A well argued case for seeing capitalism and imperialism as the cancer that spreads throughout modern society, and how that came about with the introduction of agriculture thousands of years ago. A call to revolutionary action.

But why do I feel it is biased towards a Marxist interpretation of history, and why do I feel that is unproven and lacking evidence. It's a nice theory, but it doesn't seem to convince.

But a great book, and it has started me thinking of left of centre politics in a new light!
