Needed for today's workplace
In today's environment, there are many challenges in the workplace. Dr Z book gives great insight into mitigating the challenges caused by all the ill effects of COVID, social injustice and employees being worried about everything else. The blueprint outlined in this book is helpful for all organizations. I advise to read and study to continue to be that change agent and informed leader of your organization.
