned from this book to train a really disciplined and well trained dog in 2003. who was s superior dog and well liked and sought after in the neighborhood. And I can't imagine any different results with the dog I will be training now. Bash is the only dog trainer that I Have the utmost confidence in applying his techniques from his book.
