The book is well written but for a few spelling errors here and there. I like the story, but found it slightly boring.
The characters cuss a lot. I'm ok with a few cuss words here and there, but I feel that cuss words are just overused in this book.
The character development was going along smoothly until about halfway through the book when Lukas' outlook abruptly changes. It didn't seem to fit right with his personality. Hence, I feel that the book is rushed at certain places.
There could have been more to the plot as well. The story seemed bland and monotonous.
I think it's a good book, but it's not special. It's just something that you'd read once and then move on. It doesn't make you think or feel anything.
I loved it. The dynamic between Zena and Lucas was so nice and refreshing to see. I love how the author didn't make it like all of those other typical werewolf books. I really enjoyed it.
Alpha Zena is a continuation in an extremely addicting series. In this book we find Alpha Adrian's friend and ally Alpha Zena struggling to decide whether she should kill or reject her mate. Well, I'm with her because he's extremely rude and misogynistic. Zena's main concern is that he's her true mate and is she wants an heir, she needs him. Lukas on the other hand thinks that he can have her and her pack too, I mean what does a woman know about being an Alpha throw in a well meaning Alpha Pair and you have an awesome read!!
A femme fatale in the werewolf world. Zena’s character is an inspiration and will make you have a girl-crush on her. I have read all of the author’s books and they do not disappoint. This book screams girl/woman power with romance-smut and action that will get you hooked with the author’s creative mind.
Loved Alpha Zena !!! Loved Both Zena and Lucas. The character building were awesome !! The chemistry b/w Zena and Lucas was woow!!! And the way they used to think and how they came about to the whole mate situation was an amazing journey. It certainly is a book to be read and questioning ur own belief and How is an Female Alpha so much more than u can think??
Alpha Zena is such a strong character, really, I liked how the writer created her. Ruling and managing a pack at such a young age that well when she never really wanted to anything and was forced to it. Just wow. And she handled that asshole of a mate very well. ... Liked the boat scene...
