This book has got to be one of my worst reads. The author does some desperate marketing propaganda on twitter to sell his books, I felt his books would have good content, but I wasted my time and money on it. The author has some inherent biases about life and different aspects and does try his best to shove his biases to all readers, never willing to accept counter points
Avoid! Don't fall into his trap on Twitter.

Don't listen to this army of trolls who have left negative reviews. They are bitter feminists and white knights who can't recognize real value when it's right in front of their eyes.

Gentlemen. This ebook is an absolute masterpiece and it helped me solve my own addictions to instant gratification, to think about long-term goals, to prioritize what matters most (over what just feels good in the moment), and to live a healthy lifestyle.

The wisdom contained in these pages is unmistakably immensely helpful, well organized and provides a real paradigm shift. I loved how Harsh presents valuable concepts in a systematic way and challenges you to reach your true potential. This is the kind of book, I would give to my child.

I'm glad i didn't pay for it. I was already doing everything that's mentioned in the book. In a gist, it's exercise, no fap, no porn, build something don't stay idle, eat less and quality foods, say no to TV Shows, Movies, Video Games, and News.Write a journal, make a morning routine, plan your day, make habits that matter and skills up.

Basically all the advise freely available on the internet in one pdf. Nothing else. Save your 20 dollars. Find something useful.

The author is an absolute grifter, swindling money from people on twitter and other platforms. A completely delusional narcissist looking for likes and aproval from strangers on the internet. Please don't buy into this persons facade, they spew nothing but hate on their free time. Save your money and buy literally anything else besides this persons products.

Got the name of this book from Twitter.

Is something Fishy about this book? Because almost all 5-star reviewers of this book has not read more than 3 books in their lifetime and out of those majority have never read any other book apart from this book. It seems the Author himself is writing fake reviews of this pamphlet, that he calls a book.

I suspect this is just a hogwash to create maximum 5-starrer of this product.

I tried to download this book pirated version if available in the net & searched & finally downloaded one (1) after many searches

But when I open it , seen the curse words " you are a theif you don't deserve my book get the fuck out of my way etc.." I'm shocked & depressed for the whole as I'm the fan of Life Math Money , his 50 mins Prodcast has changed my Mindset so deeply , I controlled my Porn Watching urges easily because of Life Math Money , Thank you Harsh Strongman

I want to take 90 day challenge but ₹1460 is too much to bear for a person like me who is still a Student & pursing my career

Definitely after getting a job, the 1st book I will purchase is Live Intensionally 90 days

Thank you Harsh for the mindset changing Prodcast on CA

Harsh reiterates all the basics for self-improvement. He is somewhat effective at communicating a systematic method of levelling up from having little discipline and awareness to being relatively competent.
The focus on such low-level habit changes such as stopping substances and adharmic sexual indulgences turned me off somewhat as I take those things for granted, but the book was a helpful condensed overview of the necessary small changes in our mindset and daily habits which can translate to reasonably matured self-discipline.
The product is definitely overpriced as a book, but if one treated it as it's intended, as a 90-day prescription, then its value would become more pronounced.

Excellent book, easy to read and following. If you follow his 90 Day Self-Project, the book outlines practices you can follow throughout your everyday life. I really liked this one! It helps to promote going beyond what you normally would and sets you up with how you can utilize it.

I don't leave many reviews but I had to for this book since I felt that I got so much out of it, I might as well tell other people about it. In short, it's a stellar and dense read about what motivates people and our brains, and how we can short circuit that and take advantage of it to our self-discipline. It's important to understand what you are battling in procrastination, perfectionism, distractions, and lack of motivation, and that's all addressed here. Honorable mention on the characterization of motivation as a temporary state of mind, where discipline is more automatic. Then more about habit formation and longer lasting behavior modification. Fascinating section on dopamine control, as well as application of the 40% rule that the military has become famous for.

This book explains that those who want to find meaning in its content can find it. The game clearly reveals how the plan should be and conveys that we can make sense of what we want to give it. There is no short road in life, and unfortunately, there is no success unless the body suffers, develops and struggles on that long road.

If you consider it as a book you feel it overpriced especially for people like me which costs ₹1400 INR

But as a guide to Change your life & put it right back on track it is better recommended as it is cheap to pay ₹1400 than ₹10,000 to psychiatric and just follow the 90 day challenge

A good start for beginners as it has assembled so many pieces of puzzle of living intentionally briefly. The results are enormous if these exercises are practiced. But you will hardly find any intellectual depth. It’s short, pithy, to the point and workbook like. I think , though author speaks ex cathedra, but he has just published different notes taken from different books in one collection in his name as there is nothing new. But it has utility as you will revise a number of ideas here, especially for those who are ‘Schlimazel’ or have atelophobia.

Mediocre at best, and the 1 star reviews are generally right. Now, I suck at planning, and for some guys having someone do that work for you is *maybe* worth the money-but for me, it's definitely not worth $20 especially when there are equivalent guides. Don't waste your money, just make an excel sheet that you can use to track how well you follow the common wisdom this book just parrots.

Transform Your Life in Just 90 Days!

"Live Intentionally: Discipline, Mindset, Direction" by Harsh Strongman is a powerhouse of a self-improvement guide that promises and delivers a profound transformation in just 90 days. As someone who has struggled with procrastination, lack of focus, and unhealthy habits, this book was a game-changer for me.

From the very beginning, Harsh Strongman speaks directly to the reader with an honesty that is both refreshing and motivating. The no-nonsense approach lays out the harsh truths many of us need to hear about our daily routines and habits. This isn't just another self-help book filled with vague advice; it's a practical, action-oriented plan that requires commitment and effort but guarantees results.

The program is meticulously structured to help you eliminate bad habits, build new, productive ones, and ultimately take control of your life. Over the course of 90 days, I experienced a significant shift in my mindset and daily routine. The integration of meditation, journaling, and self-reflection exercises enhanced my focus, while the bodyweight exercise routine and fat loss guide improved my physical health without the need for a gym.

One of the standout features of this book is its emphasis on personal accountability. The included workbook is an excellent tool for tracking progress, and it serves as a constant reminder of your commitment to change. This visual representation of progress is incredibly motivating and helps maintain momentum throughout the program.

The book also addresses the psychological aspect of self-improvement, teaching you how to take control of your thought patterns and develop a more optimistic, opportunity-oriented mindset. This holistic approach ensures that the changes you make are sustainable and impactful.

The author's confidence in the program is evident, backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, which shows his dedication to helping readers achieve real, meaningful improvements in their lives.

In conclusion, "Live Intentionally" is more than just a book; it's a life-changing project. If you're ready to break free from bad habits, enhance your focus, and achieve your goals, this 90-day program is the blueprint you need. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about personal development and reclaiming control over their life.

This is a lovely little book full of practical insights on possibly the most common problem every individual on this planet faces- random, useless & more importantly potentially damaging thoughts coupled with one's inability to stay clear of the same. For anyone who has read on this subject, there is nothing absolute new here but author has done a remarkable job of distilling right information and packing the same for consumption. The chapters are short and author doesn’t beat around the bush- attacks the point straight and head-on. You can derive explicit action item from every chapter, sample from one chapter-"Only think about things you can control. That automatically eliminates about 99% of your thoughts because there’s very little you control in life..

I saw this book on twitter for the first time, so I decided to give it a shot. I felt he talked in this book about a subject most people already know from free article on internet. but, what it is make little bit differnet when I downloaded it it's come with audiobook and workpaper for 90 days to follow up on the level of progress for the better on all health, psychological and emotional levels. My attention was drawn when he mentioned the idea of writing down everything you did in the day to be aware of your behavior and actions. The second thing is about how you can solve your bad habit by changing the place or the pepole surround you when you think to about doing that habit. That's only two new things I learned from this book.

A Must-Read for Everyone

Everyone should read 'Live Intentionally.' The program's holistic approach addresses all aspects of personal development. I set a goal to improve my financial situation, and by the end of the 90 days, I had created a budget, started saving, and reduced my debt. The meditation and journaling exercises helped me manage my stress and stay focused. The diet and exercise plan helped me lose 12 pounds and improve my fitness. Harsh's advice is practical and effective. This book is a must-read!

I knew this was going to be a great book from the first chapter itself. You cant
change or do anything to grow if you haven't accepted yourself. The exercise
mentioned by Harsh in the first chapter is so simple, yet produced very deep
results that truly made me aware of myself. Everyone talks about embracing the
REAL you but no one tells you how. This is the first time someone has helped me
in finding out the answer up to my satisfaction. Highly recommend it to
everyone.

Finally Took Control

I was tired of feeling out of control in my life. 'Live Intentionally' gave me the tools and structure I needed to take back control. The program's holistic approach helped me improve both my physical and mental well-being. I started meditating daily, which helped me manage my stress and anxiety. The diet and exercise plan helped me lose 12 pounds and build muscle. By the end of the 90 days, I felt like a completely new person. This book is a lifesaver!

These self-help type books usually fall into the trap of coming across as preachy and holier than thou or being completely impractical for most people (I'm looking at you The 4-Hour Workweek). This book bucks that trend by being simple, practical and useful for almost everyone.Another downfall of these kinds of books that the author neatly swerves is feeling like they have to make the book a certain length. I've read lots of books that could, and should, have been half the length, but the author felt the need to keep adding extraneous fluff to make the book long enough. Harsh has offered his exercises and advices, and each one has a couple of short anecdotes to illustrate it and then it is done. It never outstays it's welcome which makes the advice that much more powerful. So, overall a great book with some excellent advice that is simple but worth repeating. A book that we should give to everyone when they leave school, in my opinion.

Found him from Twitter and bought the book, I Loved it. Simple and powerful examples without the usual "self-help" drama. What I liked was the authors honesty in portraying his real life experiences without boasting / heroism. Very happy and I recommend it.
